• SOPHIE (7/5): Séjour convenable - Dossier d accueil prêt à l arrivée . Mais à nous de se débrouiller pour trouver la chambre, de nuit. Pas beaucoup d information avec le jeune homme de l accueil. Chambre grande mais très sombre, vieillot. Propre. Personnel de ménage sympathique. Scooter nécessaire ou taxi Belle piscine, helas froide .douche serait à changer. Un peu de bruit extérieur, genre clim des voisins car pas de carreaux, que moustiquaires.

Le rideau de la douche (qui est d’ailleurs une baignoire en fait). Comme un peu partout en Thaïlande, les climatisations sont bruyantes, donc boules quiès... et vu qu’il n’y a pas de volets mais juste des rideaux, envisagez un masque de nuit. Piscine avec pas mal de monde...

La dame de l’accueil Accueil est très gentille, tout comme le reste du personnel. Il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas vraiment aimé, mais j’ai trouvé juste surprenant que ce soit à 14h que la dame d’entretien soit venue faire la chambre.

Salle de sport La piscine est malheureusement à l’ombre donc froide. On s’y est quand même baigné, il y a un petit toboggan c’est drôle mais ultra froide. La proximité des bungalow. Bruyant dès le matin.
• Gilles (9/5): Très bien - Nous avons trouvé le personnel très sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service. l'hôtel est situé dans une zone calme de Chiang Rai. L'intérieur des chambres est spacieux et chaleureux et aménagé de manière pratique. Il y a une terrasse avec fauteuils et table basse. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien. Pour la location des scooters, la réceptionniste a appelé un loueur qui nous les a livrés à l'hôtel et qui est venu les récupérer à la fin du sejour pour un prix raisonnable. Le parking est fermé la nuit. À la piscine, nous avons trouvé la température de l'eau un peu fraîche.

Really relaxing envoirment. No insects or animal in the room if that bothers you. Although you still have an net protection on your bed. Money was worth. Idk if its a free canabbis resort but at the night time there was gests smoking cannabis and we could feel inside the bedrooms as you go to sleep. nothing against it, but if i had kids i woudnt be happy about it.

• Tracey (1/5): Worst Night Ever – Zero Sleep Guaranteed! 1 Star - The breakfast relentless noise and zero chance of rest. Avoid it if you value sleep! Rooms have fixed-open windows so you can hear everything!! • Neighbours talking late like they’re in the room • Constant footsteps thumping overhead • Washing machines rumbling at all hours • Roosters crowing from 4 AM • Planes roaring overhead nonstop • Pigeons cooing and flapping right outside in a nest in the property. The bathroom was disgusting: a leaking toilet created puddles and a strong urine stench throughout. No mosquito nets despite photos promising them—we battled bites all night amid the chaos. Complaints were shrugged off with no refund or compensation offered. This place bears no resemblance to its glowing reviews—it’s misleading, uncomfortable, and feels like a scam. Book anywhere else; we left exhausted, bitten, and furious. Never again!
