• Maria Camila (10/5): Very clean, nicely located and made with care! - The hotel looks tlike a whole DIY project. It is made with care. The facilities were extremely clean, honestly! Staff super helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again! Some of the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are a bit too steep - so take this into account in case you have special needs.

Die Zimmer waren groß Meine haare haben auf ein Handtuch abgefärbt und ohne es zu waschen wollte man mir 500baht für ein Handtuch aufbrummen. Ich bin zum nächsten Waschsalon gegangen, habe es einmal durchgewaschen und das Handtuch war wieder sauber. Alles kein Problem aber die Art und Weise wie das Personal damit umgegangen ist war sehr unverschämt

• Paul (3/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - De vriendelijke dame die helpt met het boeken van trips naar de eilanden en Khao Sok Wij kregen niet de met Booking geboekte kamer aan de achterkant met zicht op de tuin. Deze was al verhuurd aan iemand anders! De kamer die wij kregen, lag aan de voorkant, de straatkant en had een airconditioning die zoveel lawaai maakte dat we er niet van konden slapen. Alles was erg gedateerd: het bed kraakte bij elke beweging en je kom de veren van het matras voelen. De badkamer was ook erg oud. Na een helse nacht kregen we een andere kamer, maar ook aan de voorzijde, deze had wel een betere airco. De compensatie bestond uit een gratis ontbijt en lunch, dat in geen verhouding stond tot de kamerprijs.
• Carmen (6/5): Hotel in Ordnung, Kommunikation mit sehr fadem Beigeschmack - Die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut in Ordnung und sie liegt gut: nicht weit vom Nachtmarkt, aber in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Leider gab es ganz komischen Kontakt von Seiten der Unterkunft: man sollte sich noch mal extra über einen Link registrieren und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, sollte man dann noch eine Überweisung tätigen, damit sichergestellt ist, dass man das Hotel bezahlen kann, immer mit der Drohung, dass ansonsten das Hotel storniert werden würde. Fun Fact: diese Überweisung sollte mehr als 150€ sein, die gut 40€ für zwei Übernachtungen wurden aber bereits bezahlt. Auf Nachfrage in der Chat Funktion versuchte man einem zu erzählen, dass das von Booking.com so gefordert ist und das seit dem neuen Fiskaljahr 2026 so sei (komisch dass das das einzige Hotel war mit diesen Regeln). Ich habe die Zahlung auch nie freigegeben und beim Einchecken hat niemand was gesagt. Auf Fragen bzgl sehr frühem Checkout hat niemand geantwortet (in der Rezeption war mittags niemand und auf Nachrichten in booking.com oder per WhatsApp wurde nicht reagiert), dafür kamen selbst nach unsere Abreise noch Aufforderungen deren komische Registrierung abzuschließen…

Staff have really thought of everything... its especially safe if you are a solo female traveller. We really enjoyed cooking our breakfast with the eggs, bread, coffee and tea. We got the extras: mushrooms, tomatoes, avo from the market. Also liked the free coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits downstairs. Fridge available too and free water refill. Our room had beautiful nature sounds, and then someone moved in to the room next door to us. It was very easy to hear them quite clearly. The hello kitty cutesy will not appeal to everyone.

We stayed in room 20, and there is a breakfast area downstairs where you could cook your own breakfast. Bread and toast and eggs supplied! Free tea and coffee all day. 400 m from the bus station, in a quiet lane. Comfy beds. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will definitely return. Nothing to dislike. However bear in mind that there is no safety deposit box, no refrigerator in the room, and the Wi-Fi signal is very weak. However, this did not detract too much from our enjoyment of our stay.

Kitchen with fresh eggs and bread in a morning provide free, you have to cook and clean yourself but that ok Coffee and hot water available but hot water not available after 11.30am which was ashame Staff friendly Location great No kettle in the room as no hot water available after 11.30 They have 2 blocks and the other block to us the kitchen was better with more available such as banana and cookies and the coffee in the machine in the morning was much nicer. We only found this out as our son was staying in this block

• Enrique (8/5): - Decorado con mucho gusto. A pesar de que no incluye desayuno, tienen una zona con comida para que te lo puedas preparar tú mismo. Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y nos guardaron las maletas. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro. El baño olía un poco a humedad. Las almohadas eran un poco duras, había dos por persona así que quizá hubiera sido perfecto tenerlas de distinto grosor para poder elegir con cual quedarse.

You also cook your own breakfast in the morning which I loved because then the eggs are always cooked the way I like. Super cute decor. Very well equipped. Bed was just a little hard. But not a deal breaker. Would still stay here again!

• Arsha (9/5): - De locatie was perfect. Mijn kamer was echt super en ook dat de keuken in de ochtend van alle gemakken was voorzien om eigen ontbijt te maken. Ook een extra overnachting en het boeken van mijn volgende trip naar Laos was goed geregeld. In de ochtend om 5 uur was er zelfs al iemand om mij uitgeleide te doen. Niet echt tegen maar elke dag werden de handdoeken gewisseld en zelfs na 3 dagen beddengoed verschoond. Beetje too much.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was also a really good restaurant called the book Café that is open in the evenings Book’s Cafe & Bistro. Other restaurants were available within walking distance. There’s very limited parking at the property.

Zimmer coll gestaltet und Zimmerservice super. Das Bad ist etwas schmuddelig. Der Duschvorhang ist viel zu kurz und Schimmelig. Das Waschbecken ist nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist cool, aber wird selten geputzt. Auch könnte der Innenhof mal gewischt werden, wir hatten ständig schwarze Füße. Mücken sehr penetrant. Draußen sitzen war nicht möglich.

• Alfred (8/5): - I truly enjoyed our stay. You can make your own breakfast. The location is super, just a street parallel to the bus station. Great Indian Restaurant across the road. We rented a scooter for 3 days to see the many attractions in the region.
• Stephanie (10/5): - Diese Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Inhaberinnen sind wahnsinnig freundlich. Bisher war dies die schönste Unterkunft auf meiner Thailand-Reise. Es gibt außerdem eine Gemeinschaftslküche und zum Frühstück darf sich jeder so viel Toast, Eier und Kaffee nehmen, wie er möchte. Was mir als Alleinreisende auch positiv aufgefallen ist, ist das Gitter mit Zugangs-Chip am Eingang. Wenn man bereits mehrere Unterkünfte bewohnt hat, wo man sich hinter der dünnen Tür nicht so sicher gefühlt hat, weiß man so etwas sehr zu schätzen. Ich fand alles toll.
