- Marta (6/5): Alloggio basic ma in una zona ottima. - L’alloggio è davvero basic, anche se ha tutto il Necessario per una vacanza tranquilla senza eccessivi confort. La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri da Limni Kerios, la Zona balneare di Keri con ristoranti, supermarket, bar, ed in una delle zone più belle dell’isola, vicino a splendide spiagge come Marathias beach. Inoltre dal porto di Keri si possono affittare barche per giri privati alle Keri Caves e isola di Marathonisi, una delle attività più belle che si possono fare a Zante. Pulizia ok, ma personale assente.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - La posizione davvero bella, paesaggio fantastico, la spiaggia vicinissima e mare eccezionale. La sistemazione si e' rivelata confortevole, gentilissimi il gestore, pulizia generale ma costante, molta biancheria di ricambio, anche se lenzuola piccolissime per il matrimoniale. Si dovrebbe curare di piu' i dettagli, all'entrata c'e' disordine, non troppo pulito, qualche ragnatela dimenticata, e' un po' alla buona. Comunque e' stato un bel soggiorno, mangiato molto bene alla taverna da Nikolas, un vero gentleman, molto carina e gentile la ragazza che veniva a pulire. Nell'insieme siamo stati soddisfatti.
- Lionel (2/5): Attention aux réservations hors-saison (octobre) - Attention ! Nous avons refusé la réservation, malgré qu'elle ait été payée à l'avance, car la chambre imposée n'était pas celle proposée sur le site et elle ne se situait pas à l'endroit décrit qui est fermé hors-saison. D'un cadre sympa avec vue sur la mer (vue payée en supplément !), la chambre était au dessus d'un restaurant avec vue sur le parking du port. De plus, la propreté de cette chambre et sa vétusté laissait à désirer. La gérante a refusé de nous changer de chambre et s'est montrée désagréable. Nous avons trouvé une chambre sympa au bout de la rue.

- wshva (8/5): Buoni Studios in buona zona - Studios molto spaziosi, puliti, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla deliziosa spiaggia tranquilla di Limni Keri e dalle taverne, ristoranti e altre attività della zona. Dal lettto ci si può svegliare ammirando l'alba e un bel panorama, con l'isola marathonissi proprio di fronte. Molta disponibilità e cortesia, colazione super abbondante e preparata singolarmente al momento, molto variegata. La più meravigliosa spiaggia dell'isola, Marathias, è a 3 km.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Posto tranquillo con vista mozzafiato - Lo studios a piano terra limitato e poco confortevole per una coppia ed un bimbo piccolo è tenuto sufficientemente bene con una vista sul porto di Limni Keri davvero mozzafiato... Segnale wi fi assente e doccia nn funzionale tra le note negative... tranquillità tra le note liete... probabilmente gli studios ai piani superiori sono migliori... peccato mi aspettavo di più
- Roy (10/5): - Have just come back from a wonderful week spent at Karmiris Studios. The location is excellently situated a short walk from the harbour and beach. The view from the balcony over the harbour and towards Marathonissi is absolutely fantastic. The resort is small and in the early season was quiet and peaceful. Not a lot to do unless you enjoy wonderful walks around the area or rent a motor boat or car. Niko is a lovely guy and was warm and friendly and very welcoming as was the whole family. The studio is a little on the small side and has thr usual Greek plumbing but the views,location and warm welcome contributes to a very pleasant stay and by the way the food at Nikos taverna is excellent. Thank you for a lovely hoiday
- Christa (6/5): Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Blick über die Bucht - Eigentlich wär's leicht zu finden, wenn es deutlich ausgeschildert wäre bzw. wenigstens am Haus "Karmiris Studios" stünde ... an die Enge des Zimmers und des Badezimmers muss man sich erst gewöhnen (im Nachbarzimmer war's etwas besser, dort gehen beide Kastentüren auf und auch der Durchschlupf zwischen Tür und Waschbecken ist größer), ansonsten aber waren wir durchaus zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, das Bett gut und der Balkon mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang einfach der Hammer!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Buy or beware - This place was horrible to find. Even with navigation I kept passing it because there are no clear signs where it is. When you pull onto the property the only sign you see is "private property do not enter"..I asked 3 locals in an effort to find this place. I had someone drive us there finally, only to find out you need to pick up the keys at a taverna in the harbor. This I found out only by talking to another guest because well... there's no signs (**surprise**) I finally go to the taverna to get the keys but no one is there. I saw a light on upstairs so I thought maybe it's staff. Instead I basically woke another guest up who was staying upstairs. I called 4 times to the number and no one answered. I've travelled all over the world and this has been the most absurd hotel I had to deal with. One of those types of stories you wouldn't believe unless it happened to you

