- Christa (9/5): - Schöne Anlage, grosses Angebot (Unterhaltung, Essen, mehrere Pools, Kinderpools etc...), riesiges Buffet, Kinderbuffet... Unser Zimmer war zu Beginn nicht ganz sauber geputzt (Spiegel verschmiert, Duschmittel bicht aufgefüllt), aber es war ok. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war auch nicht so liebevoll (Pijamas wurden z.B. einfach zur Seite gelegt, normalerweise werden diese gefaltet aufs frische Bett gelegt...). Das Buffet ist zwar riesig, es gibt aber kaum warme Optionen für Veganer. Die kalte Auswahl ist aber gross, man findet auch als Veganer immer etwas abwr halt nicht so abwechslungsreich.

- Lenneli (8/5): Nice hotel, lot of activities. - I loved the big area, lot of activities for children, nice garden, loved the Lake houses area, waterpark, luna park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside pool was very big and the water temperature was ok. Food was delicious. The family room in Lake house was a little bit tired and no air ventilation, the airconditioner was blowing only warm air, so we were not able to use it but we slept with open window. But the view and the Lake House area was amazing. Our vacation was 16-22. April, I guess it was not the season so I did not see any animation team or activities. The lake House restaurant was closed and the some days there was very low variety of food. Also the platform to the sea was closed. And some activities of Luna Park and kids club were closed.

- Salam (9/5): Mein Aufenthalt im Selectum Family Resort Side war insgesamt angenehm. - Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gästebetreuung. Die Mitarbeiterinnen Pelin und Gyla waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dank ihnen konnten wir einen späten Check-out in Anspruch nehmen, was unseren Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Sie waren jederzeit sehr nett und engagiert. Das Reinigungsteam der Zimmer hat ebenfalls hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber, die Minibar wurde täglich zuverlässig aufgefüllt, und insgesamt war das Personal in diesem Bereich sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß, gut ausgestattet und verfügen über einen kostenlosen Safe, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Poolanlage war sauber und gepflegt, und auch das Essen war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich jedoch beim allgemeinen Servicepersonal. Dieses wirkte oft eher distanziert und arbeitete teilweise sehr schnell und ohne große Sorgfalt. Besonders in der Lobbybar fiel dies negativ auf, da dort einige Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich waren. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, mit einigen sehr positiven Aspekten, aber auch kleinen Schwächen im Servicebereich.

The whole resort was lovely, only issue we had was the phone and air con didn’t work (or I didn’t know how to work it) but wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need to use it. We had an amazing stay, all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter was unfortunately bit by a stray cat and the doctor on site treated us immediately, provided hospital transport there and back and had someone with us at all times, on arrival back to the hotel we were greeted and asked how everything went, if we needed anything bringing to our room such as food etc. the next morning we were gifted a fruit basket and a get well soon card. For our first holiday abroad as a solo parent, this hotel went above and beyond and I couldn’t have been happier for their support. Lovely food, very clean too.
- Travel56635267657 (4/5): Too crowded for the facilities open - Hotel was too crowded for the amount of facilities that were open which was only a few with no clear guidance on opening times. We were given an “upgrade” to a lake house room which in our opinion wasn’t an upgrade due to it being up three flights of stairs, air con not working and the bathroom window not closing. None of the bars around us were open so it was a trek to the main building to get food or drinks. Inside the main building there were not enough bars open and therefore it was often a long wait to be served. Food was good but food all too busy most of the time Tried several times to get in the à la carte but there seemed to be a language barrier at guest services (which we didn’t feel helpful when trying to resolve issues. ) and several times we were told to come back later, another day to book only to be told it was full yet other families had bookings for two consecutive evenings. I can see that when everything is open it would be a nice place to stay, was certainly very clean. We wouldn’t be back as we like to walk to local bars and restaurants for a change and there is nothing in the surrounding areas

