Guest Reviews
- Courtland (10/5): - Stayed a few times on work trips staff always welcoming and willing to stay late to get you checked in and will give you a call if you are running late
- Raymond (8/5): supplies - Rooms very great ......but the towel situation was awful. and no extra pillows or blankets
- Amanda (4/5): - We were in a renovated room which was ok but the toilet was wobbly and the bed moved. Our reservation stated free linch which never happened. We inquired and were told its just a sandwhich but kitchen is under renos so you dont get it. Was not worth what we paid
- Meximomma (8/5): - They went out of their way to help me while my car was broken down for 2 days. Helped me unload my equipment from my vehicle to keep in my room. They just finished renovating my room the same day. Smelled very fresh and even had a nice deep soaker tub i could relaxnjn. Very quiet room. Brand new laminate flooring. Restaurant is currently closed while they renovate the while motel but room as coffee maker, microwave, bar fridge and smart TV. great value for the dollar.
- brian (10/5): - Friendly staff . Clean room . Best price cause they launched August promotion . Will definitely stay here again.
- Zachary (4/5): - Staff was friendly but rooms were dirty. No rear parking.
- Travis (8/5): - Very family very clean would recommend
- kurtis (2/5): - What was once a popular local establishment is no longer the case.
We were the only guests at the motel, and there was no one around, not even a staff member. When we checked in, they seemed surprised that we had booked through Expedia. Perhaps because we had our dogs, we ended up with a dirty room. They did do some light housekeeping during our stay, which shocked us. On the plus side, the beds were fresh and clean, so we stayed.
The doors didn’t lock properly; the deadbolt didn’t work. There was garbage in the dressers and trash cans. I was told to be careful using the outside stairs, as I might trip. The whole place smells dusty and unused.
The lobby had a strange smell and appeared to be in chaos. It seems to me that they are trying to run this place into the ground. This used to be a well-regarded spot, especially loved by blue-collar workers for its bagged lunches and clean rooms, but unfortunately, that reputation has been ruined.
- Steve (4/5): Find a different place to stay - The room was in terrible shape. The door had so much gap that it was so noisy from vehicle traffic. The room above us was so noisy just from someone walking across the floor. There was no top sheet on the bed. The tv wasn’t working so we watched tv from a 24” little one that I had to hook up myself. Terrible night. So much noise. Never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There were dead bugs in the window sill, the sink was not cleaned and I was worried about bed bugs (the bed looked clean). The carpet was dirty as well.
- Leroy (6/5): - I booked a two night stay at the greenhead motel through Expedia. Expedia sent me an itinerary conformation number and said my booking was confirmed. Greenhead Motel is not even signed up with Expedia and had know record of me staying with them when I arrived. Wow
- Robert (10/5): - Staff are great. older place There working on it. Good food.
- Julina (2/5): - This hotel has neen closed since January 2024, but we could book it on Expedia. We didn't know it was closed until we showed up to check in.
- Dan (2/5): - The property was closed . Expedia should not have given me the reservation.
- Linda (2/5): - When we arrived we found the hotel had been abandoned and shut down
- Charles (6/5): - Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Great bag lunch!
- Elijah (4/5): - The beds weren't comfortable and the toilet wouldn't flush
- Oliver (8/5): - Nice breakfast lunch
- Colleen (6/5): - Our room was not that clean - very basic amenities with a fridge that wouldn’t stay shut, a/c that wouldn’t shut off and a dead bolt that didn’t work
- David (8/5): - Really friendly people. Helpful with questions I had.
- Derek (8/5): - They provided us with a bagged lunch for our hunt.
- Graham (4/5): - service that doesn't care at all
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good price good breakfast included.
Not very sound proof from upper rooms, Hwy, and generator used to power motel.
- Natali (8/5): Better than big chain hotels - All the staff are wonderful. Great food. Clean comfortable rooms. Larger chain hotels could learn a thing or two from the Greenhead Motel. Thanks again!
- Natalie (10/5): Great small town motel - Excellent staff, amazing food great value
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing and friendly place :) would certainly go back
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel room and food was amazing. Very noisy though
- scott (8/5): Was OK - Nice rooms , I was staying here for work, the hotel was fully booked so the staff seemed to have a hard time providing a daily cleaning service. A bit expensive for what you get