- Bella (10/5): Der schönste Urlaub seit langer Zeit - Gebucht haben wir das Appartmenthaus, weil uns das Foto vom Ausblick auf die Bucht so gut gefallen hat und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist tatsächlich so traumhaft! Das Apartmenthaus gehört zu einem Restaurant, das ein paar Meter die Straße hinunter entfernt liegt. Optional kann man dort Frühstück dazubuchen und tagsüber oder abends essen gehen. Da wir Langschläfer sind, haben wir uns aber das Frühstück selbst im Appartment zubereitet. Dazu ist alles Notwendige vorhanden und den Rest besorgt man sich im Supermarkt um die Ecke - oder wenn man ein Mietauto hat in den größeren Geschäften (ca. 15 min Fahrtzeit entfernt). Besonders begeistern waren wir von der liebevollen Dekoration bei Ankunft auf dem Bett und in der Küche. Das Appartment war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Handtücher gibt es ca alle 3 Tage neue. Unsere Extrawünsche bzgl. Extra-Handtücher und Extra-Kopfkissen, die wir bei der Buchung gleich mitangegeben hatten, wurden berücksichtigt und wir fanden am Ankunftstag alles in unserem Apartment. Die Klimaanlage ist am Balkon angebracht - dh. die Luft geht direkt ins eigene Zimmer und kann je nach Bedarf individuell gesteuert werden, was uns sehr entegenkam. Die Balkontüren sind schalldicht und die Klimaanlage stört deshalb nicht.
- Rosalba (10/5): Bella vacanza! - Sono stata in questo appartamentino per un viaggio con la mia famiglia a giugno. Direi ottima la pulizia e la posizione con vista dell'isola tartarughe. Appartamenti piccolini ma ben attrezzati. Migliorerei la doccia che allaga il bagno e se siete sensibili ai rumori portate dei tappi.. il silenzio non è il massimo: tra animali, macchine e condizionatori. Ma ci tornerei
- valeria (8/5): appartamenti tranquilli e vista magnifica - Proprietari discreti e ospitali, camera ok, con tutti i confort e buona pulizia. Unica pecca il bagno poco curato. Posizione tranquilla a Limni Keri con vista sul porticciolo davvero magnifica. Davvero consigliato a chi cerca un'alloggio tranquillo, ma non troppo isolato.
- Jo (8/5): Close to the beach. - People very friendly and helpful. Gave us another room as the roll out bed we requested they didn't have. So with this they moved us into a too that had what we needed. Very pleased.
- K M (4/5): An honest review ! - Apartments were in a fantastic location and had the best views you could wish for ......however , if you are expecting the ground floor 2 bed apartment to be anything like the pictures on the hotels.com website, you will be very disappointed !
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nettes Apartment, gute Lage, unkomfortable Betten - Grundsätzlich hat uns das Apartment gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage verrichtet ihre Dienste äußerst gut und das Apartment bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc.) die man benötigt. Einzige Kritikpunkte waren die Ankunft/CheckIn und das Bett. Beim CheckIn weiß man nicht so recht, was man tun soll. Es gibt keinen Schalter und keine Information über das CheckIn-Verfahren. Auch das Apartment zu finden stellt sich ohne versierten Taxilenker als unmöglich heraus, da Karmiris Studios auf keinem Schild oder Plakat hängt. Man ist somit gezwungen bei der angegebenen Rufnummer anzurufen. Ab dieser telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme hat jedoch alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Betten sind bretthart. Die Kissen ebenso. Ich habe mir in der Nacht mehrmals aus Versehen die Blutzufuhr in die Hand "abgebunden", da das Kissen sehr gut als Abbindestab fungiert.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Super Aussicht, schöner Gegend! - Limni Keri ist eine sehr nette Gegend auf der Insel Zakynthos und Karmiris Studios ist perfekt gelegen mittendrin. Das Apartment war eher einfach aber für unser Bedarf mehr als ausreichend da wir sowieso immer unterwegs waren - jedoch war die Aussicht einfach fantastisch! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war großzügig und frisch zubereitet. Von dort aus konnten wir die Insel erkunden und haben heraus gefunden, dass unser Platz zum wohnen eigentlich perfekt war da es angenehm ruhig war aber doch mit guter Infrastruktur. Andere Teile der Insel waren doch etwas zu Touristisch für unser Geschmack.