The food hall was very good. The staff porters, catering, everyone were very helpful, especially the Manager Burak Gunes and the Guest Relations are so very helpful. - Vincent (8/5): Excellent séjour pour les familles. - Les repas locaux étaient excellents. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. L'établissement était propre. Tout était vraiment à volonté et aucun supplément nous a été demandé pour quoi que ce soit (même le mini-bar !) Les activités du kids clubs étaient variées. Il y a beaucoup de bar et de restaurants à des heures très larges. Il y a toujours quelque chose à faire: piscine intérieure, plage, ping-pong, salle de muscu, beach-volley ... La plage accessible à 5 minutes, c'est top. Les fourmis dans la chambre, problèmes non résolus après 3 demandes auprès du service de l'hôtel ! On les a gardé tout le séjour à contrecœur. Les desserts européens à fuir. La literie n'était pas incroyable (matelas moyens mais les oreillers durs comme du béton). Peu d'activités pour adulte en début de saison.
- 362claudir (10/5): We’re 100% coming back –no doubt - Okay honestly, we just had the BEST week at Selectum Family Resort Side in Turkey 🤩 It was the first time my sister and I tried this hotel (we usually go to Turkey several times a year and normally stay somewhere else), but we are SO happy we chose this place this time because we will 100% be coming back! The hotel is really beautiful, has an amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and overall it’s just a place where you feel comfortable all the time. But seriously… the main reason I’m even writing this review is Ahmet from the bar!! He honestly made our whole vacation so much better. Always smiling, always in a good mood, and really good at making people feel welcome. We actually looked forward to going to the bar because we knew Ahmet would be there ❤️ He’s really funny, super sweet, and just someone who spreads good energy to everyone around him. A staff member like that truly makes a huge difference! We’ve already booked again!! And we’re SO excited to come back, and we really hope Ahmet is still working there when we return 🤞 Can definitely recommend!!! ☀️

The Customer relations manager Pelin went over and beyond to make our stay amazing & memorable. She resolved a complaint amazingly, followed up nicely and organised a dinner for my birthday. The hotel needs to tell customers about their facilities. The hotel had lots of facilities like the aqua park, Luna park etc that we only found out on the last day of our trip.

- Banumcab (6/5): Not a true family resort concept - We came to this hotel at the end of October 2025. After the first few days, a very large group of men checked in as part of an organized event. Suddenly, there were hundreds of men everywhere — they were extremely loud and disruptive. The hotel is advertised as a family resort, and we came with our teenage children. We stayed in the lake rooms, paying more than the standard rate, hoping for a more exclusive and peaceful holiday. However, the men’s group was also given rooms in the lake houses. They were shouting until 3 a.m., and there were about ten men on one side of our room and another ten on the other side. My daughter and I couldn’t even relax peacefully on the loungers provided for our room. I don’t understand how a hotel with a family concept can accept such a large workers’ organization group at the same time as families on vacation. After this group arrived, our holiday was completely ruined. There were no available seats in the restaurant or in the lounge area in front of the lobby, and the waiters in the restaurants couldn’t cope with the number of people. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very kind and did their best to make us feel comfortable. They offered us complimentary à la carte meals and access to the private beach huts, which we appreciated.
- Mario (8/5): - There are many pools to swim in. One pools goes around all the little houses and you almost get lost while swimming in it. It's probably the biggest pool that I ever swam in. It was amazing :-). The main language of the hotel is Russian. The reception answers the phone in Russian, the shows and the animation is mainly in Russian. This was quite disappointing for us who don't speak Russian at all.

Номер был проплачен заранее за 3 взрослых+ ребёнок, однако, в последний момент, один взрослый не смог прилететь. При просьбе сделать перерасчет стоимости отель стрелки перевел на Booking. С большим трудом связались с Booking, там обещали помочь в течение 48 часов, однако отписались, что отель ответа не предоставил на их запрос, хотя сотрудники отеля утверждали обратное, как выяснилось потом, лгали. 4 дня отдыха прошли в бесполезных выяснениях и были испорчены. Заселение в номер, как и везде в 14:00. Но в 14:30 получили ответ, что номер не готов. После скандала и истерики 2-х летнего ребенка, не спавшего ночью, номер предоставили. Полы в нем так и не были вымыты. Отель обветшалый, ремонт проведен только в центральной зоне, санитарное состояние тоже вызывает много вопросов. Лифты старые, перегруженные, количество недостаточное для такого здания, тем более, очень много гостей с колясками. В коридорах грязный, вонючий ковролин, отсутствует вентиляция. В служебных помещениях антисанитария. В номере кондиционер работает в одном режиме - днем жарко, ночью холодно. Освещение в комнате - 2 ночника у кровати и такая же лампа над зеркалом- как в полумраке. Подушки каменные - комки поролона. Ресторан не справляется с таким количеством гостей, хотя официанты стараются. Грязные телеги для грязной посуды ездят между густо наставленных столов. Еды много, но она однообразная и не всегда вкусная и свежая. Сначала у нашего ребёнка, а затем и у нас начались рвота и кишечное расстройство. Еще 2 дня выпали из отдыха. Детское питание в зал вообще не выставляется, а приносится только по просьбе. И в завершение ко всему, попробовав котлетку на гриле, сломала зуб из-за присутствующей в ней косточки. На улице во время приготовления пищи на грилях стоит дым и неприятный запах. Пляж большой, но для детей совершенно не приспособлен. Вход галечный, местами опасные плиты, резкая глубина.

