Maria (10/5): Traumhaft! - Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit, das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war gut und die Lage ist perfekt, um schnell überall zu sein, ohne aber in der ersten Reihe zu stehen. Das Bett hätte etwas breiter und die Decke etwas länger sein dürfen.

Jean-Philippe (10/5): MAGIC !!! - Nous avons tout adoré. La chambre était magnifique, pas trop grande, juste ce qu’il faut, avec une vue sur le lac à couper le souffle. À côté de la chambre, il y avait une petite terrasse avec la même vue… mon Dieu que c’était beau. Chaque matin, je me levais à 6h30 juste pour admirer la vue depuis mon lit, car on pouvait y voir le lever du soleil. C’était tout simplement magique. Le déjeuner était excellent, et le personnel super gentil, attentionné et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est tout simplement magique : dès que l’on sort, on se retrouve devant une petite chapelle, avec quelques escaliers qui descendent vers le lac et une vue splendide. Pour nous, c’est un endroit magique. Que demander de plus à la vie ? Rien. Rien du tout. Honnêtement, tout était parfait. Il serait vraiment difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire dans un endroit aussi beau, avec un tel accueil et une telle atmosphère.
Guido (10/5): - Hotel di classe, ovunque un buon profumo di rosa come il nome, sapone alla rosa in bagno. Qualità in tutto, la camera king ha una vista mozzafiato che ti accompagna di notte. Camera pulitissima e pantofole molto belle, nere col marchio oro. Personale professionale e gentile. Menzione d'onore alla colazione veramente completa, per tutti i gusti. Per chi ama il salato c'erano persino bacon e salsicce da mangiare con le uova, per chi ama il dolce doppio barilotto di crema al cioccolato Lindt e crema al pistacchio. Direi non si può chiedere di più!

Mona (8/5): Ein Aufenthalt in hervorragender Lage in Baveno - Lage, Erreichbarkeit Ausstattung in den Zimmern war wenig, es gab eigentlich genug Platz, um noch einen Stuhl, Sessel oder einen kleinen Kofferstuhl zu stellen. Im Bad gab es ebenfalls leider keine Möglichkeit, etwas abzulegen. Auch hier wäre noch Platz.

Simon (9/5): Rent og god udsigt - Rent og moderne, flot udsigt på øverste etage og fin terrasse øverst. Lidt hårde madrasser, morgenmaden var ok, men opfyldning lod vente på sig og jeg fik skinke der lugtede som om det var dårligt.

Maya (5/5): Déçue, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement. Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite du rapport qualité/prix. - L’établissement est bien placé, la literie est confortable. Le parking et le petit-déjeuner n’étaient pas inclus dans la réservation, ce que je n’avais pas anticipé. J’avais pourtant pris soin de sélectionner ces filtres lors de ma recherche sur Booking, et j’ai été très surprise, au moment du check-out, de découvrir que le petit-déjeuner coûtait 24 € par jour, en plus d’être bien en dessous de mes attentes, et que le parking était facturé 15 € par jour. J’aurais apprécié que le personnel m’en informe lors du check-in. De plus, le spa n’était pas inclus non plus et son tarif de 30 € pour une heure m’a semblé élevé. Là encore, cela n’était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation, ce qui a été une source de frustration supplémentaire.

Lara (6/5): Teleurstelling na verwachtingen bij een boeking van een 4 sterren hotel zonder services die ze aanbieden. - Locatie, hygiëne. Mogelijkheid tot gratis parkeren dichtbij. Ontbijt prima, niet bijzonder. Enorm hoge extra kosten voor sauna/spa per uur. Koude vloer in hotelkamer. Weinig waterdruk in de douche. Gratis fietsen te pakken: niet beschikbaar. Bieden laundry service aan: ‘kleding bij receptie afgeven en weer ophalen’. Niet mogelijk worden naar buiten gestuurd naar extern bedrijf.
Sandra (9/5): Fabulous - Nice modern room, very clean. Couple of minutes walk to the lake. Kettle and cups in the room but only 2 teabags. No coffee or milk but there were 10 sugar sachets 🤣.

Bernhard (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit zentraler Lage in Baveno - Hervorragendes 4-Sternehotel. Moderne und elegante Ambiente. Liebliche Betreuung der Gäste wie etwa Tischkarten mit Namen und Morgengrüßen am Frühstückstisch. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr sauber. Abgesperrter großer Parkplatz mit E-Autolademöglichkeiten. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Alles bestens.

Fiona (8/5): Airport shuttle is an expensive self booked taxi! - Immaculately clean hotel, quiet and ideally positioned in town. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Room on top floor with lake view amazing. Didn’t use spa at €30/hr, as hotel residents don’t think we should be charged. Did not use restaurant but menu looked nice. Biggest annoyance is the ad of airport shuttle available. Booked this hotel for this reason alone but then discovered that to book it I had to phone a taxi driver who they recommend at a cost of €160 one way!!

Quiet, clean, and comfortable but very basic hotel with minimalistic facilities and spartan design (only unique feature was the pseudo artistic, quasi erotic naked lady picture in the bedroom. Staff was nice enough but not out of their way. Location is great in town center near good restaurants and close enough to the water. Overall a bit disappointed at the value for money of the place as it is priced and positions itself as 4 stars and offers way less than the alternatives in the area.
