- Harald (7/5): The best hotel in the area with minor flaws - Standard rooms have mountain views. I was upgraded to a superior room with a view of the wide valley and Mount Ararat. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern, and not yet worn. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin. You can hear all the neighbors... All the amenities, such as the TV, refrigerator, etc., worked perfectly. The attached restaurant was closed. The evening buffet offered in the hotel instead was not particularly good. Most of the dishes were almost cold. Breakfast was also nothing special, but adequate. Here, too, what should have been hot was rather cold... Thin walls between the rooms and mostly cold breakfast

- David (10/5): Sehr tolle Lage und schönes Hotel - Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage mit super Pool und einer tollen Aussicht auf Jerewan und Ararat. Modern und sauber eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Super Sonnenuntergang am Pool genießen. Zimmer alle mit Balkon und Sitzgelegenheit. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr zu empfehlen mit reichlich Auswahl an frischen und heimischen Produkten. Natürlich auch mit traumhafter Aussicht. Eigener gesicherter Parkplatz. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf den Berg Aragats oder zum Observatorium. Terassentür war nicht gut versperrbar aber dafür gibt es einen Safe.

- peter (6/5): Prima locatie, maar wel met wat verbeterpunten - Voor een hele vroege bergwandeling ivm de hitte van 36 graden was het te vroeg om te ontbijten en heeft het hotel een ontbijtpakket meegegeven. De airconditioning in het hele hotel werkte niet, "er wordt aan gewerkt" maar dat niet zichtbaar. Een beetje jammer was ook de zeer harde muziek bij het zwembad, dat verpestte eigenlijk de mooie rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht.

Есть недочёты, но в целом впечатление о - Очень удобная локация – всего полчаса на машине от Еревана, и уже можно наслаждаться отдыхом. Такси всегда доступны, никаких проблем с добиранием. Вид на Арарат просто завораживает – ради него уже стоит сюда приехать. Красивая территория: бассейн, теннисный корт, дорожки для прогулок – гулять и отдыхать приятно. Отдельный плюс – игровая комната с бильярдом, настольным футболом и дартсом. Да, всё немного старое, но сам факт, что это есть – очень радует. Милый комплимент от отеля – коробочка с сухофруктами, неожиданно приятно! Ресторан на территории приятно удивил – большие порции и разнообразные вкусные блюда армянской кухни Персонал скорее «фоновый» – практически не видно, и по-английски или русски общаются слабо. Интернет в номерах ловит не всегда хорошо. Минус для некурящих: на балконах гости курят, и запах сигарет тянет в комнаты. Проветрить комнату как-то иначе невозможно, кондиционеров в номерах нет. Слышимость очень высокая – можно слышать, что происходит у соседей.
- Manuel (9/5): - Spacious room, stunning view, friendly staff, great facilities. There are only 5 loungers for the whole (sizeable) indoor pool and spa. So when they are taken (e.g. by a single family with kids), the sauna becomes useless as you cannot go anywhere afterwards.

- M (9/5): Relaxing. - The location, as it's isolated and quiet (even if there is music near the pool). Food very tasty. (If you want drink, try natural juice or herbal tea, black coffee, but not other coffee). Great time at pool, especially since it wasn't weekend, so not crowded both open and closed pools. The room and the bed is slightly small, especially since we were with a toddler who sleeps with us. And the walls a bit thin.
- Andrea (9/5): - Bellissima posizione con vista sulla natura circostante. Camera piccolina dotata di tutti i comfort e con un bagno molto spazioso. I servizi offerti sono molteplici e variegati: piscina esterna ed interna sono molto belle, così come sauna e bagno turco. All’interno della struttura è anche disponibile un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato la sera stessa spendendo cifre ragionevoli. Colazione ottima e molto abbondante. Nonostante non fosse necessaria per le temperature che che abbiamo incontrato, l’aria condizionata non funzionava per nulla. La nota meno positiva del nostro soggiorno è stata sicuramente l’accoglienza del personale che lasciava parecchio a desiderare. Oltre a non parlare una singola parola di inglese (nemmeno in reception), quasi tutto lo staff è risultato parecchio antipatico e poco attento ai bisogni del cliente. Unica eccezione per lo staff del ristorante e della colazione Altro aspetto molto negativo è stata la gestione dei servizi offerti: per accedere alla piscina era necessario consegnare allo staff la propria pool card (consegnataci in fase di check in) in cambio di un asciugamano. Nella piscina interna , non c’era nessun membro del personale a controllare le pool card, che quindi venivano depositate dallo staff in box aperte al di fuori della piscina stessa. Una volta terminato il nostro bagno, ci siamo accorti che le nostre carte si trovavano in un box non corrispondente a quello del nostro numero di camera: lo staff non solo non ha saputo aiutarci, ma anzi ci ha accusato di voler rubare le pool card di altri (a che pro tra l’altro?). Per fortuna un ragazzo tedesco di origine armena ci ha aiutato con la traduzione, poiché anche in questo caso nessuno parlava una parola di inglese. Nella sala ricreativa c’erano un hockey da tavolo con disco parzialmente funzionante, un tavolo da Ping pong con pallina rotta e due tavoli da biliardo senza apparenti problemi.

