- CanisHan (10/5): three-star accommodation in the Sangmu area of Gwangju. - C ( 24.10.03 ) There was an event at the Kim Dae-jung Center, so I stayed here for three nights. The parking lot is nice, and the staff is kind. There are many inexpensive accommodations around, but I stayed here, which is a more comfortable place. The room condition is good, and the interior of the room is also wide. I stayed for three nights, but there was no inconvenience. I think it is one of the best accommodations in the Sangmu area.

- Markéta (6/5): Pleasant - The room was super spacious, and the best thing was the bathroom with a bathtub. Had never had a bathtub in Korea Well, for a solo (foreign) female traveller, it was the most scary location possible, as it was where all motels and love hotels are located. The "bussiness hotel" that was pretty much beside it had a poster in the window with a text saying "p*rn hug" and was definitely not a normal hotel. Hotel stay had a plaque saying it was an accommodation save for women and kids, but in the location like that, it made me even more worried. The room itself had just the keycard lock and no other way of locking it, which again made me worried. On top of all that, there was no remote for air-conditioning. It was set for like 18C°, way too cold for comfort if it ran constantly, and i could only turn it off when i climbed a chair and pushed a botton on the aircon itself. Finally the location was on the opposite side of everything turistically interesting and also far from a bus station (it looks close on the map, but the city is way bigger than it looks, trust me) . Though that is on me for picking it without looking well on the map.

- byungje (6/5): 사용후기 - 자전거대회에 참가하기위해 숙소를 고민하던중에 이곳을 선택하게 되었습니다. 장점이라면 음식점과 술집들이 많이 있어 멀리 나가지 않아도 되구요 좀 아쉬웠던부분은 베개가 누렇게 보이고 짧은머리카락이 묻어있고 샤워장이 변기와 딱붙어있어서 좀 불편하더라구요. 개인적으로 쓰는 수건과 자전거용속도계충전잭을 탁자에 내놨는데 청소하시는분이 착각하셨는지 치워져있더라구요 딱히 문제삼지 않았지만 이런부분의 대처는 아쉬웠습니다

Besides a long desk with laptop to use for free, there was also a coffee table with an armchair and stool. There was a LG Tromme Stylus for use in the room to dry and sanitised clothes. To use the LG Tromme Stylus, we need to find out how to use it online as the words are in Korean. The location was convenient to train and buses with lots of restaurants nearby. There was no filtered water in the room. You have to go to reception area for it. The bed mattress was incredibly hard and made from vinyl. This means it is clean but it was uncomfortable and because the sheets were thin, it was very hot to sleep on.

Very Disappointed.... - First of all, I'm very disappointed with the service. when I see a hotel has breakfast service, I expect that from hotel itself but not from McDonald's. Even from McDonald's they have only two options which is hamburger or pancake. I don't understand, how everyone can choose from only these two options. imagine a guy like me who don't eat beef or pork, so we need to go with pancakes which I never had before, anytime. If they are getting this breakfast from McDonald's , I would expect them to mention online clearly which I don't see it anywhere. I don’t want to go to office With empty stomach, I decided to try pancakes. When I got the pancakes they are very cold. I requested to get my breakfast around 7:30 AM and until I went down at 8:30 AM and ask them “hey where is my breakfast” then they told me to wait for 10 more minutes to get my breakfast. Anyway, I am very disappointed with the service.

Due to a language barrier they were good at having a translating app available and they would call us a taxi each time it was needed. Breakfast was provided free of charge across the street. The room was clean and well equipped with supplies. The fridge is very tiny so really not able to store extra food in it.. It was located in an area where there were many shops and restaurants that were easy to walk to.

- WorTra (10/5): - 地下鉄Sangmu(尚武)駅5番出口を上がり、最初の角を右へ、左側の道と合流してそのまま少し進んだ左側の道の右側に見える。駅から徒歩10分圏内。住所を(できれば韓国語で)控えて行けば間違いない。チェックイン時は英語・日本語とも通じないスタッフだったが、スタッフが持っていた翻訳アプリで問題無く対応いただけた。午前のスタッフは英語が堪能だった。 部屋は思っていたよりもモダンな印象。最初は少々暑かったが、窓を開けて問題が無くなった。たいへん広い部屋でトイレ、シャワー、洗面が分かれていて使いやすかった。ウォシュレット対応あり、wifi問題無し、携帯用の充電用コードが複数設置されていた。 周辺はコンビニがある。飲食店は数分歩けばあり、10分歩けばかなりある。チキン店も近い。 総合的に鑑み、光州に来たら再度宿泊したいと思った。

They allow us to store our luggages before check in time and by the time the room is ready, the luggages were sent directly to our room. -They have espresso machine down at the lobby. -Very generous on the toiletries -Modern, spacious and stylish room. Room is also very clean and quiet. -The lobby is also very nice. -Very close to Gwangju subway station, convenience store and eateries. If I go to Gwangju again, i'll definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

- SUN WOO (2/5): cheap but terrible service ! - I had terrible experience at this place. firstly it's hard to say hotel. The overall service was awful and room doesn't have proper ventilation system so I can still smell the cigarrett from previous guest. The cleaner came and open our room without any notifiction in the 9am in the morning and didn't even say sorry. I will never ever stay this place again!

The bathroom had an open tub and closed shower and toilet for if you were sharing. They provided everything you need for face toner to shampoo to lotion. They also parked your car and was very up to date on technology.
