• Margaretha (9/5): Fantastische plek om tot rust te komen en te aarden na een lange reis - Wij zijn hier een week geweest met z’n tweeën en onze baby en hebben het ontzettend fijn gehad. Bij aankomst stond er al een kinderbedje voor ons klaar, wat wij erg prettig vonden en super handig was tijdens ons verblijf. Het personeel vroeg elke dag of ze konden schoonmaken, waardoor wij zelf konden aangeven wanneer het voor ons het beste uitkwam. Alles was altijd erg schoon en netjes. De bedden sliepen heerlijk: niet te zacht en niet te hard. De locatie in Canggu was ook top. Je bent vaak wel aangewezen op een taxi, maar dat vonden wij helemaal prima — met Grab is alles makkelijk en snel te regelen. Daarnaast stonden ze direct voor ons klaar als we ergens hulp bij nodig hadden of vragen hadden. Wij raden deze plek absoluut aan en zouden hier zeker nog eens verblijven! Het zwembad werkte helemaal prima en we hebben er zeker van genoten. Je merkt alleen wel dat het misschien langzaam toe is aan een kleine opknapbeurt of renovatie. Dat zou voor ons het enige kleine minpuntje van het verblijf zijn, maar verder hebben we echt een hele fijne tijd gehad.

The staff were amazing! The bedrooms were big also, being right across from the villa was a small coffee shop that sold amazing ice caramel latte. When it rains there’s little ants on the outdoor chairs. The kitchen does need an upgrade, we didnt get the coffee or tea.

Однако на третий день, утром, когда мы спали, пришел другой сотрудник виллы и начал требовать дополнительную оплату за вторую спальню. В противном случае он сказал, что нам нужно покинуть виллу на один день раньше даты выезда. Это было очень неприятно, потому что заранее об этом никто не предупреждал. Более того, сотрудник отказался принимать оплату через Booking и настаивал на оплате наличными. Мы оказались в неудобной ситуации — только проснулись и не могли срочно искать другое жилье. В итоге нам пришлось доплатить 800 000 IDR наличными, чтобы остаться до конца бронирования. У нас есть видео, где сотрудник берет у нас эти дополнительные деньги. Такое поведение выглядит очень непрофессионально. Если стоимость отличается, об этом нужно предупреждать заранее и проводить оплату через Booking, а не требовать наличные во время проживания. The location was excellent, very close to amazing restaurants and lively streets. The staff were very accommodating, Wayan in particular was very helpful to us. We highly recommend this place. Plenty of great restaurants (I recommend Woods and Origen restaurants) and stores are very close by. The staff at the villas were fantastic. I highly recommend this villa

• Peter (9/5): We had a great family holiday here would definitely recommend it. The staff are super friendly. Lovely cafes nearby and - Very spacious, 3 very large bedrooms all en suite. The pool was huge great for swimming lengths. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast is nice. There were no steps to get in and out of the larger section of the pool, which is about 5 feet deep. There are steps in the smaller section of the pool but to get from there to the larger pool you have to swim underwater under a concrete pathway - not ideal. The mattresses on the garden furniture are old and dirty, definitely need replacing!

