- Aina (5/5): - 淋浴間水量大，熱水溫度夠暖。 同層樓別房住客的喧鬧聲讓在休息的我嚇ㄧ跳，不得不戴耳塞討清靜，冷氣過冷，自行在面板調高溫度 不久又回到未調的溫度，因為開始有喉嚨不舒服的徵兆，不得不關冷氣。

- 裕湘 (7/5): - 乾淨，舒適，整潔，枕頭有兩個，彈簧床的硬度適中，很好睡 網路預約時是給了23平米的空間，結果入房後才發現只有18平米，足足差了5平米的空間，反應給櫃檯人員，他們的解釋是網路預約只是參考，以實際入住的空間為主。因為豪華雙人房的空間大小不一。 等於我預定一個23平米的房間，卻給我18平米的空間，尺寸縮小了，當然度假的心情也變差了。 還有大家越來越覺得國旅越來越貴，而且退房時間也提前了一個小時。原本三點入住的規定已經很晚了，但是鮪魚飯店竟然也提前到早上11點退房。 一個具有台東指標的商旅，要做示範，不要減少消費者的權益。希望我的意見可以被所有飯店的執行者聽見。謝謝你們

- James (10/5): - The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to the bus terminal and the Tiehua village. 10 minutes stroll down to the pebbly beach. Note that the Railway Station is about 10 minutes of bus from downtown Taitung, but once you're in Taitung city, this hotel offers great accommodation and service. All good.