The hotel simply offers everything a family needs for a perfect holiday and complete relaxation. From spacious rooms to the excellent all-inclusive food and drinks, beautiful beach, water park with slides, lunapark, and not to forget the fantastic evening themed shows – it’s really hard to leave this resort. All compliments go to the management, who clearly know how to keep guests satisfied, as well as to the entire staff who work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety (lots of lifeguards at the pools and slides), while also being friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved every activity with her yoga, aqua gym, darts and the evening parties together were the best! She is so cute and caring, always made sure we had a great time throughout the whole week. J’ai également été satisfait de la politique de l’établissement, qui permet de garder vos bagages et de vous accueillir, même en l’absence de chambres disponibles pour un check-out tardif. Le manque de jeux gratuits pour les enfants, tels que le billard et le baby-foot. La programmation en ligne ou à la réception des matchs de volley et de mini-foot à plusieurs créneaux, étant donné que l’hôtel était complet. Le peu d’animations et de compétitions pour les enfants, selon leur tranche d’âge, pour créer de l’ambiance, et même pour les adultes.

- 125hollieh (6/5): Do NOT waste your money - We arrived at 3.30am be told our rooms were not ready. We were all put in very nice rooms and told we had to move the next day. We were woken up at 8am by the mini bar service man. We went to reception twice during our first day to sort the rooms but it is so busy and there wasn’t anyone available to speak with. My friends husband went back to the room to find a Russian family sitting on the doorstep demanding he get out. So we went back to reception for the third time. We were firstly told by the lovely lady at guest relations that we could move that evening. We wanted to enjoy our first day but then Ali the manager gets involved and is just utterly vile. He should not be working with the public. He needs to be sacked for his behaviour towards two women. He nearly made the lady at quest relations cry. Hideous man. He told us we had to move there and then. It’s now 3pm on our first day. Woken up after a few hours sleep and now wasted most the day with this drama. Anyway we moved and the rooms were ok ish (not very clean) We were giving a free al a carte and a cabana for the day. There was hardly any English mainly Russian so be prepared for some rudeness. Cueing and manners isn’t in their nature. Food was pretty much the same every night. Fill yourself up in the day on pool snacks as the evening food was mainly the same and cold. Al a carte- Mexican ok but didn’t have anything veggie Italian- disgusting Service was awful for both too. The hotel was clean ish again not 5* standards. Anna who did the aqua gym is lovely, Be prepared to be woken up at 7.50-8am every morning by the mini bar then not long after the cleaner. This isn’t a hotel if you would like a lie in. Staff English needs to be better so much food/drinks went to waste through lack of understanding. Staff could also do with a smile on their face. This certainly isn’t a 5* so don’t waste your money going there.

The outdoor pool is huge, but beware that it isn't heated, so you need to be brave to have a dip in April - and plenty of people did! There's an outdoor bbq section to the restaurant which is lovely and another outdoor restaurant if you miss the main buffet, serving pizzas and other goodies. The resort itself is in walking distance to lots of tourist shops if you fancy a stroll. Lovely little fun park with pirate ship and dodgems and plenty of great water slides to keep the kids amused. Loved it!

