Jakub (2/5): - The shower and toilet was clean. My room had a strong unpleasant smell like mix of cigarettes smoke and mold. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the room key kept getting stuck. The bed was really uncomfortable, shaky and the mattress definitely needs replacement. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially that for a cheaper price you can find a much better hostel than this hotel.

Haritz (1/5): Evitalo si puedes - La ubicacion esta bien. Las fotos son muy engañosas. Nos encontramos con una habitacion sucia, con desperfectos, el baño sucio y con olor a orin, los colchones de muelles viejos y que se clavaban, mal olor en general, la ventana no cerraba (era una planta baja) y a pesar de comentarlo al propietario al llegar no hizo por solucionarlo. Olor a tabaco (propietario fumando en instalaciones), la puerta con restos de adhesivos por el interior.... Era todo tan pesimo y desagradable que la ultima noche la perdimos y nos cambiamos de hotel. Ademas, tenian en "recepcion" una banderita de Israel, lo cual hoy en dia ya es deleznable.

Valentin (1/5): Terrible. One big turist trap. Simply dissapointing. - The personal was nice. They helped me with my early check-in (barely). There is a strong reason why they won t refund your money if you choose not to stay at that hotel. I now call that hotel the “horror hotel”. I can t explain how weird that location is. The smell, the carpets, everything is just bad. The sheets were dirty, I had to sleep with my T-shirt for the pillowcase and with my clothes on. They charge 20€ per night per room which is preety mutch compared to very nice hotels in the city. Very bad experience, I left a few hours after I got there cause I had to find another hotel option and I lost 4 nights that I payed for. The photos might seem ok, they are not. There is always a sound of someone walking around on the floors even thought there isn t anyone.

Но в то же время, он в тихом месте и прямо около президентского дворца! Огромный плюс этого отеля это своя отличная большая парковка прямо у отеля и все под охраной. Для автомобилистов просто супер расположение. В номере все имеется, чисто и комфортно. Вкусный завтрак утром Очень бюджетная цена у этого отеля. Советую к проживанию этот отель однозначно. Also, we were on the first floor and the floorboards were quite creaky...it is an old place and there is a fear of the whole thing crumbling down. There is no elevator as well.

Vladimer (1/5): - Ничего При бронировании этого номера вы, по сути, покупаете билет в одностороннее путешествие — деньги назад не вернут, даже если на месте окажется, что ваше «жильё мечты» больше напоминает декорации к фильму ужасов. В душевой кабине весь силикон стал благородного угольно-чёрного цвета — вероятно, он так долго зревал, что уже перешёл в стадию музейного экспоната. Когда я осмелился упомянуть об этом хозяйке, в ответ услышал, что, мол, пенициллин тоже грибок и людей лечит. Видимо, грибки здесь считаются частью концепции «эко-отдыха». Слив в душе — отдельная арт-инсталляция в жанре «апокалипсис в миниатюре». Дверь в туалете с сюрпризом — в один момент я чуть не остался там жить, когда ручка решила уйти в бессрочный отпуск. Плинтусы живут своей жизнью и периодически покидают пост, а в прикроватной тумбочке можно изучать слои пыли и крошек, как геологические отложения. На жалобу хозяйка, с лёгкой улыбкой, заверила, что «такого быть не может». Телевизоры в номере есть, но работают они, кажется, только в описании на сайте. Постельное бельё щедро украшено чужими волосами — своеобразный бонус, напоминание о предыдущих постояльцах. Многие «обещанные» удобства приходится выпрашивать. Обои отклеиваются, мебель выглядит как участник ветеранского парада, а матрас — это отдельная феерия. Его пружины так заботливо и целенаправленно впиваются в спину, что к утру чувствуешь себя после сеанса «точечного массажа» от пьяного кузнеца. В общем, заведение идеально подойдёт тем, кто хочет совместить отпуск с квестом на выживание.”
pablo (2/5): El hotel de los horrores - Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, a 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Si vas en coche al hotel, en la zona se aparca bien. La recepcionista bastante borde. Te sube a la habitación y ya te das cuenta del error que has cometido eligiendo este hotel (suelos desnivelados, paredes con grietas, papel pintado colgando, moqueta rota, etc.). Cuando entras en la habitación te recibe un olor a cañería y humedad asquerosos; suelo con moqueta sucia; sábanas y toallas sucias; baño con olores, pequeño, incómodo y viejo; y un colchón que se te clavan los muelles en la espalda. No nos marchamos del hotel porque ya nos lo habían cobrado y no queríamos perder el dinero, pero es el peor hotel en el que hemos estado.

