- Brooke (6/5): - The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there. The breakfast was subpar at best. There was barely any food, it was barely restocked while we were there, there was one person managing refilling and cleaning up. The staff needs to communicate better, e.g. that the room card is required for the elevator and that the pool was closed. They could have told us that at check-in.

- Leirae (10/5): An amazingly nice hotel! - The hotel was very clean, well lit and close to everything. Staff were very nice and friendly. It has an outdoor dining area, comfortable lobby seating and an outdoor leisure area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean and modern. It had a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen items like silverware, cups, plates and bowls. The room had a sitting area with couch and ottoman. All the room amenities were fantastic and better than any hotel I have stayed in in the past. The breakfast was less than stellar - premade reheated breakfast sandwiches. Not impressed. But outside in the lack of breakfast offerings I would absolutely stay here again. I would just know to go elsewhere for breakfast.

- Karen (2/5): Disappointed with room - Price was raised for the night I stayed because of graduation and it was not worth the price I was charged. The only good thing was I could walk to my destination. Bed was very uncomfortable and it was very noisy. I was charged 500 for a night of discomfort. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone….
- Melanie (2/5): Horrible - Our bed was hard as a rock and we were on the first floor so you could hear every single sound. Our bathroom was dirty and I didn’t get one wink sleep because of how hard the bed was and how loud it was in the hotel. They charged us $500 because my nephew was graduating in the hotel should’ve maybe been 120 the bed literally felt like we were sleeping on the floor.
- Burdette Philip (4/5): - Once again, the art of the customer experience is out the door. Myself and another gentleman waited at the unattended front desk for about ten minutes before someone (pleasant) came to the front. My room, although it was a well maintained space (maintenance-wise), the room wreaked of urine. By the time I found the source of the smell, there was nobody to come and clean it up on-site any longer. I was promised that someone would come and take care of it by 9am the following morning. I waited until 1030am and it didn't happen. I walked down and the next inattentive person at the front was nonchalant about my followup complaint. I left and came back a few hours later and the spots were remedied, but the stench still engulfed the room. I asked the maid playing loud, explicit music from her phone that was next door if they had anything to get rid of the odor. She went in and sprayed the room and I sat outside for a bit before going into the room again.
- V1232CJthomasc (2/5): Staff members - There was a woman in the kitchen that smelled like marijuana. She seemed very rude and disrespectful, in all my years of staying here i have never seen staff so unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here anymore and would hope they resolve this soon.

- Nicholas (6/5): - It was close to the concert venue. We couldn’t check in at 3:00 like is posted because they didn’t have rooms ready. There were multiple people waiting on rooms. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair and buggers in the shower still. There was hair on the sheets and pillows. We ended up checking in at midnight because the room wasn’t ready before the event we were going to.

I was told we didn’t have a room because we booked through Expedia and they had to honor their Hilton honors members reservations first. I had confirmations and everything. When I told them I was a Hilton honors member, suddenly I had a room again. Not sure what shady things they were trying to pull but not cool!
- Greg (4/5): - Arrived well after check in time and waited along with several other guest aa rooms weren't yet cleaned and available.....missed a planned event due to extensive wait time and once given keys they still didnt work so had to get reprogrammed. Just seemed unusual and not very prepared

- Maddie (9/5): The best part of this property is the staff. - The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are such a great size. But by far, the best part of this hotel is the staff. From check in to check out, the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We came on a weekend with terrible weather and had to modify our plans. Not only did they help us cancel one of our nights, the front desk receptionist, Dozie, spoke so kindly and compassionately to everyone she encountered as she was simultaneously helping us. I honestly don’t know if I have ever seen such great staff handle themselves so professionally in such a stressful situation. We will be back to Stillwater and will absolutely stay here. Nothing!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place - Home2Suites is consistent a great place to stay. Breakfast is always good and facility is always clean. Pillows are not to my liking but that's a matter of personal preference.

I asked for a wake-up call from front desk but didn't receive it. Fortunately woke up on my own but could have been a problem.

- Thomas (1/5): They don’t clean your room or replace towels - Location is good. Didn’t clean room. No towels. No coffee. In order to get any of those things on your second day, you have to fill out a tiny piece of paper with a pen and take it to the front desk. Ridiculous.

- Denise (6/5): - We stayed Wednesday-Saturday and they never cleaned the room even though it states that room cleaning is every other day. The breakfast was not appealing at all except for the yogurt. The rest was prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that were still in the package and was microwaved. The water backed up in the shower and took 15-20mins to drain after jiggling the plug around. There was no body soap in the bottle but I brought my own anyway. We also had to get more towels since housekeeping never refreshed the room. On a positive it does have a Starbucks in the parking lot and close to several places to eat.
- Curious43367464489 (8/5): I would stay again. - The room was up-to-date / modern and was mostly clean (there were a few bottles of water and a pint of milk left in the fridge.) The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. However, the dishwasher did not work. Outside of the room, the lobby was clean and in order. But the area in front of the elevator on the 5th floor had an odor. One of the 2 elevators was out of order. I did not partake of the breakfast. Nikisha(sp?) at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The same entrance as Starbucks completely blocks the entrance/exit for good parts of the day as cars line up out to the road for coffee.

Never got completely comfortable but eventually fell asleep. Really, it was extremely nice despite these two things. It deserves the high rating I gave it.
- Barry (10/5): OSU Cowboy Baseball Weekend - Great location, just minutes away from the OSU campus. A wide variety of dining options are literally right next door. The rooms were very clean. And the staff was really friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Stillwater.

The gym in this place is freaking awesome they have a full selection of dumbells as well as pulldown machines and high end treadmills. The indoor pool was warm and clean and the omelets for breakfast were delicious. Hilton hotels are always top notch!
