- Gail (9/5): A lovely little place away from all the tourist type areas at a very good price. Very good value. - This is a great find, especially for the price. It is not one of the big hotels with all the modern facilities but is so nice and a quiet hotel in a great location, away from all the big tourist areas. Lovely pool. Good breakfast. It is exceptionally clean both in the rooms and outside. The young man who dealt with us was great, very helpful. We will definitely be coming back. More bottles of water in the room please

Resort apprécié d'un tour opérateur allemand... avec des clients parfois un peu trop présents
- Eckhard (8/5): - Wir können die Unterkunft für Menschen empfehlen, die sich entspannen und erholen wollen. Abwechslung ist hier nicht groß zu erwarten. Besonders gefallen hat uns das gute Frühstück. Der kilometerlange, fast menschenleere Strand bietet außer kaum besuchten Resorts keine Bars oder Läden. Auch viel Auswahl bei Restaurants wird man vergeblich suchen. Wir konnten uns kostenlos Räder ausleihen, die aber dringend eine Wartung benötigen. Die Aussicht vor den Bungalows ist nicht bei allen gleich. Wir hatten nicht die beste Variante und eine Mauer vor der Terrasse.

- Anna (9/5): Familiäre Ruheoase - Wir haben es geliebt. Man spürt die Gastfreundschaft an diesem Ort in unzähligen Details. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, familiär liebevoll. Wir haben spontan kostenloses Frühstück angeboten bekommen. Jeden Tag etwas anderes. Immer liebevoll zubereitet. Z.b. Toast mit Frischkäse, Tomaten, Sprossen oder Omelette oder Spiegeleier auch mal typisch Thailandisch Hühnchen mit sticky rice oder Toast mit Schokoaufstrich und dazu Saft, Kaffee, Tee und immer frische Früchte. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, einen Massageort, eine kleine Kustgallerie mit Getränkestand, an dem man bei Ankunft zwei Freigetränkegutscheine bekommt und einen kleinen Laden/Kiosk mit Taxistand und Touren-Vermittlung. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die doppelte Menge an Handtüchern und alle waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Der Pool war sehr sauber und alles wurde permanent gepflegt und in Ordnung gehalten. Es sind kaum 5 min zum Strand zu Fuß (mit kleineren Kindern) Der Strand ist wunderschön, fast menschenleer. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Tisch, Stuhl, bequemes Bett, Nachttische Kleiderständerregal, Föhn, Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Safe. Die Fahrräder sind in keinem guten Zustand. Teilweise gar nicht und sonst schwer befahrbar. War für uns kein Problem. Wenn man alles ausräumen möchte aus den Koffern, dann wäre noch ein Regal oder Schrank hilfreich.

- Maximilian (6/5): - Der Gastgeber war nett. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Haus sah auf den Bildern wesentlich besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit war. Die Lage war nicht sehr schön. Das Haus lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße, es gab kaum Möglichkeiten für in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen. Es hätte liebevoller eingerichtet sein können. Außerdem wollten wir Frühstück nach buchen- jedoch war dies aufgrund eines Umbaus der Küche nicht möglich.

У нас были номера с видом на бассейн, все очень чисто, персонал вежливый, территория ухоженная, бассейн чистый. В ванной предоставляются шампуни и гели для душа, также есть вода, кофе, сахар. Номер оборудован чайником и холодильником. Очень удобная кровать , мягкие подушки. Мальчик с ресепшена любезно повысил класс номера. Я бы посетила еще раз этот отель. Цена- качество просто супер!

Ich denke nicht, dass sie nicht gewaschen wurden, aber es waren sichtbare Flecken in ihnen die wahrscheinlich bei der Wäsche nicht mehr herausgehen. Neue wären hier angebracht.

Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water. They said they thought the room had been cleaned (not the case). The internet was terrible. No microwave on the premises. It was alright but likely not to return. Amenities & service were non-existent. After my stay, they sent me an invoice saying that I did not pay…when I had already paid via Expedia. The fun never ends.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a table, chairs, and a fridge in front of each bungalow, which is a great touch. The pool is excellent, and a very nice surprise from the hosts was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was delicious. it’s best to have your own car since the nearest 7/11 is quite far.

It is about 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches I have been lucky enough to visit. I know Thailand and this authentic Thai experience was relaxing and charming. I guess there are fewer places to eat in walking distance, so hiring a scooter would be helpful.
- Alena (10/5): Natai House - * It's a small family hotel, I was lucky to spend several days and feeling like in paradise :) my room was upgraded to bungalow just on front of the pool, which was wonderful. * Pool itself is very convenient: really clean and big enough for swimming (appr 13m long). * Great comfortable bed. * Great owner!! helped with every question, arranged transfer from airport, borrowed his bike which was very handy to commute to local market and explore surrounding. * Location is remote: you have 1 restaurant, travel agency and grocery, but for night market you need to commute 4km. So good for disconnecting from civilisation, which i highly appreciated. * wifi which allows videocalls and normal work if you need to, good quality comparing to other hotels in Thailand * The beach was empty: no people at all for many km, but therefore it was not clean during waves season. You get used to it quickly though. * Access to the beach is not straightforward, through woods and fisherman boats standing on the beach. * Commuting to local Markets or restaurants: you need a bike or motorbike/taxi.

- Kay (6/5): You get what you pay for - The rooms were clean, it's cheap, and it's near the beach, but those are the only positives. Normally, it would be a quick walk to the beach, but in the rainy season, that route is blocked by deep mud. Fortunately, we had a car and could drive to another beach area. The bed was horribly hard. Housekeeping staff were never seen in the 3 nights we stayed, so garbage was never emptied, water wasn't refilled, etc.
- Florenda (2/5): Make it more cheerful and make it feel a pleasant stay. - The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was closed and the garden and swimming pool were not cleaned. It was not really pleasant when we arrived at the hotel. The furniture on the terrace is very old and not cleaned. The bicycles are broken.

- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Great location set back from the road. Lovely grounds with a good-sized swimming pool. Spacious room. Clean and comfy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was filling. Unfortunately for me, the WiFi was poor. I could occasionally connect when I was in my room or around the pool, but most of the time, the connection was intermittent and not stable at all. Ended up going to the restaurant around the corner and using their WiFi.

- Michelle (10/5): Paradise - Beautiful, comfy, and quiet. We were well cared for by lovely smiling people. The surrounding area is quiet. Many water Buffalo and beautiful scenery. The walk to the beach is EASY and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves every day. He had a lovely week. Breakfast was great!