After reading reviews of this hotel, i made a booking for 1 night stay wondering how it will go After reaching there i met the owner of this hotel Mr.Edward and his mother, the duo was so kind and friendly and spoke English very well English , which is very necessary while here in Georgia I booked an Economy single room, the room was clean, the bathroom has essential amenities like Soap, shampoo, 2 towels, bath mat and yeah Hot water for shower After such a Homely feeling and kind behaviour I then decided to stay for a long time here, i booked this hotel for 8 days and didn't have any problems during my stay Can cook your own food, having a washing machine in the common area, Strong WiFi, 24hrs supermarket just in 50mts, Near Avlabari Metro Station Recommend and will definitely visit again 👍

Yusufudeen (5/5): Passable - The property is ok, and kitchen also ok, the staff is ok, only at the window keep on opening while heavy wind which is giving cool to the room, toilet is ok, dining room also fine. While we use there was lot of powders are stciked on our face and body from the bed and sheets we could not find what is that i think that is from structured wall papers. 1st floor 1 room Heater was not working, Window keep on opening on the wind as lock has to repair. Actually we have time to check out till 12pm but we kept pack at 9am and kept our thinks to car but we did not returned our key and we said we are going to church in 1 Hour we will back, and we did not check out before we come at 10.30 to use the toilet and say bye bye but we got denied to enter as owner Ms.Leila felt that we checked out i explained that is miss understood so she finally accepted unhappily with actions we felt bad still we entered as we hired and paid, and we saw same bedsheets are recycled for next client.
Jayaram (7/5): Good - Staffs were good I was feeling little bit cold even though heater was ON , they can improve by providing thicker blanket
Maqbool (5/5): Passable - lady at reception was very helpful. it was located on quite street. it's a very old building. you can't even walk in your room without waking up people in next room. floor is veryyyyyyu squeaky. there was a nasty smell in bathroom. it was bit too far from the tourist spots and old town, considering the fact that you can rent lots of better places right in heart of old town.

Fahimuddin (5/5): Passable - The location of the hotel is near the center. Not clean. Very old rugs on the floor as carpet. Very small bathrooms. No elevator.
Domen (10/5): Exceptional - Very very friendly owner of the hotel. She warmly welcomed us a few hours before our official arrival, reserved a parking space for us in front of the hotel. In between, she cleaned the rooms, asked us every time if we needed anything else. She explained everything we needed. The location is very good for exploring the old part of Tbilisi. I highly recommend it.
Alex (7/5): Good - The hotel is ok for short stay but dont expact much. The stuff is frindly and nice. Wifi was good. Ac was good. The walls are very thin and you here other people walk outside the rooom and talk. 2 of 3 nights was very loud geust that made noise even at 2-5 at night and it was hard to sleep. Also the beds are very old and not comftable at all. Need to do some renovations to the rooms.
Stargather (8/5): Very good - Not new but clean place for staying near the city center. All required facilities are ok. Very pleasant personal. City center is in walking distance. Some facilities need repair.

Safiullah (9/5): Everything was good but as it is a new business it needs to be a bit quite and make doors sicure. Al - stuff when it was raining i could hear the sound of rain coming to top roof. also there was not hair dryer.
Omid (10/5): Exceptional - excellent. The location is close to Peace Bridge. Excellent staff treatment. Excellent home-cooked breakfasts. Help and guidance for any kind of question. Very warm and friendly.
