- Yee (3/5): Bare minimum for a hard-to-justify price. - Close to supermarkets for more choice over convenience stores and restaurants for good food. Pretty central of Sitiawan if you’re looking to tour the area. Room quality was far too poor to justify the price. [General] - Door lock is just a push lock for the twist door knob. There were remnants/holes/prints of old locks on the door frame that could’ve been better locking solutions. - My room had holes in the curtains (attached in image) - Insufficient bedside tables, only one was available for a room for three (used a chair as the second one) - Power ports are all on the TV side, none on the bedside - Air conditioner is positioned next to the bed (literally) and pointing away from the bed (subjective to people’s preference, but a negative for me). - WiFi could potentially be insecure as they use one password for the entire building. No captive portal, unsure if there’s proper client isolation. (Fortunately, cellular reception is strong enough.) - Coffee table has two cups and not a kettle but a jug. You’d have to get hot water from the dispenser at the hallway. - No fridge - Moth balls are found on the top shelf, says something about cleanliness. - Some lights are still using florescent light bulbs. [Bathroom] - Bathroom sink drain has no catch should one accidentally drop anything - Shower head poorly maintained, one or two hole in the shower head sprays in all directions and hose pops off. - Toilet paper is 1-ply only [Others] - Parking at the back was unguarded - Elevator is from previous era, closes very quickly (almost got closed on one occasion)

Luckily, only in the room from 10pm- 7am. Very happy to leave as soon as day break. Toilet door can't close. Room light very dim. Air con compressor or whatever it is, is very loud. My friend's room bedsheets has dried blood stain ! Will I stay again. Probably not. But to each their own. You get what you pay ( lol)
