Oda büyüklüğü çok iyiydi konum olarak ise gayet güzel fakat oda kokuyordu - temizlik kötüydü yatağın içinde ve üstünde tüy-kil vardı hepsini geçtim banko inanılmaz kokuyordu ve maalesef böcek doluydu . Bunlara dile getirdim hemen odayı değiştirdiler fakat geçtiğimiz diğer odada da özellikle banyoda böcek mevcuttu . Tekrardan konaklamayacağım bi yer , tavsiye etmem

- Daria (7/5): Good location, cleanliness questionable - Good location of the hotel, close to the metro. The bed sheets and towels need to be replaced. I asked the receptionist three times to change them, and although they all smelled of laundry detergent, they still had unremovable stains and someone else’s hair on them. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either. In my colleague’s room, the window wouldn’t close. She asked the receptionist twice to fix it — once in the morning and once in the evening — but he only came up to the room after she raised her voice, and then just taped the window shut with duct tape.

Our suitcases were brought up by the kind receptionist guy who I forgot his name but was a very friendly guy Our rooms were big clean, and we had a nice view of the city We had no issues with water, heating or air conditions The hotel is reasonable in price based on its location and facilities, but the only thing I had was the sadness when I had to check out because it was a wonderful place to stay in and I was very sad to leave it I don't like that I have to check out

The property is near to the all the shops,restaurants and public transportation too. Just 2 mins walk from the main road. I would say,i was satisfied with the overall stay. Overall was clean but the room's floor was a bit dirty..maybe they should give attention on that one but the rest was clean and neat.

- Tobias (8/5): - I had a good stay here. The staff, especially Ata and the other guy at night, were very helpful and friendly and understanding. I liked them a lot. The rooms are fine and have plenty of space. Location is okay, you can easily walk (uphill) to the main metro station and many things. Bed was comfortable. My only big problem was that even in winter, it's too hot inside the rooms and the a/c doesn't turn on, so I was a bit too hot for a great sleep. There were some very noisy party guests one night nearby, which the night staff should have corrected but didn't, but the day staff moved me to another room the next day. If they can address a bit better such problems and get the temperature control to work, I think this can be a great hotel for this price!

Der er ikke styr på noget Der lå 3 elkedler på værelset og ingen virkede. Det viser sig stikkontakterne på værelset ikke virker. Så ingen køleskab eller elkedel eller opladning af tlf eller andet. Rengøring på værelserne fik vi hellere ikke. Vi klager over de ting men der bliver ikke rettet op på tingene. Både personale og maneger er meget flabet og siger det er sådan det er og hvis vi er utilfredse kan vi forlade stedet.

Cleaning is generally problematic in 3-star hotels, but there is no problem with cleanliness here. You are cleaned regularly every day. Also, the staff is very helpful at check-in and check-out. The hotel is located in a good district: there are a lot of places to eat and hang out and the metro station is right around the corner, so you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. The room was big, clean, and had everything necessary. The photos of the rooms correspond to real life, so all expectations were met. The cleaning service was available daily. The staff was nice. We had a double room, and the beds were supposed to be a queen-sized bed, but they were just two beds standing together, so that was a bit uncomfortable and we had to find solutions for that. The facilities in the bathroom could be a bit renovated, especially the shower, as the water was leaking outside.

No English channels in TV ,all were Turkish and boring .. the internet was Terrible. They have to work on it .

- Mai (10/5): Awesome - Big clean room and good value for money, 5 mins walking to Main Street and metro station, so helpful and cheerful staff especially mr Ahmet he’s so nice guy and I appreciate his kindness that he took me on his motorcycle to Main Street coz it was high steep st. :) Over all I loved my stay.

- C_melaka (7/5): Clean and affordable place to stay, not too far from the Istanbul Congress Center. - The staff at the front desk can speak English, which eases communication. They helped us to contact a taxi to go to Istanbul old city and talked to the taxi driver on our behalf, and helped us to get to the airport with a fixed taxi fare. The hotel is also clean. No breakfast was served (at least for our booking). No shower cap in the toilet. The toilet condition can be improved - no hanger near the shower area to hang the towel, no proper place to put the soap, and when you put it near the sink, it stuck to the wet dashboard near the sink area. Couldn't watch the TV as it was not set up for viewing any English channel.

- Anja (2/5): - Dieses Hotel empfehle ich nicht weiter, es war schmutzig, laut, es stank nach Zigaretten obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben war. Auf dem Tisch wurden Zigaretten ausgedrückt, die Couch hatte Flecken und Brandflecke. Es sollte Frühstück mit inbegriffen sein, die bieten aber kein Frühstück an. Wir haben keine Nacht dort geschlafen und haben gleich wieder ausgecheckt und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Nicht zu empfehlen vor allem nicht für Familien.

- Maxim (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. It was clean in the room, receptionist was very friendly and helped us when we left our bag at the bus station nearby. The room was big enough and it was pretty quiet in the nighttime. Location is good as well. The street is quiet but it's only 5 minutes to reach the metro. There was a smoke odour in the room. Besides this everything was really good.

- Cagla (10/5): - Austattung der zimmer und sauberkaut srhr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das hotel liegt in einer ruhigen strassenseite, zu fuss kann mann in wenigen minuten die hauptstrasse mit restaurants und vielen Geschäften erreichen, es ghet bis dahin sehr steil berg hoch, wenn man fit ist geht es ganz gut.
