• Soraya (8/5): Para repetir - Ubicación con aparcamiento en la puerta, zona tranquila , cama enorme y apartamento bien equipado y amplio. Con toallas de playa, sombrillas kit básico para ensaladas, café e infusión. En 5 días no limpiaron el apartamento.,.ni nos cambiaron las toallas (para mí hubiese sido necesario). Pero es cierto que vos mensaje han estado pendientes de cualquier tipo de necesidad o petición, y no pedimos nada.

• Sharon (8/5): - It was spotlessly clean and spacious. And the views from the balcony are beautiful, we would definitely stay here again. Shower leaked a little bit onto the bathroom floor and the shower head was a little low, but no major issues.
• Susana (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in den Jahren gekommen aber man hat alles was man braucht, sie hat eine angenehme Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage war für mich super. Sehr ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne und trotzdem nur 8-9 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes Cafe und zwei tolle Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Mein Haartrockner hat nicht funktioniert und ich habe gleich einen neuen bekommen. Die Wohnung war etwas kalt und hat ein bisschen nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Das Wetter war aber auch nicht so optimal in den Tagen davor. Die Wohnung ist auch etwas hellhörig

• Maria (10/5): Très très belle expérience, tout était au top, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) - J'ai adoré l'hôtel, tout était parfait. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, surtout en avril où c'était très calme. L'hôtel es situé à côté de l'une des plus belles plages de l'île Cala Galdana, avec des bars et des restaurants accessibles à pied. L'emplacement est absolument magnifique, une des meilleures zones pour découvir les plus belles criques et plages de lîle.

Très bien placé tout près de la plage de Cala Galdana, au pied du départ des plus belles randonnées. La résidence est très agréable. Une belle piscine et de beaux équipements. Et une disponibilité immédiate de notre hôte david. Nous étions présents mi-avril, et nous étions quasiment les seuls dans la résidence. Meilleur rapport qualité prix que j’ai pu trouver. Je recommande à 100 %. Rien!

• LAURENT (8/5): Excellent - l'accès aisé, les stationnements dans la rue très proches. la vue sur les espaces naturels, et la petite terrasse. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car il y a eu une coupure d'eau qui a duré de la fin de journée du Samedi au Lundi matin. A savoir que le dimanche était férié, d'où le temps d'attente. Par contre dès le lundi matin 7h30, l'eau était revenue.

• Marion (7/5): - Emplacement Réactivité des hôtes Très peu d'équipements pour la cuisine : pour 4, c'est trop juste : pas de bol, tasses très petites... Ne comptez pas faire de la grande cuisine. Le balai est minuscule et très peu pratique. L'appartement est vraiment très humide : rien ne sèche ( fin octobre mais il a fait très beau).

• Etienne (7/5): Franchement, peut faire beaucoup mieux que de ne rien faire - Très bonne localisation, excellent wifi, équipement du logement soigné? voisinage très calme. Curieusement pendant 24 heures, l'eau courante a été coupée. Après envoi d'un mail au gestionnaire du logement, longtemps après il nous répond par mail .... à côté de la question en écrivant qu'il suffit de demander pour obtenir de l'aide. Or on lui en demandait et il n'en donne aucune.... alors qu'il suffisait de fournir un jerrycan comme le font tous les hébergements soumis à des risques de coupure d'eau. Or le voisinage nous signale qu'une dizaine de jours avant, une précédente coupure d'eau avait déjà privé le bâtiment d'eau pendant 4 jours. Comment peut-on rester insensible à des clients devant un tel manquement de confort. Jamais le gestionnaire ne s'est présenté ni manifesté auprès de nous pour nous aider concrètement.... Je n'ai jamais connu un pareil manquement. Avec le seau du nettoyage des sols, on a été obligé d'aller puiser de l'eau .... dans la piscine, pour se laver, faire la vaisselle et vidanger les toilettes.... vraiment dommage.
• Karen (10/5): After this experience, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Cala Galdana - The apartments and its surrounding area are very peaceful. The location is great. It is a short, beautiful walk along the river to get to the beach/centre. Communication with the staff was excellent, they were attentive and very efficient. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for my week stay. It was also great to have two sets of towels; two for the shower, and one big beach towel. The parasol was also a great bonus.
• Triunfo (7/5): Bien,pero con detalles - el apto es muy cómodo,la ubicación tranquila MI apto era el 13,con vista a la piscina. Además de los varios escalones que hay que subir, que el lavarropa y secarropa es de uso común y son 2 (para 20 aptos).Que nunca hubo nadie en recepción, que la comunicación con Menorca maravilla no es proactiva, que el tv es minúsculo (no nos importo porque no lo vimos),o que las vistas a lugares históricos todavía las estoy buscando....y que... Estuvimos sin energía eléctrica en la zona de lavado y secado y sin wifi todo un día...y además Nuestro vuelo salía temprano por lo que nos fuimos antes del amanecer, bajamos toda la escalera solo con una luz de emergencia ya que las luces se nos explico están conectadas a un timer..(seria bueno conectarlas a una célula fotoeléctrica ya que se ve que no adecuan las horas de encendido del timer.)...en fin...aparte de eso ,lo demás bien

