I had to change rooms. Walls and carpet was filthy. I didn't want to touch anything. It was very uncomfortable. The staff was so helpful. The staff was the best part of my stay. I would never stay again, unless it is renovated. It just need to be painted carpet change and bedding thrown out!!! Just my observation 😌

• Verified traveler (2/5): Falling apart and NASTY! - Never again!!!! The room smelled it mold and bleach. Bathroom door was falling off of the hinges. Shady neighborhood...we even moved the chair to block the door. If there had been any other hotel with rooms available, I would have left without a refund.

Several rooms appeared to have residents living full time in the facility. Noisy all hours of the night. Never again, thank you!

I have never been treated such way and forced to the streets in the middle of. O where after I ask if my phone could be charged for at least 10 mins then when try to.eepirt this morning again. • K S (6/5): This is a poor quality place - The price was 129. Walk in room, mold mildew smells wet. Hole in bathroom door dirty tube. Dirty washcloths. Not a good room. But the only one in town. Terrible.

• Chad (2/5): - Everytime I walked into the office it smelled like weed and we had to do that a lot because putting the key near a phone will make it not work anymore. The walls were literally falling apart and loud music was playing at all hours of the night. Highly do not recommend this property.

Refrigerator cabinet was rotten and filthy. Air conditioner was filled with dirt and mold. Outlets burned. Called front desk, went to front desk no one was to be found. Waited from 4:00 am to 6:00 am to check out, no employee on site. Worst hotel ever

• Cecil (2/5): DONT STAY HERE! - The room was in very poor shape with the security latch for the door missing, a big gap at the bottom of the door. The cooling was minimal. Towels were taken after the first night and not replaced. When I went to the desk to ask for them I was told I would have to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I simply asked if they could be brought to my room. They never came. I was there to assist with hurricane clean up near New Orleans and really needed a shower after a heavy day's work. The staff were very rude and uncaring. I could not under any circumstances recommend this hotel.

• Donny (2/5): - I stayed 3 nights and had my 4th night extended and already paid for. When I got there the lady wouldn’t let me check in because my Wallet was stolen from the hotel and I proved I had pic of my id. She wouldn’t let me cancel and have my buddy buy the room. Worse part is I had my service animal and she said I can call the police but that door will not open. She wouldn’t even allow me to get out of all things my service dog. After about 45 mins she called her boss from India (that’s 30$ an hour apparently) and it took 5 mins for the lady to switch, give me the room for the night, and then act like she never raised her voice at me. Even when I was on the phone walking away she came out to tell me I’m checked in and I’m lucky her boss answered. This has been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. I really hope they check this out and look into this older lady. I wasn’t the only person she was rude to. I even had other people at the hotel say not good things about her. Get a better staff and train them!!!
• DJ (2/5): - Didn't like anything. Our room looked like it was in a police raid. Ice machine was broken, sheets were dirty, and there's definitely black mold in the rooms.

It smelt like old stale cigarette smoke mixed with weed smoke. My kids and I were scared to get in the bed or use the toilet. NASTY
• Charlotte (6/5): - The room was clean and housekeeping was prompt but it was hard to relax because everyone in the rooms around us were outside of their rooms at all hours of the night and being extremely loud and when I tried to get the front desk clerk to do something, nothing was done. Also the tv had very few channels and most of them had parental controls with a code and I also asked the front desk clerk to have someone come and try to fix it and no one ever came. Other than those issues our stay was okay.

• WesternInn (2/5): - The property was in horrible conditions! we moved to three different rooms, 109 couldn't open door, and it's carpet was wet and the room smelled bad, then 110 where the the ceiling leaked in several different areas, finally moved to rm.218 a little better but overall it's was an inconvenience horrible and awful experience . We will never stay at this hotel again. Jasmine Mayne only spent Friday night in Room119, Claudia Lewis who booked 3 rooms for Keryl Leake who had to move 3 times, Willie Mae Ross in which stayed in room 111, who 78 yrs old didn't complain. Late and not least Claudia Lewis did stay any nights in her room. Gave her room to a family friend who didn't mind the smell, and books a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Zachary. Sure refund everyone involved their money back or give half of the money back.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Very dirty room. - This was the dirtiest place that I’ve ever stayed in the tub was filthy there was hair and soap in the tub the toilet was dirty the seat was dirty the sink was stopped up and it smelled like smoke. I would not advise anyone to stay here.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Great staff but dirty and uncomfortable room. - Let me start by saying the hotel clerk was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet and very helpful! My issues lie with the hotel itself. The room had an AWFUL musty odor, the beds were horribly uncomfortable the pillows were nearly non-existent. They were extremely flat. The air conditioner, while it worked well, made an awful noise and the filters looked like they had not been cleaned in years. For the price I was not expecting a 5-star hotel, but I would expect something a little cleaner.

The temperature that night was in the 40s and the heating unit only with up to 75, so I was a little cold. But other than those two issues, I did enjoy my stay and will stay again, when I am in that area.

Tub had numerous cigarette burns stains. But on the whole the room looked clean and smelt somewhat clean. A little musty.

The toilet paper holder and smoke detectors were broken and hanging. There were burn marks in the ceiling, the bathtub and sink. Hair or the walls and bathtub. Stained sheets. It smelled like remnants of cigarettes and raid. Ahhh good times. Stay in Zachary instead if you are trying to avoid Baton Rouge like we were.

We are big people and we needed a king. My husband found a old moldy wash rag in the corner of the shower. House keeping must not have cleaned that room in awhile. Someone either next door or upstairs was smoking weed all night. I Will NEVER go there again

They checked me early w/o any issues and when I needed to extend my stay for 2 extra nights there was no issue and I kept my same room. All those things make this a great place in my opinion. When I asked for a manager, she informed me that she was the manager on duty and refused to give me her name. She would not allow me to speak to anyone above her, she said " im the manager on duty and that is all you need to know."
