• Maria Eduarda (6/5): - Localização boa! Se estiver de carro não tem estacionamento e prepare para pagar 30€ por dia. Nosso quarto estava de frente para o jardim, a janela por fora não tinha como fechar então tinha muita claridade pela manhã, assim como barulho da rua e dos outros cómodos. O chuveiro não aquecia pela manhã e tomamos banho frio não tinha secador e tive que sair com o cabelo molhado, não tinha opção para guardar as roupas, dois cabides e apenas gavetas por baixo da cama. Não tinha recepção era tudo online então também tivemos dificuldade com o código de entrada até conseguir resposta por whatsapp. Preço elevado para o serviço que oferecem. Decepcionante!

• Mary (8/5): Great location, would stay there again. - The location is excellent, walking distance to train and bus stations. We had studio apt. With access to the garden to sit out. We got locked out of the building late at night along with other guests. We were able to gain access through the main entrance, but the next door was locked. Another guest came to the rescue eventually and left us in. This situation needs to be corrected.

Huoneen löytyminen vielä vaikeampaa, huone H7 puuttui kokonaan. Avonaiseksi jätetyn ikkunan sulkeminen vaati kiipeämistä ja lopulta koristeena olevan maljakon apuna käyttöä. Näin saatiin liikenteen melu poistettua. Suihkun vesi tuli sängyn viereen asti.

Прекрасно организовано помещение, где можно перекусить с бесплатным чаем-кофе. Поздний заезд-15.00. Прибыла ровно в 15.00, номер еще не был готов. Отель стилизован в азиатском стиле, тумбочки у кровати почти у пола, столик крохотный, табурет практически детский. Санузел под лестницей, высокому человеку может быть не удобно. Номер в цоколе, маленькое окошко под потолком, все равно, что его нет. Электрическое освещение тусклое. Не удобная дистанционная система заселения. А если не будет доступа в интернет? Как получить код для открытия двери в отель и номер? Цена, на мой взгляд, завышена.

• Anne (10/5): Stylish. Better instructions for entrance - Very stylish Difficult to locate. Went to wrong door and then got in . Think best that you say it is on ground floor. We took lift to top and realised we were incorrect . Otherwise very nice .

Also appreciated the common area with some tea and hot water since I was a bit under the weather :) The absence of a proper, separate bathroom. The bathroom in our room was essentially a few glass walls put up, which meant water from the shower would sometimes leak into the room + the shower steam would fill the room. It's fine for a night, but a bit rough for a longer stay and mostly not something I'd expect in a room at this price point.

Het stonk er muf, geen lucht circulatie. Ik word er claustrofobisch van, geen prettige host, weinig communicatief. Wanneer je duidelijk op je website vermeld dat het een ondergrondse kamer betreft, kun je je gasten tijdens de boeken zelf laten beslissen of ze dit willen. Daarbij foto s zijn misleidend.

• Wei (8/5): I would stay there again, but would contact them to make sure that the windows/coffee machine work - I liked how central this is, but yet very quiet for the most part. The code on Booking.com didn't work. Sadly, I contacted them prior to arrival asking for the code, and was told to get the code from the Booking.com confirmation. We were exhausted from our travels but couldn't get into the building. We were able to get someone on the phone, but he had to spend some time having us try different codes. Finally, there were other guests getting into the building, and we were able to gain access. Once in, our room in the lower level was also not numbered, and the person on the phone had to direct us to our room. Early AM, we could hear all the traffic outside and staff working/talking in the courtyard. Needless to say, we didn't really get much sleep. After looking behind the curtains, we realized that the lock on window in our room was broken, so the windows were open. It was hard enjoying our day while we were so tired. The staff was able to close the windows and we were able to sleep the following 2 nights. The coffee machine was broken and we couldn't have any coffee in the morning for the first 2 mornings. I feel that this should have been an easy fix.

Une fois arrivée, personne sur place ne peut vous aider. Les numéros de chambre sont chaotiques et il est difficile de comprendre laquelle est la vôtre. La communication avec l’hébergement est inexistant. On a demandé plusieurs fois une place de parking et un lit pour notre bébé. Au final, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour nous garer et pour faire dormir notre bébé. La chambre est petite, pas très propre et la climatisation orientée sur le lit. Bref, déconseillé…

Goed contact met de receptie, het sleutel systeem is bijzonder maar werkt prima. De kamer is wel echt klein. De douche lekt, ze hadden het proberen te maken maar toen lekte die nog steeds, wel was het niet super storend. Als je op je privacy gesteld bent zou ik het niet boeken want de wc deur gaat niet echt dicht. Maar ik vind wel dat voor san sebastian in hoog seizoen in het centrum het hartstikke goed is voor de prijs. Je gaat niet veel beter krijgen, anders moet je maar buiten het seizoen gaan

We checked in online in advance, and were advised that we would receive a pin code to access the hotel/room; however, no pin code was shared prior to our arrival. We also requested and paid for parking in advance, and were informed that someone would provide us with the parking ticket upon check-in. When we arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, there was no receptionist and nobody answered the bell. I sent numerous messages to the hotel, but did not receive any response. After waiting outside the building for ~45 minutes (during which time we almost got a parking ticket), two other guests arrived and let me into the building. They told me that I needed to call the phone number posted on the empty reception desk downstairs in order to get the pin code (they said the same thing had happened to them and another couple). When I finally got on the phone with the contact person (who apparently works at another hotel), she sent me the pin code and told me that I would need to get the parking ticket from the housekeeper the following morning (because no receptionist would be available until ~2 pm). Overall, a very stressful and impersonal experience - do not recommend.

• Jussi (9/5): - 3-4 star room and great location. Air con works perfectly. Would recommend. Parking garage is very close. Check-in had to be done twice for one of the rooms for some reason so the system needs a bit tweaking. Use pin code, it's easier. 24h parking ticket is a bit cheaper 28€ but you need to get it inside the hotel first before parking.
• Lise (8/5): Moderne sted i gåafstand til alt - Mulighed for at parkere cyklen i haven. Moderne indretning. Mulighed for at lave kaffe/the og købe fra fælles minibar. Dejlig stor seng. Indtjekningen var besværlig, da vi ikke havde gjort det digitale arbejde på forhånd. Vi blev mødt af en sur mine fra rengøringspersonalet, pga ovenstående. Vi boede i et kælderværelse med vinduer. Der lugtede ret indelukket.

• germain (6/5): Un peu chers pour la prestation ! - L’hôtel est très bien placé proche de toutes les activités à faire sur San Sebastian, décoré avec goûts, personnel, très gentil. La literie n’est vraiment pas top, nous n’avons pas très bien dormi, l’appartement dans lequel vous pouvez dormir à quatre est très mal insonorisé sur la rue, il manquait un volet sur la porte fenêtre…
