• Rana (10/5): Great stay, visited all major sites and one night turned out being perfect. - We had a wonderful stay here — it made exploring Evora so easy since we were able to walk everywhere. It was great being inside the walled area of Evora...and as advertised, there was underground parking that worked out great. There were also fantastic restaurants and wine bars all around the area, which made the experience even better. We ate dinner at Origens, a Michelin recognized restaurant enjoying 5 courses paired with Portuguese wines....although many other dining options were available. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Portugal.

• Damian Corino (10/5): - Lo que mas nos gusto fue la atención del personal, sobretodo de Sofia (creo que se llamaba asi, nos contó que era nueva) que en todo momento trato de hablarnos en español y explicarnos todo, una genia. La habitacion muy comoda con cafetera nespresso. Un hotel moderno y con una ubicacion estrategica cerca de todo. Lo unico malo es que se escuchaba mucho el loby, tendrían que acustizar porque por el hueco de la escalera retumbaba y dede la habitacion se escuchaba el ruido de abajo, solo eso el resto impecable

The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub! The pool and balcony were nice features. The bar and lounge area was great! Free on-site parking was a huge bonus. Everything was great!

• WILLIAM (7/5): Very pleasant but room for improvement however still good value for money and right in the centre. - Perfectly acceptable, little slow on topping up empty fruit dishes, mushroom were delicious and the fruit was good once it arrived. I wish hotels in general would invest in basic toasters, it’s like a ceremony having to wait in line for the toaster which is always slow! The bathroom was very poor, no where to put soap bags, no working surface. The shower could do with a freshen up however the water pressure and temperature was great. The towels were all lovely and thick as well as soft. A comfortable easy chair in the room would be nice, along with chairs on the balcony…red spiders everywhere preventing you sitting on the marble without staining shorts red! No milk or sugar provided with the tea making machine. Garage parking was excellent. Room 216 has a constant buzzing noise from machinery the noise travels through the bed and is most irritating when trying to sleep. We did enjoy Evora and our stay was generally fine. All staff were lovely.

O lençol limpo e bem passado a ferro mas tinha um rasgão, provavelmente colocado por descuido da empregada, não é grave mas para 4 estrelas precisa de mais atenção aos pormenores. A internete de manhâ teve cortes.
• Sophia (2/5): Bad property with lots of issues. - The property has parking and breakfast included. The door malfunctioned and locked me out of the room for an hour. Then the AC was not working and room was freezing. The toilet would not stop running once you flushed it. Then there’s a ton of spider mites on the balcony so you could not use it. Finally the curtain was stuck and could not be closed properly. I spent between 1-10pm addressing these issues instead of seeing the city. I was informed there was no manager on site for two days and staff were giving excuses instead of addressing the issues promptly. Overall very terrible experience and definitely not worth staying here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excelente comunicação e simpatia da rececionista que nos recebeu no check in. Houve apenas uma pequena falha de energia durante alguns minutos na parte da manhã, que nos impossibilitou de ter luz no quarto, mas que foi resolvido relativamente em muito pouco tempo.

• Joseph (10/5): Modern en fraai hotel binnen de muren van Evora. - Het hotel is zeer modern en comfortabel en beschikt over een ruim buitenzwembad, binnenbad en gym. Het hotel ligt net binnen de muren van Evora en is daarmee een goed uitvalspunt voor een bezoek aan dit levendige en interessante stadje. Wij konden onze auto gratis parkeren in de garage onder het hotel. De kamer was zeer ruim van afmeting, net zoals het bed en de mooie marmeren badkamer. Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt. Het eigen restaurant heeft een goed naam, maar wij maakten er geen gebruik van.

• adrian (10/5): Great hotel within easy walking distance of the centre - It was a very comfortable hotel with easy parking and a lovely pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely shower. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Easy walk into town - we liked to walk through the park and past the Chapel of Bones to walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Evora There was nothing not to like
