- 1234090 (8/5): First trip to LA - This location was great for anyone who is looking for shopping and supermarkets withing walking distance. It is also close to Disneyland with a shuttle. The room was clean and inviting with a mini fridge and microwave which i made use of each day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They do serve a continental breakfast which was really good . There was limited seating but you can take your food to the room as an option. As for getting around to exploring downtown LA, the Fullerton train station is about 7mins away via uber or bus .

- BoBosRevenge (8/5): Perfect for a short Disney stay - Perfect motel for a 1 night stay to go to Disneyland after getting a good night's sleep. Used my "free" anniversary night with my IHG credit card. Location was good although no you cannot walk to Disneyland. You are walking distance to Sprouts, Target, and some small eateries, and right off the 91. Short drive to Disneyland. Each person at the front desk was nice, kind, and helpful. Parking is complimentary and we were allowed to stay parked there after checkout which was appreciated. Breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable considering it was included with the stay. A lot of carbs and meat. The eggs weren't normal scrambled eggs but some type of patty with stuff mixed it that seemed questionable lol. Coffee though was very good. Just had a yogurt (would recommend though that they get some plain yogurt because the ones they had all had fruit or vanilla in as it's extra sugar) and a piece of fruit. The motel includes a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and back which I took advantage of. Note if you are looking to rope drop, you will want to find another way to get there as the first shuttle is at 7:30 AM so not enough time but it worked out well for me. This is great value when you think about it as it's $40 to park at Disneyland and the more affordable motels walking distance to the park are often gross and you have to pay to park there as well. Room was clean, water pressure was good in the shower, and having a fridge was nice to have as I had some leftover food from dinner (front desk staff was kind enough to allow me to store a to go box after check out which was very much appreciated). Only suggestions I have is that management respond to email as I tried to reach them before my stay a couple of time with zero response. Also breakfast could be better for an IHG property which is normally pretty good. I'd recommend hard boiled eggs, normal scrambled eggs, and home fries which I typically see at IHG properties. All in all, would easily return and recommend to other people.

Overall, no complaints — everything was smooth and comfortable. It would be much easier for international travelers to have an electric kettle in the room — I’m not sure why it’s not available in this part of the US. Some breakfast ingredients weren’t clearly labeled, which is important for people with dietary preferences. Also, the complimentary coffee machine was good every day except the last morning, when the coffee tasted and smelled off, so it might need maintenance.

The bathroom was very clean, and my neighbors weren’t noisy. Bonus to the employee that let us go back into our room after checking out because we forgot something! The in-room mini fridge, microwave, and keruig were also amazing, one of the main reasons we booked! The beds were a little hard and the sheets were starting to develop holes. The wifi is only free if you join the rewards program. Also the smartwater from downstairs (smallest bottle size) was $4.50 lol.

L'hôtel détient même un petit coin de vente avec tous le nécessaire ce qui nous permet de rester dans l'hôtel pour manger des nouilles lorsqu'on a des petits creux sans avoir à sortir. Nous avons également à disposition du café ou chocolat chaud à volonté. Des couverts en plastiques également si nous avons des repas emportés. Le petit déjeuner très conviviale et super bon. L'ensemble des employés sont accueillant, très serviable et gentille. L'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres et spacieuse. Nous avons adorés. Vraiment cet hôtel nous la recommandant, très alaise.

Very conveniently close to Knott’s Scary Farm, which is why we needed a rest stop after staying up very late. We had a lovely view of the pool side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to each question and request my party had. Great selection of breakfast foods. The rooms are nice and comfortable. - Mary Christine (8/5): - I stayed here for my birthday week (5 days total) and had a really nice experience — especially for the price (under $150/night). The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There’s always someone at the front desk ready to help with any questions. The free hot breakfast was a great perk — not just basic pastries, but a full hot breakfast with items that change daily (like different breakfast meats each morning). The hotel’s website says it’s 8 minutes from Disneyland, but it’s more like 10–13 minutes. Universal Studios took about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic. They also offer a free Disney shuttle that starts at 7:30 AM, which made park days super convenient. On our last night, the A/C stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly. When it looked like it would take longer to fix, they moved us to a new room right away — very professional and accommodating. There’s also a Target right around the corner for any last-minute essentials and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away, which made it easy to grab food or souvenirs. Overall, a great stay for the value — clean rooms, great breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again for another Disney trip!
- Rachel Ann (10/5): Overall, still a great stay. - The hotel is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is great and well-prepared. The toilet flush is quite weak. The lights in the shower turns off automatically so it’s a bit of inconvenience when taking a shower.

- Lawrence (8/5): - I always love staying at Holiday Inn. I was not informed ahead of time while I was booking that there was an extra $10 charge for another vehicle to park. It was not disclosed. Also, since I booked my stay at Expedia, I am not getting my rewards points. That is not acceptable… overall an OK stay 🌟🌟🌟
