Dam LAU (9/5): Très très agréable. - L'ensemble est agréable, le personnel et même le patron sont très agréables. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et la première soirée s'est déroulée avec le personnel, le patron et des amis à lui. Quelques plats ont été offerts pour l'ensemble des personnes présentes et nous y avons passé une soirée mémorable. L'emplacement est un tout petit peu excentré mais ça évite les bruits citadins. Nickel. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Le seul bémol est la piscine. Elle est exposée plein Soleil, elle n'a pas de Zone d'ombrage ce qui la réchauffe fortement, voire trop, et expose les corps aux morsures du Soleil. Sinon .... Tout était chouette. Merci.

Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed. Airco werkt uitstekend. Verbleven hier 3 dagen. Ken enkele dag werd de kamer opgeschoond. Vuilbakken bleven gedurende deze 3 dagen ongeleegd. Terras is vuil met zelfs muizenstront en slecht 1 stoel. Frigo werkte niet. Er is waterkoker met suiker ,melk en thee...maar geen koffie!

Carol-Ann (10/5): Séjour parfait et personnel adorable! - Idéalement placé le long du rivière où la vie nocturne prend toute sa place dès 18h. Le personnel est super et nous a trouvé un scooter pour pouvoir nous balader. Un petit centre de spa dans lequel les massages sont abordables et de bonne qualité. Nous recommandons! Peut-etre un peu bruyant de 21h à 00h mais tout s’arrête pile à 00h.
Carol-Ann (10/5): Séjour parfait à Kampot - Super hôtel avec un personnel convivial et prévenant. Ils nous ont même trouvé un scooter. Situé le long de la rivière, nous avons eu accès au marché nocturne directement en sortant. Un petit spa au tarif abordable et aux massages agréables est accessible depuis l’hôtel. Wifi parfait et les chambres sont très bien. Peut être un peu bruyant du 21h à 00h

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG. Hinten konnte man die Vorhänge nicht öffnen da dort nur der Blick in den rümpligen Nachbar Hof war und vorne schauten dir die Leute ins Zimmer.

Die Lage zwischen den Clubs ist katastroph - - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll (auch wenn sie nichts an der Situation ändern konnten) - Restaurants waren schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen - Bei der Ankunft war ein Gecko im Kühlschrank - Während unseres Aufenthaltes war ein Nagetier in unserem Zimmer und Bett (wir fanden ein wenig Kot und angeknabberte Verpackungen von Essen) - An einem Morgen war eine Kröte in unserem Badezimmer - Das Frühstück das man auswählen konnte bestand nur aus Option 1: Toast mit Fried Egg, Option 2: Toast mit Omelette, Option 3: Toast mit Scrambled Eggs oder Option 4: French Toast, zu den Toast kein Butter o.ä. Von diesen Optionen darf man nur eine wählen und es gibt nichts anderes (Die Portionen waren gross genug) - Restaurant, Bar und Spa waren geschlossen - Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Nachtclubs die extrem laut sind. Man kann die Türe des Bungalows offen lassen und es ist gleich laut wie wenn die Türe geschlossen sind - ohne Ohrstöpsel unmöglich zum Schlafen. - Die Dusche ist vor der Toilette und alles wird nass

Cyrielle (3/5): - L'emplacement a proximité de la promenade qui amène en centre ville. Les chambres sont bien équipées : lampe de chevet et tringle pour les vêtements. La gentillesse du personnel. 1: une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert est collée à l'hôtel. Les bungalows dans le jardin sont aux premières loges avec de la musique extrêmement forte jusqu'à 3h du matin. Cela commence tôt vers 17h jusqu'à tard dans la nuit 2: le petit déjeuner : oeufs et 2 tranches de pain de mie. C'est tout. Tous les matins la même chose. 3: la piscine avait l'eau trouble.

Het hotel staat tussen twee uitgaansgelegenheden in wat best wel voor geluidoverlast veroorzaakt We hadden een kamer geboekt die niet beschikbaar was maar als alternatief kregen we een bungalow aangeboden maar daar moesten we dan wel extra voor betalen

Roseanna (8/5): Excellent location, staff and spacious rooms - Excellent location at the end of the riverfront strip with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for two weeks. Originally we booked a deluxe bungalow but the owner graciously allowed us to move to a family room which was very spacious and had a large balcony. A choice of 4 breakfast options are made fresh to order. We also used the laundry service which was great. The fish, cats, chickens and pool table entertained the kids. Would stay here again. The bed mattresses are very firm compared to what we're accustomed to, the neighbouring bar plays loud music nightly, and the pool - although I coukd tell was bring treated, didn't seem to have a filter running all the time as you might expect.
Theshani (7/5): - The staff are all accommodating & friendly. Shout out to the manager for allowing us to move rooms (family room upstairs to 2 deluxe rooms downstairs) which suited us better. The front office staff also helped arranged private transport to Ha Tien (Vietnam border) and further transport to the ferry wharf. Breakfast, whilst simple, was nice every morning. Short walk into town for restaurants, the riverside at the front is a flurry of activity each night. Would recommend for a short stay in Kampot. The beds in both rooms were incredibly firm. This appears to be common in Asia, however after 4 nights your body really starts to feel it if you're not used to it. The sun loungers around the pool had no cushions. The hotel neighbours a very busy car wash so expect noise from 6am - 6pm (it appeared less in the front facing rooms).