We stayed in another villa in Ubud for one week before this villa with no issues - everything was perfect. After a couple days in Kutus Kutus villa, I started to develop marks all over my body. They would get worse after each night sleeping in the bed - an obvious sign of bed bugs. The floors had bugs all over them as pictured. When we made a complaint about the marks on my body and the bed, we were advised that it would be cleaned with brand new sheets. The claimed new, changed sheets were yellow, stained and with evident brown stains (squished bugs). At this point, given the unacceptable service and cleanliness of the Villa, we booked a flight home and requested a refund for the remainder of the booking. We left the villa (and provided evidence of our flights to the Villa) on 25 December 2022 even though we were meant to stay till 2 January 2023. We have been trying to contact the Villa since this time and they are ignoring our messages and calls. They refuse to give us a refund and have not once apologised for this experience. It is dirty, and the owners are unresponsive to customer needs and requests. They do not share photos of the toilet and bathroom for a reason, they are stained and yellow. We stayed in another villa in Ubud for one week before this villa with no issues - everything was perfect. After a couple days in Kutus Kutus villa, I started to develop marks all over my body. They would get worse after each night sleeping in the bed - an obvious sign of bed bugs. The floors had bugs all over them as pictured. When we made a complaint about the marks on my body and the bed, we were advised that it would be cleaned with brand new sheets. The claimed new, changed sheets were yellow, stained and with evident brown stains (squished bugs). At this point, given the unacceptable service and cleanliness of the Villa, we booked a flight home and requested a refund for the remainder of the booking. We left the villa (and provided evidence of our flights to the Villa) on 25 December 2022 even though we were meant to stay till 2 January 2023. We have been trying to contact the Villa since this time and they are ignoring our messages and calls. They refuse to give us a refund and have not once apologised for this experience. • Sharon (6/5): Would not stay again - The property had 2 larger bedrooms, large pool, massage tables in villa, next door to an amazing restaurant. Very close to raid and. wry noisy. was not cleaned to standard in bathrooms. very far out of main canngu. quite run down in parts needs lots of maintenance. big price tag for what you get. staff accused us of taking a glass and then made me pay $5.00 for 1 glass. subsequently found the glass and apologised. staff were not at the property at check in even thought it was hours after check in time. very hard to get in contact with them and had to wait around outside the villa for over 45 minutes.

• Kazza1963 (8/5): Large spacious villa, great location with an excellent restaurant right next door. Staff amazing too - staff, location, very spacious villa. suitable for groups and families. would recommend to others and would stay here again. Few maintenance issues but these were fixed ASAP

• Zara (10/5): OVERALL GREAT STAY, GREAT FOR A FAMILY 6 - HUGE AND LUXURIOUS!! THE POOL. The design and decor absolutely love the frames. The location is good however the villa is next door to a Horse sanctuary but thankfully I couldn’t smell any manure. The woods cafe brand new is fantastic for breakfast and next door to that is a laundry service. We were a couple in a huge villa cause we love space. The workers quarters were right outside the villa so every time you go out you would come across 3-4 workers outside. The curtains in the bottom rooms were a very odd faded purple colour that did not match the white decor but the room upstairs had a beautiful white curtain that should be in all rooms. I feel like the drinks and noodles should have been complimentary. The bathroom sink needs fixing as it splashed up into our face when I turned the rap on but there was another sink we used.
• Aaron (6/5): nice place, too expensive for the value delivered - fabulous location situated right at the Pererenan / canggu shortcut , stones throw from woods cafe and other great cafes service is very attentive and they tried their best to quickly respond and fix things I wasn’t so happy about some parts of the villa was quite run down. some parts were really dirty like dead worms and bug behind curtains . toilet pipes smelt bad and had flies lingering in there (even my two year old son was saying to me there is a bad smell) also the flush was leaking out water I’ve stayed in cheap and cheerful places but knew what I was expecting. but this place costed 150e a night in bali so we should be expecting better quality and value for money. if it was 70-80e a night perhaps we could accept that I have to give the team credit for fixing things asap when I highlighted the issues. overall - great location, private pool and nice comfy bed etc but some rough bits like the bathroom needs to be cleaned and sized I cannot fault the staff service though - rapid response to feedback in fixing things , but i should have to face these things from the beginning ….

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great local area stay - We have just spent 5 days at Rosalia, firstly the staff were fantastic Elou, Putu. Ardi the manager were very accomodating. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt and Muslie, coffee and juice. The rooms are amazing and huge, beds very comfortable, air conditioning was brilliant. The bathroom has seperate shower, bathtub, and toilet with double basins. The kitchen is outdoors and well equipped, the pool is amazing and big. The only issue we had was the internet sometimes failed but the staff were happy to rectify asap. Would definitely return to this villa the beach is 2 min by bike and there are restaurants on the beach and in the village. We also enjoyed massages at Nova 300mts from the villa excellent for Ind 70.000 $7Aud. If you like to be away from the crowds this is the place to be, living amounts a wonderful community beatiful homes with amazing temples in every residence. We shall return thank you Rosalia villas
