- Mahlanya (9/5): An exceptionally welcoming and peaceful stay, highlighted by outstanding gardens & courteous staff. - The place is neat, well-maintained, and quiet. The garden is exceptional—spotless and truly impressive. Staff were courteous and highly responsive to requests, and both check-in and check-out processes were efficient. I would especially like to commend the check-in experience. I travelled overnight from Limpopo and was scheduled to check in at 14h00; however, I arrived early in the morning at around 08h00. I was kindly allowed to check in early and rest, which was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference after a long journey. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. However, during the booking process I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the package, only to learn upon arrival that it was not.

- Sudesh M Singh (8/5): Quaint place in PMB - Clean & neat. Good value for money There are two directions to get to Ascot Inn. Unfortunately I initially used a dodge route. Ascot Inn should get hold of Waze/Maps to not direct through Promed & over the low level bridge of Umzinduzi

The food is well above expectations and staff really go out of their way to make kids and elderly visitors feel right at home. The friendly staff are available for assistance no matter how big or small the request. Gardens are literally like fairytales. That fact that i could not stay there for EVER !!!

We appreciated Hendry going extra mile in getting us a microwave that really helped with my sons meal preps as he is a swimmer and needed constant meals. The kitchen and bar staff were so accommodating and helpful was so nice to come home after long swims and chill in front of the fire place, My son enjoyed the spit meal on thur while i relaxed with a glass of wine. Relaxed environment. The highway we could hear from the rooms but eventually on the 2nd night we adapted. When it rains car park not comfortable access muddy. It was along time since coming back to PMB had to familiarize my way to the pool but enjoyed coming back to our unit.

- Maduna (6/5): - Friendly staff and comfortable bed Cold showers,TV not working well. We reported and promised that someone will come fix it but no one came. The iron needs to be changed. The breakfast is the same everyday and the bread is not fresh. The pool is dirty.

The power went off during the night, and it took a while to sort out. I could not locate a torch and had to use my phone. Vegetarian options on the breakfast and dinner menus were very minimal, and no attempt could be made by the kitchen staff to accommodate us. There were some noisy guests but this is no fault of the establishment.

- Rotenda (10/5): Beautiful place for a quick getaway, quit peaceful and very relaxing, highly recommend it. - The place is very well kept and clean. It is a lovely place to relax and rest peacefully with family and enjoy the environment. The staff was also very friendly and assisted us with all our requests. Nothing really, the location is just in an area that didn't look safe when travelling there but once you reach the property it is very lovely.
