- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, otherwise disappointing - I stayed 10 nights in an apartment in Ryu house village (separate building). The location is good, check-in was ok. But the room was not as clean as I expected. Moldy shower curtain, stains in doors and in kitchen, the refrigerator was located in balcony, which smelled like sour dairy products. The bathroom was a square meter by size, shower being just a shower head from the sink. Whenever showering, the whole bathroom was wet. Opening the window helped but also let the mosquitoes in. There was no daily clean up nor a safe to be used, despite the room description. The A/C was loud but luckily the room had one. There were quite a lot of construction work in nearby area to wake you up in the mornings. I left a long list of cleaning suggestions while checking out, hopefully those will be done. Also send some messages regarding check-out but received no answers. This was a disappointment for me.

There was a lot of things available in the room that I did not expect, but very much enjoyed. We were given cups, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. My room was cleaned 3 days a week and the customer service was extremely great! Denny was very hospitable and helped whenever my daughter and I needed it.He made sure we were always good and even treated my daughter with a lot of care, She loves him and can’t wait to see him again if we visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely choose this place again when/If I come back.

- Christian (10/5): - We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. - KAO (10/5): - 本当にとても快適に過ごしました。 お部屋もすごく綺麗です。清掃が月水金にあり、タイルなどの備品も交換してくれます。 台所にはフライパンやお箸、スプーンや調理用具も用意されており、部屋に洗濯機も物干し竿もあります。 外に喫煙所もあり、コンビニが徒歩1分以内にあるので買い物には困りません。 外は寒かったのですが、暖房も完璧に作動し何不自由なく過ごしました。 オーナーさんもとても親切で優しい方で、また韓国へ行く際にはここを利用しようと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

It's in walking distance to JK and many other cosmetic facilities/hospitals. The owner Danny and his emplyees are very thoughtful, kind, responsive, and supportive.

- SHINO (10/5): - スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、特にチェックイン時は飛行機のディレイで21:00に間に合いませんでしたが、エクスペディアのサポートチャットを通して連絡をし、22:00まで待っていただけて本当に助かりました。 私は4人部屋のドミを利用しましたが、広さも十分でシャワールームのすぐ手前に施錠できるロッカーもあり、縦長で衣類をかけるスペースもありました。 洗面台の蛇口から出るお水があっちこっちに飛びますがお湯はしっかり出ますし、シャワーも安定してお湯が出ました。お手洗いにトイレットペーパーを流せるのも有り難いポイントです。

Seemingly a little bit small space for 2 adults but a decent place at decent price in Gangnam of Seoul if you stay longer than a week and use public transportation.

- Kaylin (10/5): Lovely Place, Close to PT and Food - Denny, the manager is amazing! I contacted the hotel via email to request an map. The map was very helpful from the nearest Metro (subway) stop. Every inch of the lobby, kitchen and lounge were clean for a germophobe like me. I stayed on the 2nd floor in the women's dorm, with 4 beds. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the spacious bathroom. I used it as a changing area. There is a large closet-like locker that you create a 4 digit password for. There was enough room for my shoes on the lower level, to hang clothes high and to store carry-on luggage above lower level. There is a sitting area with a table and chair. Towels are stocked in the bathroom medicine cabinet and shower shoes are provided. There are two detachable shower head options. The A/C control is accessible to keep the room as comfortable as possible. My only complaint was the bathroom had several strands of hair on the floor, sink and walls. This was due to at least one of the girls who were staying there for several days, which is probably why the bathroom floor was not swept before a new guest arrived. There are plugs everywhere. I requested an additional towel to wipe off the sink so I could comfortably put my toiletries there. Breakfast is a nice spread that you prepare yourself, with plenty of beverage options. Hope to stay here again the next time I visit Seoul.

My room, the basic twin was huge, the staff are absolutely amazing and you are very close to cool places in gangnam and to the river park. There are loads of coffee place and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the subway is also really close! So in short location is great
