- 加藤 (3/5): 残念 - 大浴場のみ 刺青が入ったスキンヘッドの人が、平然と風呂に入っており、心配になりました。
- YUTO (10/5): 食事が最高！ - 夕食、朝食共に非常に美味しかったです。 こども用の夕食がとても豪華で、こどもたちも喜んでいました。 子連れで和洋室を利用しましたが、お部屋も広くバストイレ別でとても快適でした。 予約制の家族風呂も次回は利用したいと思います。 9時以降の喫煙は2階の喫煙所のみとなります。

- WAI CHUN (8/5): 性價比高的飯店 - 酒店前台服務員態度良好有禮貌，餐廳也是，特別有幾位來自台灣的實習生，她們用普通話招呼我們用膳，很體貼和友善。 這價錢一泊兩食，是抵食，晚餐是傳統御膳料理，很美味，很飽，早餐不過不失，簡單美味，鮮奶好飲。 每房可免費預約家庭風呂50分鐘，但水溫很熱，在公眾浴場不錯，有兩個池，室內和外各一。 這酒店距離石和溫泉駅只有7-10分鐘路程，不遠，車站隔離有AEON超市及商場，第一次來這小鎮，基本配套設施都有。

- kenneth (10/5): - Close to Isawa onsen station where you can take both buses, local & faster trains. The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright. Most rooms higher up have a great view over the city. There’s a 7/11 about 5/10 minutes from the hotel. Lots of vending machines at the 1st floor for water, beer, soda, coffee etc. Barely an hour with bus from Kawaguchiko. 1 station from Kofu which you can take bus to shosenkyo (great nature experience and a ripe way to a beautiful mountain with awesome views), also walking distance to the Kawanakajima battle reenactment in oct/nov.

- Darío (9/5): Nice hotel and relaxing experience - Nice hotel with a nice onsen, breakfast buffet and a bunch of interesting amenities (karaoke room, game center, kids playroom, store). Came straight down from Fuji-San (around 2 hours from the 5th station) so it was a really good and relaxing experience. It looks a bit dated, although nothing actually bad. Could improve the first impression by changing lighting and wallpaper.

- Miriam (8/5): - Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you.

- Morakinyo (9/5): Excellent Hotel. It is rust but it is a great place to take the family and do sightseeing. - Location Location Location. The hotel is next to the Train Station, local shopping stores, restaurants and park which was super convenient to get up and just go and do sight seeing in addition it was nice to see a peak of Mt. Fuji in the background. There was a little bit of confusion about when I could eat dinner there. On Saturday upon checking in we were told that the dinner was booked. The next day we were told by someone else that a reservation was not required. So obviously there was some confusion my family ended up eating out in town instead.

Very close to station, park, and shopping. 7th floor had an unusual smell. Still doing temperature checks at the entrance. In-room appliances are very basic. Room was a bit small and some furniture was in the way of doors.

- MIYUKI (10/5): - 素泊まりでお世話になりました。 遊歩道を通ってイオンに行ったり、石和駅の足湯につかったり、近くの飲食店でほうとうを食べたり、楽しむことができました。 ホテルでは、安心して泊まることができました。 5人で2部屋でしたが、隣同士で、居心地良かったです。 ありがとうございました。
- Koji (8/5): ロケーション最高の良いホテル - 石和温泉駅近くで、比較的良いホテル。 石和マルシェ（お値打ちに果物、ワイン等が買える）、AEON等が徒歩圏内なので、結構お勧めです。 朝食は、ブッフェ方式でしたが、以前の口コミで酷評されていたが、全然そんな事は無く、種類も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 家族でリラックスできました - 家族4名で宿泊しました。立地も温泉もよく、キッズスペースもちょっとした時間に助かりました。子連れが多かったので子供が騒いでも受け入れてくれる雰囲気なのが助かりました。 食事も楽しめました。小2の息子にも大人のものと似たものだったので、2日目以降は幼稚園児向けのものにしてもらいました。
- Kanji (4/5): 私は二度と泊まりません - ホテル全般的に古い感じで、特に気になったのは、壁や扉が薄いためか、廊下の足音・声が室内に響きました。小さな子供を連れた家族と同じフロアーだったため、あまりにものうるささで部屋のチェンジをリクエストしたが満室ということで無理でした。それ以上に話をとりあうつもりもなさそうな夜のフロントの対応に怒りがこみ上げました。 グループの他のホテルの温泉も利用できたのはよかったですが、二度と泊まることはないです。

- Leonardo Morio (6/5): 立地は良いが古くてコスパは今ひとつ - 石和温泉駅から徒歩8分ほど。 建物も目立ってわかりやすい。 昭和時点での名門ホテルだと思うが、経年劣化しており設備は古い。椅子にはタバコで開いた穴や、畳のシミから年月を感じる。ただ、清掃は行き届いている。朝食は粗品であった。 総合すると、古くてコスパは悪いが、便利なホテルである。