• Jimmy (7/5): - Le quartier est calme, possibilité de rejoindre la plage à pied en 5-10min, pas mal de restaurants sur le chemin. Le logement est bien équipé. Le personnel veille à ce que tout se passe bien durant le séjour. L'isolation est horrible, nous entendions les voisins discuter le soir, on avait l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la pièce d'à côté. Et quand ils déplaçaient les chaises et tables, c'était très désagréable..
• Rachele (9/5): Tutto ad un passo - La posizione vicina alle più belle spiagge, ovviamente per chi ama camminare un poco sul sentiero Camì des Cavals. Spaziosa e con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Per chi ha problemi con le scale deve pensare che a Minorca è tutto un sali e scendi, quindi preparatevi. Per noi non è stato un problema. Gentilissimi e pronti alle nostre richieste, siamo stati bene. Tornerei sicuramente.

• María Irany (10/5): En general muy bueno. - Todo bien, la ubicación me gustó, pues cuando aún sigue la fiesta tu estás más tranquila. Todo limpio muy cómodo. Siempre pendiente de si lonecesitaba algo . Muy atentos la verdad Un detalle menor pero bueno si lo puede arreglar, la mampara del baño. Si o si se salpica el agua para el lado del wáter . Otra cosa creo que siempre deben haber colchas o independiente del clima . Supongo q no habían porq estaba saliendo el veráno pero hace fresco en la noche y pasé algo de frío.. También pensé q hacía mucho calor y no llevé nada de manga larga menos pa dormir.
• Bruno (4/5): Apartamento com boa localização mas com problemas na estadia - A localização é otima, perto do centro e da praia. O chuveiro não possuí água quente suficiente para um banho. Os outros hóspedes tiveram que tomar banho de água fria/gelada. Além disso, a vedação é ruim e o chão fica completamente enxarcado.

Las personas que atienden muy mal servicio, solo responden consultas desde las 9 am a las 13 hrs, luego es imposible ubicarlos, para una emergencia que estuvimos sin agua 3 dias, horas intentando contactar a la gente. El lugar es muy recomendable para el descanso, pero hay que estar pidiendo todo, cambio de toallas, hervidor, todo... es muy angustiante cuando eres extranjero y pasan estas cosas. Las mucamas asistían mejor que la recepción. Insólito

• Rocío (8/5): Cómoda - La ubicación del apartamento y que estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. Puedes cocinar allí lo que necesites por si quieres llevarte comida para pasar el día en una cala. Cuando entrabas al apartamento, olía un poco a cerrado, quizá pondría un ambientador o tendría las ventanas mas tiempo abiertas.
• Bruna (8/5): - O apartamento é extremamente espaçoso, bem organizado e está em uma localização excelente. Fica a apenas 10 minutos a pé da praia de Cala Galdana e próximo a diversos restaurantes e lojas. Além disso, é moderno, aconchegante, bem equipado e muito silencioso. Sem dúvida, a estadia valeu muito a pena! O único ponto que não gostamos foi que tinha um cheiro muito ruim no ralo da pia e que deixava o apartamento fedido. Tivemos que abrir as janelas para melhorar o cheiro. Mesmo assim, valeu a pena!

• Julian (5/5): 83 escalones (5° piso sin ascensor) - Tiene piscina, lavadora. Piso limpio, tiene balcon y el lugar es tranquilo. 83 escalones hasta el piso, es el equivalente a 5 pisos sin ascensor. No se especificaba de esa forma en la publicación, de haberlo sabido no lo hubiese contratado. El piso es pequeño, justo para 2 , aunque se supone que es hasta 4 con el sofa cama.

• Eleonora (8/5): Rilassante - La struttura, e’ vicino alla spiaggia, c’è anche due mini market vicino , la farmacia , per quanto riguarda li appartamenti, il nostro era molto carino con tutto il necessario per la vacanza, ottima vista sulla riserva naturale, ottima posizione, piscina in comune molto bella
• Mario (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente. El anfitrión, David, estuvo en constante contacto con nosotros. Aunque habitualmente es posible aparcar, dispone de servicio de parking en la misma puerta. Aunque puedes cocinar porque la cocina es completa y la placa funciona sin problemas, necesita poner una campana extractora porque se llena de olores la habitación.

Apartamento amplio iluminado cocina completa, lencería en buen estado muy limpia, Colchones cómodos, sofá cama muy amplio y cómodo, aire acondicionado perfecto, terraza con vista agradable hacia la calle y el rio. Mantenimiento de algunos detalles que lo comenté personalmente con David.

