- Juan (10/5): It was a great day, an amazing day, I walked in and I was like wow, this is amazing. - Clean and well run More pillow
- Teresa (6/5): - No pets
- Michael C (8/5): - Office was not manned at any time I went there. Sign on door to ring bell.
- Holloway (5/5): Passable -
- Ralston (10/5): Exceptional - We love staying there
- Zaidi (5/5): Passable -
- Rebecca (6/5): Not a good choice - The host was okay but he came running down to the room as he gave us the wrong room. The walls were cut 2 ft off the top and off the bottom separating the wash basin from the beds. The bedding was stained and the spread didn't look clean at all. The temp control did not work right it was either freezing or nothing. The television remote didn't work right either and when it finally came on you could only receive 3 channels. The good thing was we didn't have neighbors.
- Raines (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Dave (3/5): Don't believe the listing details - Cheap- better than camping. Barely Wifi is advertised and password is provided but there is no internet connection. Other reviews have pointed this out. It is misleading- and having wifi was one of the reasons I chose this over camping.
- Dave (3/5): Barely better than camping - Location and price Musty smell and no internet
- Marvin (6/5): Pleasant - Room was quiet, adwquate, comfortable, and economical. No coffee in room and refrigerator was not pre-chilled.
- Amanda (5/5): Passable -
- charles (2/5): - This is the worst hotel experience that I have.
First the check in. The picture below is the front lobby, that's correct you stand outside to check in as the desk blocks the door to the lobby. At least it's covered. Could be cold in the winter though. I had to sit (sdtand actually) and wait while the “made a key” for the room they were giving me. This was a metal key not just a magnetic card. That made me think it must be a master that probably fit other rooms. Can't say for sure because I didn't try.
Got my key to room 239 and went in. Tried to turn on one of the lights next to the bed, but it was missing the switch. As a landlord of more than 30 years the switch costs about $5 and would take about 10 minutes to change if one is interested in changing it. There was another light on the other side of the bed so I thought I would live with it. I then went to start the refrigerator. When I opened the door I was almost overcome by the odor. There was lunchable in there that must have been in there at least a week as there was mold all over it. At this point I went to get the manager to show him the room. After ensuring that he saw the issues with the room he said he would give me a different one. I told him that managers had to get out and see these rooms every once in awhile.
My next room was was 246. Seemed to be alright went to make a call and no cell service (not the hotels's fault) so I grabbed the phone in the room, but it didn't work. In the hotel's defense they don't
- bruce (2/5): Disgusting and falsely advertised. - This was the worst place I have ever seen. It is definitely not the way it is advertised on Hotels.com. It looks like a drug dealer and prostitution pay by the hour motel. Trash and shopping carts all over the place. Blinds in the windows falling apart. This place is disgusting and wouldn’t be fit for a prisoners last stay. A homeless person would be better off sleeping on the street.
- Kenneth (10/5): Nic place to stay - Gray Plaza Motel was a nice place to stay, prices were reasonable, rooms were clean and comfortable. i would stay yjere again.
- Lynn (5/5): Sketchy place - It's very old and run down. The people were nice who ran it. But it's not one of those places where you feel like you are safe. There was no deadbolt, and there was no way to lock the door other than the door knob. It's not going to be a place that I go again. Not secured. A former resident came knocking on the door asking for the stuff that she left in the room.
- Lora (6/5): - Pet friendly and big comfortable room. Beds and bedding were great. I like the retro feeling.
Previous reviews look like some vindictive attempts. Owners could be more tech involved.
- Sammy (6/5): - It’s a place to stay that’s about all
- Eric (8/5): - It is a little sketchy looking outside, parking lot also, but the room itself was fine and clean, and no problems, so overall it was fine, especially for the price.
- Trevor (10/5): Hidden no frills gem - For $65 this was an amazing place to stay. The room was affordable, nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Just what I was looking for.
- Williams (2/5): Not good - Four walls and roof Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
- Bourque (5/5): Passable -
- Mcdonald (4/5): It was merely a place to sleep! There were no others in which to stay - No breakfast served! There wasn't much to like, really! The room was not clean; toilet didn't flush well; lady who checked us in was not friendly or pleasant! Price was more than it should be for what we got!
- Theresa (4/5): - Room smelled and didnt seem very clean, the a/c didnt work very well, but was quiet.
- Dennis (6/5): - Hotel is older. Room was comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for a bed and a shower this will work
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Wonderfully kitschy vintage motel. Not spotless, but very quiet and the price was right. Loved the sparkly ceiling!
- Mickey (6/5): - The helpful, friendly staff & the price were the best things. The property is old & in need of repair, but our room was clean, quiet, & very adequate.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - it was dated, but i dont need fancy stuff. price was right, room was good, plenty of parking, and quiet.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Frankforts finest - It's ok, I have stayed in better but also stayed in worse.
- Larry (2/5): - The place took my money & was boarded up practically.. no one would answer, the lobby is covered in plastic over the doors so you couldn’t even get in…
Remove this one from your site cause aren’t even open for business
- dell (10/5): Pleasantly surprised. - Easy to find from the highway. Old style motel style. Room was clean. Fridge and microwave. Nice TV - a bit limited channels. Beds were firm but comfortable...nice heavy duvet for warmth and 'security'. Guests were situated at least 2 units apart, so no noise from neighboring units. I was in the back section, so no road noise. Very enjoyable for a quick overnight stay. Comparable to a good Motel 6.
Single senior female traveling sols. I felt safe and secure. Will definitely stay here again when travels bring me back this way.
- John (6/5): Adequate no frills motel - This is an adequate no frills motel. It’s main attraction is the low cost, which is significant. Not for someone wanting a high end motel with breakfast. Wifi and TV reception was good.
- Justin (8/5): - This was the most awesome time I have ever had the swimming pool was great the hot tub was always on and the Room service was off the chain.
- Kayleigh (8/5): Good - Quick but easy and affordable
