Since our flight departed early in the morning, they provided us with a packed breakfast. The staff was absolutely lovely. Everything was just great.

Laurence (5/5): Rude, smelly and fire alarms at 4:30 AM - Location is incredible - most of the main Tirana sights are within walking distance. We are a same sex couple, and the staff made us feel uncomfortable during check-in with assumptions that we incorrectly booked a queen bed and offering to switch it to a twin room for us. Challenging this felt very awkward. In addition, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke which must have been coming from a nearby room (note: we were on a semi-high floor). Finally, an incredibly loud fire alarm sounded twice during our stay, waking us up at 4:30am.

Sungano (9/5): Fabulous room, view and staff! - Room was lovely, spacious and clean - really pretty and lots of room to move around. View was epic, on 20th floor, looking out to Skenderberg Square. Staff were really pleasant and helpful - thank you for looking after us! . For my birthday, we booked 2 Oriental massages (80min each) 2 days in advance and structured our day ariund that. One slot was cancelled at the last minute on the day, and we ended up being both squeezed into one split 90-minute slot (60min+30min). Staff were nice about it, and discounted that one slot - which we accepted. Disappointing, all the same. Toiletries in room could be more luxurious - the lotion in particular feels cheap and the shower stuff doesn't smell decadent.

During the first two days, we were given one bottle of water for two people in the room; on the following days, the situation improved and we started receiving two bottles. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful with an early check in with no extra charge. Bit scary standing next to the floor to ceiling glass windows in the room. Was expecting soft closing toilet seat but the bidet made up for it. The shower needs a greater water flow.