It's a short drive from the hotel to Amberd Fortress, Kari Lake and Saghmosavank monastery on the foot of the Mount Aragats. The staff are very helpful. You can arrange transportation and tours at the front desk. The staff are very helpful. I don't think you'll find a better view anywhere in Armenia as far as I know. The air conditioning didn't work, so it was muggy with the windows closed, and with the windows open you could hear your neighbors talking and snoring.

Как лучшие горные отели в Альпах, безупречная чистота, захватывающая дух природа, тишина, прекрасное наполнение номеров, очень хороший завтрак и ужин. Очень приятный комплимент в номере при заезде. Особенно хочу отметить Гаянэ на ресепшн - очень приветливый, добросовестный сотрудник. После этого 5 отелей, которые я посетила в эту поездку в Армении (в том числе Гюмри и Ереван) сильно проигрывали. Спасибо большое всем сотрудникам отеля за прекрасный отдых и такое количество положительных впечатлений!

- Araz (10/5): Excellent rooms and services - We are so happy we got a chance to stay at the Amberd hotel. The staff are so warm and welcoming and the view of mount Ararat is absolutely stunning. The spa is also excellent and offers great massages. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Были наивкуснейшие завтраки, блюда на высоте, чистота стерильная, комфортабельный бассейн, вид ну я вообще молчу, вообщем сказать что я могу посоветовать вас, ничего не сказать! Вы лучшие из лучших🤍 так держать! я счастлива!🤍 Понравилось все!!!!

- Marina (10/5): Мы организавали , для родителей поезду в этот отель.В честь дня рожения отца.Они были очень довольны .Еда очень вкусная - Атмосфера , чистота , разнообразие еды , развлечение.Одно из лучших мест в Армении .Смело бранируте не пожалейте.👍👍👍 🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲 Единственное ,что хотелось бы что бы на будущее рассмотрели это время заселения не в 14.00 а в 12.00) будет удобнее) Это как пожелание)
- Kristina (10/5): - This is the hidden gem, with a 4-star level hospitality service. The welcoming water, fruits and sweets are so heartwarming. The hotel is clean, the buffet breakfast is very good, we were lucky to join the buffet dinner which was also great. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need for comfortable stay.

- Hyka (5/5): Disappointing. - The hotel rooms themselves and furnishings are outdated, which is a shame because the location and outdoors are absolutely stunning. The interior of the hotel and the exterior of the hotel are in stark comparison. Staff is nice, management is TERRIBLE. No concept of customer service, or going that extra little distance so that guests are happy and actually want to come back. Management.

- Hovhannissyan (10/5): Highly recommended! - I recently stayed at Amberd Hotel and had a lovely experience. Clean rooms, amazing mountain views, friendly staff, and great facilities like the pool and spa. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

- Jana (10/5): Relaxing place with beautiful views - Great views at Ararat Mountain from room and restaurant. The room was comfortable, good shower and bath amenities. Complimentary fruits and sweets. Excellent place for relaxation, good starting point for Mt. Aragats, plenty of interesting sites around. Rich and tasty breakfast. Nice choice of wines for dinner. Unfortunately, we did not manage to try spa and swimming pool. No good coffee for breakfast. Americano, cappuccino, latte for extra cost.
