Simple breakfast nasi lemak bungkus taste good not many budget hotel provided simple breakfast like this. Rate quite high for the deluxe room. Cleanliness need to be improved. Disposed old towel🥴. Dusty furniture, mugs and edge of floor and wall. Quite noisy from other room.

Jalini (10/5): Good, comfortable, pleasant stay - Hotel Jelai ticked all my boxes which does not happen often. It is conveniently located, parking was reasonably easy. The room itself was of comfortable size. I could put away all my travel items easily and there was ample space for a prayer mat. It was, of course clean, all the bathroom appliances were new and worked excellently, there was an abundance of power points to plug in our various appliances, and for my husband, they allow smoking since the room has a little outdoor balcony. Bonus, I wasn't even expecting it but they had breakfast included and in the evenings, there were stalls right outside the hotel which offered a variety of foods, so we didn't have to look elsewhere for dinner. Well, its a small matter but it confused me. There were red arrows labeling appliances on the ceiling. I understand why this is done nowadays, but I mistook one of them for the direction of qibla. Then I realised that the direction of qibla was indicated with a green arrow, placed right at the corner of the room where I didn't notice it before. THEN when I checked with my qibla finder, the arrow was off by approximately 10 degrees. On the day I checked in I was rushing to pray so I did not check with my qibla finder since I thought the arrow was correct. As it turns out I ended up praying 8 rakaat 3 times.