Sroels (5/5): - Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar zegt eigenlijk niet veel tegen je. Het speeltuintje voor de kinderen was een plus. Heel veel geluidsoverlast tot 2 uur in de nacht. We hebben 3 nachten niet kunnen slapen. Er zitten barretjes in de buurt en die draaien mega harde muziek. Na de eerste nacht vroegen we of dit iedere nacht zo was. We twijfelden namelijk om maar gewoon naar een ander hotel te gaan. Er werd gezegd nee alleen op zaterdag en zondag. Maar maandag en dinsdag konden we ook niet slapen vanwege de muziek tot 2 uur. De vloer van de kamer is helemaal kapot. Het zwembad is hartstikke troebel en na 3 dagen daar viste ik nog steeds kapotte stukjes balon eruit. Het ontbijt is het minste ontbijt wat we nu in 7 weken reizen hebnen gehad. Het glaasje sap is voor 1/3 gevuld. Één boterham met ei krijg je. Geen fruit erbij. Het voelt erg mager en het was niet voldoende voor ons.

Kimsror (8/5): I get a good experience studying there. The staff are friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and check - Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close by the centre and the restaurant. That's would be great if the breakfast has more options.

Flipr (4/5): Disappointing - Location to town was good. Very noisy Karaoke next door. The pool was not clean (green).The room is dirty and has ants all through the bungalow. The staff were not very helpful or friendly. Over half the menu for breakfast was not available (They could not even cook toast as the toaster was broken). Toilet would not flush properly.

Tracy (8/5): A good value spot. - I was there for NYE and it was easier to sleep than I expected at 1am! I was worried that the noise would go on much later. It was near enough to walk to the main areas to see the fireworks, easy to walk to bars and restaurants, but far enough to be okay when I got in. The staff were helpful and my bed was very comfortable. The room was so clean. There isn't really a restaurant or bar, and breakfast was a bit average.

James (8/5): Very good - Lovely settings, clean and spacious courtyard and pool area. Staff are very lovely and helped when I left belongings on the train by calling the station. Rooms were comfortable, water hot, beds clean. French toast for breakfast was yum. Street food stalls a short walk away. Would stay here again.

Anna (7/5): Good - The hotel is right by the river, at the end of promenade, nice garden. We had a room on the second floor with small balcony to chill on, very nice. The breakfast is simple but good. Only thing that we did not like was a music bar right next to the hotel playing until 2-3 a.m. I do not know if it was only cos it was a weekend or if it is every day, but we slept like three hours each night. Not a hotel's bad but music was stupidly loud.
Alexis (7/5): My views on Kampot - It is across the road from the river. Lovely walk along. Lots of restaurants & cheap beer along the street. Staff young & helpful. Hotel is tired. The staff, although attentive to their clientele, yet not to the hotel itself. Pool was great & regularly cleaned. Only real gripe was the breakfast.... A limited choice of 3 ONLY. Omelette ; Scrambled eggs; French toast. I was having plain toast with peanut better for my 5 brekkies🥴 5 days in Kampot is too long, I thought I could swim in the river, but noooooo!!! But definitely get a hotel near the river for the lights, activity & breeze.

Sabine (7/5): Lots of potential, but at the moment overrated. - Good location, not far from the center. The bungalows are nice enough. Surrounded by loud bars that go on until late at night. The staff was friendly, but didn’t really have a clue what they were supposed to do. All in all, too expensive for what you get.

Sharon (5/5): Overpriced and disappointing - The location is good We booked the villa which can accommodate 8. There are only 3 chairs in the ‘lounge’ which also has no ac or fridge. No one cleaned or even emptied the bins during our 3 night stay. The most expensive hotel we booked on our tour of Cambodia and by far the worse. The AC is not strong enough for the room. The neighbouring bars continue very loudly until about 2am. Missing lots of details , not even a hairdryer or safe in the room. I had pre-paid for this room but if any of the staff could have spoken English I would have asked for some money back.

Jamie (5/5): Noisy and dirty but the staff are wonderful - The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped me book a bus the Phnom Peng which was much appreciated. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. Our room was dirty, there was a thick layer of dust everywhere (including the bed sheets), and there were cobwebs on the toilet paper! The restaurant was not open which is a warning sign as everywhere else is really busy. There were so many small things like we couldn’t use the fridge as it stunk like rotten fish and there was no tea/coffee. It’s also right next to a noisy nightclub and the music plays until 2am. It was so loud our walls were literally vibrating. The hotel seems neglected and in need of a deep clean and revitalisation. All this is ok if the price is cheap, however we paid $130 USD per night which is so overpriced compared to other places in the area.