Bonjour, Je souhaite déposer une réclamation concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. • Le personnel a manqué de professionnalisme : il fallait appeler la réception chaque jour pour demander le passage du service de ménage, sans quoi la chambre n’était pas nettoyée. • La plage était très sale, avec une rivière d’égouts à proximité, et le sable rempli de galets ne correspondait en rien aux photos publiées sur Booking. • Les parcs aquatiques fermaient beaucoup trop tôt, dès 17h. • Les pâtisseries proposées étaient immangeables. • Concernant la chambre, nous avons reçu une chambre avec une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissure, au point qu’il était impossible de respirer ou de dormir correctement la première nuit. J’ai dû appeler la réception à 5h du matin pour demander un changement de chambre, mais cela m’a été refusé sous prétexte que l’hôtel était complet. Résultat : une nuit passée dans des conditions inacceptables pour un tarif de près de 400 €. • De plus, la climatisation était très insuffisante, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus inconfortable. Au vu de ces désagréments, je demande le remboursement de la première nuit, que je considère comme une véritable arnaque. Cordialement,

- Eliza (5/5): - The place has great facilities, lots to do for kids in terms of the aqua park, luna park, pool and beach. There were also lots of activities in the evening. The main issues www as the food. The food was terrible and lacked flavour and variety. I expected more as I love native Turkish food. The only food restaurant for food was Sumak, which did traditional Turkish food. The staff were not always nice to us, and service was slow, I asked for my laundry to be ironed and there was a delay with collection, and it was ironed well at all. I wouldn't a ant to go back here, but I am sure others will love it because if the facilities for children.

Nobody explained what services were included or provided an introduction to the hotel. • Guest Relations: The only positive experience. Janna and Svetlana were amazing—very helpful and friendly. • Spa: Extremely dirty and unsanitary. The only credit goes to the massage therapists, who were very good. • Rooms: Thankfully, we booked a lake house on the ground floor instead of the main building. The swim-up room next to the restaurant was decent. • Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained. • Food: Just okay. No good coffee during our 7-day stay. • Beach / Bungalows: We booked a private beach bungalow (€80 per day) and stayed there most of the time. Otherwise, spending time at the main pool in such a dirty area would have been a disaster. • Territory: The hotel is very large, but that’s no excuse for the lack of care and maintenance. Definitely not 5-star standard. • Guests: Another disappointment. Many guests left trash all over the beach. Very unpleasant. Overall: This place falls far short of a 5-star hotel. We were glad we had the bungalow and guest relations staff to make our stay bearable, but otherwise, I cannot recommend it.