The bed was extremely comfortable and a good size. Steps to apartment. Although I was aware there were a lot of steps to some of the apartments I didn’t realise how many. I travelled with my elderly mother and should have requested an apartment in the block at the front with fewer steps. I wouldn’t recommend to families with elderly parents or very young children.
• Leonard (8/5): - Property exceeded our expectations it was clean quiet and comfortable. Check in process was simple via messages as not staffed 24 hours. Easy walk to the centre of Cala Galdana and the beach. We have now stayed in 4 different properties on Menorca (all 3 star) and I would say this was the best. We had a balcony with a brilliant view over the nature reserve and excellent place to eat and relax after a hard days "touristing". It was the first place we have stayed to have a double bed and that was at least king size. Air con worked well, nice to return to a cool apartment. A word of warning...if you hire a car do not park it on the pavement on the opposite side of the road to the apartments. There were cars parked there every day and on at least 3 days they all had parking tickets on, so take up the apartment parking (extra) or time your movements to be able to find a legal parking space, there are plenty.

• Claudia (7/5): Está bien - El edificio está en una zona muy tranquila, no suele haber problemas para aparcar ni ruido, está muy limpio y las instalaciones en su conjunto están muy bien! A nivel del apartamento, la cama es muy cómoda y grande y tiene muy buena climatización. Además te facilitan toallas de playa y una sombrilla. Creo que faltan bastantes utensilios de cocina y de limpieza. Además podrían proporcionar ciertas cosas como el papel higiénico o el lavavajillas en función de los días de tu estancia. Por otro lado, la nevera es muy pequeña y el sofá necesita un cambio. No cogería este apartamento para más de 2 personas.

• Alan (9/5): Pretty good, no problems. - The pool was good, beds comfortable, reception helpful, view from balcony, very quiet at night, more towels than we knew what to do with. The stairs, we were fortunate in having apartment 6, but there were others up many more stairs, bit of a hot trek to the beach and shops. Would have been nice to have some pods for the coffee machine provided on arrival and some water in the fridge, air conditioning a little tricky.

• Greg (9/5): A great place for a family holiday - We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in late July. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of three and the management company provided excellent communication in the lead up to and throughout our stay. The whole development is very well maintained and the pool is secluded away from the street. We spent a lot of time there during the day while our daughter swam and we never had any difficulty finding space on the ample seating or sun beds. Evenings were spent on the balcony which is east-facing and therefore doused in morning sun while offering some welcome shade in the afternoon. There are a couple of fairly expensive supermarkets about 5 minutes walk away although we stocked up at Lidl in Ciutadella on our second day where you could buy wine for less than the price of a bottle of water in the resort. There are also several very good restaurants just down the road, especially if you like seafood. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and the cove is nestled beautifully between the cliffs. It gets crowded on a sunny day but we were still able to find a spot and the beach is quite shallow so wherever you are you're close to the water. It's a really nice place to spend a week or two and you don't really have to leave the resort as it has everything you need within walking distance. The only downside is that the kitchen doesn't include an oven or a grill, just a 2-ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Not that we planned on doing any serious cooking, but it does limit your dining-in options somewhat. If you have a hire car I would recommend paying for the parking space. Although there is a lot of parking available on both sides of the street and a public car park at the start of the road, these spaces are all taken up very quickly as day visitors start pouring in from about 10am and it doesn't really ease up until 3 or 4pm.

Aparcament fàcil a la zona tot i ser una ubicació molt transitada i amb molt turisme. Faltava neteja una mica més exhaustiva a l’apartament. L’hora de sortida s’agraïria que fos més tard, per poder descansar més i deixar l’apartament en millors condicions…

• Francoise (8/5): Excellent stay at a great location - The location is perfect – it’s quiet, with no noise at all, which is great for a truly relaxing stay. The mattress on the bed is extremely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Collecting the keys was very straightforward. We were without hot water for half a day, but I contacted the property via WhatsApp and received a very prompt response – the issue was resolved in no time. Someone came once during our stay to change the towels and make the bed. The air conditioning works very well. For us, the kitchen was adequately equipped, although mugs would have been appreciated. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so bring that type of pod if you would like to make coffee. The water pressure in the bathroom is also very good. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant just 50 metres away, as well as a pharmacy and a souvenir/beach items shop right next door! We had an excellent stay overall, although it could have been even better if the issues mentioned below had been addressed. There are a few small things that could be improved, such as properly gluing the wallpaper in the bedroom – one piece wasn’t glued down and was sticking out from the wall. The curtain used was also far too long, with about 50 cm trailing on the floor, which poses a tripping hazard. The key for the safe should have been checked beforehand, as there was none available; if missing, it should have been replaced. The door to the balcony did not close properly, so we had to rely on the shutters to secure the apartment. Overall, the flat lacks a bit of TLC. The swimming pool appears rather dated and also needs some attention – it was green in some areas and generally uninviting. These are not major issues, but they are necessary to address. Many of them have been mentioned by previous guests in reviews. They are not expensive to fix, but resolving them would significantly improve the guest experience and likely result in better ratings for the property.