- Floor (7/5): We hebben het leuk gehad, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is oké maar er zijn echt wat verbeterpunten. - Bij goed zoeken zijn er rustige en mooie plekken te vinden. Zoals laat a-la-carte ontbijt in de Cookers Cellar (zie foto 1), en zwemmen tussen de villa’s ipv het grote bad (zie foto 2). Kermis is leuk voor kinderen, miniclub doet het heel goed. (Te) ruime keuze uit eten, vooral in de zeer massale hoofdzaal. Avondeten in één van de a-la-carte restaurants is ook een aanrader, wij kozen voor het Italiaanse restaurant (zie foto 3). Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maken altijd even een praatje met de kinderen. Kamers zijn ruim. Avondeten vooral in de kleinere restaurants was meestal van goede kwaliteit. Adana kebab van de barbecue was erg lekker, ook de döner vers. Bij het ontbijt in de grote zaal maakten de dames heerlijke pisi, een soort donuts. Je moet er even voor in de rij staan maar zeker de moeite waard. Ook de gözleme, vers bereid voor je neus, was heerlijk en de dames erg lief. Shows en animatie was top geregeld, voor onszelf en voor onze zoon van bijna 4 was het super leuk entertainment. Tip; boek een villakamer! Het is écht de moeite en het geld waard. Het deel waar de villa’s staan is zo veel mooier, schoner, rustiger en gezelliger dan het grote hotelgebouw. Vooral de swim up kamers zijn heerlijk omdat je een heel terras voor jezelf hebt. Het is erg massaal en groot. In de eetzalen is nauwelijks plek, het is rennen voor een plekje en wachten tot andere gasten klaar zijn met eten zodat jij kan gaan zitten. Net zoals aan de grote zwembaden: daar is nóóit plek geweest in de 10 dagen dat we zijn verbleven. Álle bedjes zijn rond 6 uur ‘s ochtends al “gereserveerd” door rennende gasten die hun handdoek er neergooien en vervolgens weer naar bed gaan. De airco in de kamer werkt slecht en is erg oud. Heeft 3 standen die alledrie hetzelfde lucht blazen. ‘S nachts veel te koud (heb een hamamdoek als extra deken moeten gebruiken) en overdag te warm, de airco kan de hitte van buiten niet aan. Zelfs met de gordijnen permanent dicht wordt het niet koud op de kamer overdag. De hygiëne is niet goed. Onze kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt; bedden in 10 dagen tijd geen 1x verschoond en wc werd ook telkens niet schoongemaakt. In de hoeken van de kamer plukjes stof en haren te vinden. De eettafels bij de verschillende restaurants zijn ook niet fris; ober haalt er een droog servetje overheen en dan mag de volgende er gaan zitten eten. Één keer heb ik kip opgeschept en gegeten die na de eerste hap nog helemaal roze en rauw was. Laatste dag ben ik erg ziek geworden van het eten, waardoor ik ziek en slapjes de reis naar huis heb moeten maken.
- shinazk2025 (4/5): Shocking Holiday Experience - We stayed at Selectum Family Resort Side in a Family Swim-Up Room (ground floor). Overall, this resort has a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was far from 5-star. If it weren’t for the swim-up pool attached to our room, this would have been one of our worst holidays yet. Arrival & Atmosphere : The lobby is average and extremely busy, with an unpleasant smell near the bar leading to the pool. There was no warm welcome, and very few staff speak English, which makes communication difficult. Rooms : The family swim-up rooms are spacious and a great concept. A lovely touch was that slippers were provided for the whole family, including kids. The mini-bar was restocked daily, which was convenient. However, the TV was extremely small and blurry, and the safe system was laughable. The pillows are uncomfortable, sheets were not changed during our entire stay, and only one pillowcase was replaced once. Cleaning happens after 2pm daily, but it’s very superficial — dirt remains on the floor and in the shower (I have attached photos).Reception actually sends a porter with a screwdriver to open the safe, and inside you need to press a red button to activate it. This is not the standard of security you’d expect at a so-called luxury resort. Pool : Our swim-up pool was the saving grace of the trip. However, two days in a row we were asked to leave the pool so it could be cleaned during the day, which disrupted the experience as no notice was given. Beach : The beach has no lighting in the evenings, making it uninviting after dark. Another major issue is the handling of sunbeds: staff keep chairs “reserved” with towels and then offer you only the ones they want, instead of clearing unused loungers. It creates a very unfair and uncomfortable system. Food & Dining : The food tasted fine but lacked variety, The plates, cutlery and glasses were always dirty with left over food on them. We found ourselves eating mainly at the Lake House restaurant. Special theme nights were underwhelming, and “Selectum Nights” on Saturdays were particularly bad — essentially a spread of leftover food. The à la carte experience at Deep Sea was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had on holiday. The menu was only two pages long, and service was chaotic. We arrived at 19:30, were given water but no glass for our child, and by 19:50 still no drinks or starter orders had been taken. The waiter ignored repeated requests, instead chatting, pouring water at other tables, and taking photos. When food did arrive, it was out of order — rolls came after starters, and the children’s meal was a plate of spaghetti, fries, and meatballs with ketchup sachets literally placed on top. This would normally cost €30 per person and was unacceptable. We left mid-meal, as did another table nearby, and others were visibly shocked by the service. To make matters worse, when we went back to the Lake House at 20:30, most of the food was already finished despite dinner service running until 21:00. Staff were actively closing tables and telling guests “finished” if they asked for food. There were no plates available, and the atmosphere was one of shutting down, not serving guests. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) were particularly bad — reduced staff, minimal food, and what the staff called “silent time.” At the main buffet restaurant, another frustration was that even if you reserved a table, you could return to find your chairs gone. If you wanted cutlery you had to figure out how to find it yourself. Staff were present but simply stared, looking confused, and rarely able to help due to not speaking English. For a 5-star family resort, the lack of service and communication was shocking. Guest Relations : This was one of the most disappointing aspects of the resort. I went to guest relations twice, and on both occasions, the lady behind the desk was on a WhatsApp video call. Instead of offering any assistance, she simply slid a printed sheet across the desk and expected me to read and figure things out for myself. This is not “guest relations” — it’s the opposite of hospitality. Service & Management : One of the most concerning issues was a serious breach of privacy. Reception released my personal details to a tour operator linked with Love Holidays. I received a call in my room asking me to meet in the lobby “for transfer details,” which turned out to be a lie — it was purely a hard-sell for excursions. The operator even knew my appearance and was able to identify me in a busy lobby. This was unprofessional and left me shocked. In general, staff presence was not the issue, but communication was. Many staff simply stared blankly, unable to help, as they did not speak English. It gave the impression that there was no one available to actually resolve problems or assist guests. My shower drain was blocked at 17:35 today, as I write this review 7 hours later I am still waiting for someone to come and unblock the drain. Entertainment : There is ample entertainment for both adults and kids. It is family-friendly in this sense, and activities are available. Staff Recognition: Not all was negative — a special mention must go to Onur, the bartender at S’Arena Bar, who was friendly, professional, and attentive. Also, Boris (Baris) at the Lake House provided the best service we had all week. He went the extra mile, not only for our table but for everyone he served. His attention and effort stood out in a resort where service was otherwise extremely disappointing. Aqua Park: This area is unsafe for children. There is no staff supervision at the top of the slides, so kids are left to work out for themselves when it is safe to go. Tube slides and body slides all empty into the same pool, which creates a high risk of collisions. Conclusion Selectum Family Resort Side is marketed as a 5-star property, but the reality is far from it. Poor dining experiences, lack of staff communication, unhelpful guest relations, questionable management practices, and frustrating service issues overshadow what could be a fantastic resort. If it weren’t for the swim-up pool attached to our room, this would have been one of our worst holidays yet. Clearly this resort buys reviews, if you see a negative review please take it seriously. Would I return? No, I would not.

- roberthH8330SG (10/5): An enjoyable experience - We arrived late, and our first impression of the hotel was very positive – clean, bright, and spacious. Check-in, however, was a little difficult. The staff spoke limited English, didn’t ask if we were hungry after our long journey, and couldn’t direct us to food. After travelling, all we really wanted was something to eat, so the lack of guidance made arrival less welcoming. A porter kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The room itself was warm on arrival but cooled down nicely after an hour with the air conditioning. We dropped our things and went in search of the 24-hour restaurant. The staff weren’t very clear when we asked for directions, and when we eventually found it, I could not work out how the service worked. The hotel is so large that it can feel overwhelming at first. That said, once we got past the first night, everything improved. The hotel had a lively, classy atmosphere, with the majority of guests being Russian, alongside British, German, and a mix of others. Contrary to some reviews, the hotel doesn’t “ 'cater only to Russians', The food was varied – a mix of European and Turkish dishes, with themed nights such as Mexican and Turkish – and we noticed no difference in service between nationalities. A smile goes a long way with staff. I’d describe the hotel in three main areas: 1. The Beach – average, nothing special. 2. The Main Building – main pool, indoor pool, and entertainment. 3. The Lakeside Area – beautiful pool lakes, aqua park, funfair, kids’ club, and lakeside restaurant. While the beach is just okay, the rest of the facilities are fantastic. The food was consistently good and varied, the entertainment excellent, and hygiene standards very high – something I value most in hotels. Service isn’t perfect. At times you’re not offered drinks, staff don’t always guide you to tables during busy periods, and English can be limited but staff work hard. My wife said there was too many poeple for the size of the dining room. Many staff stood out for their friendliness: Mahir in the dining area, Hande at the lobby bar, and the guest services team. Bar staff also worked hard to accommodate, especially with tips as encouragement. Sunbed reservations with towels were tolerated, but pool staff fairly removed them if left unattended for too long, which kept things fair. Overall, I honestly don’t understand the one-star reviews – they must have stayed somewhere else! While service could improve, the facilities, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere make this a fantastic hotel and excellent value for money. I’d happily rate it 5 stars. For airport tranfers id recommend Ella car transfers. Id also recommend taking a trip to old town one evening, Side. The hotel can organise taxi and yellow taxi from the Side rank can take you back.
- Neslihan (10/5): Will definitely come back - Everything that you can ask for a perfect family holiday. The beach is very close and the food has a good variety with lots of different restaurants. I liked the ala carte and the barbecue restaurant the most because I’m not keen on walking around the restaurant and waiting in a big queue to get some food. One of the most important things we loved is the funfair which is free of charge. I have never ever stayed in the same hotel twice as I like discovering new places but this hotel can be an exception.

It was too hot, ans AC in lobby and rooms was not working properly at all, the guest relationship management team has no complimentary tools to satisfy guests, I could not sleep well do to hot rooms.
