Guest Reviews
- Nakia (10/5): - I am very happy with my stay here. Very Clean!!! Peaceful and Cozy Bedding as well.
- David (2/5): - I waited 20 minutes for someone to appear. He demanded $50 specifically cash and would not otherwise give me the room. I had already paid for the room on the website. He said I would get $50 back when the room passed the inspection. Of course, I could not hang around for a room inspection and as a practical matter would never get the $50 back. Total fraud. I didn't stay. I am still trying to get refund.
- Verified traveler (2/5): New management = New issues - *I have stayed short term and long term at this hotel off and on since 2018 with out any issues ever. Until it started running under new management)My fiancé was turned away upon arrival to check in due to the front desk clerk(a man; name unknown) mistaking my fiancé for someone whom they had previously banned. After confirming he was not the person previously banned. We were not able to check in nor negotiate a reasonable alternative for the “MANDATORY AND REQUIRED” security deposit of $50 cash and cash only. No debit card number. No credit card number. No personal checks. NOTHING accepted for a security deposit to be returned upon check out and no missing items or damage to the room etc. other than $50 cash. IT IS NOT CLARIFIED NOR STATED ANY WHERE IN THE LISTINGS OF AVAILABLE VACANCIES PROVIDED BY THIS HOTEL. when searching for availabilities I always am sure to opt for refunds available and cancellation available. As I understand that particular part of this scandalous situation is not the hotels fault as to why the listing would be categorized with said filters if it does not qualify. However, the hotel listing was paid for, the hotel refused to provide accommodations after accepting and receiving the payment, and the hotel refused and denied the refund request I politely asked for and denied the site’s request as well.
- Carmen (2/5): - I was a
- Amy (10/5): - The staff and people
- James (10/5): - Nothing much, in room coffee, fridge and microwave. I extended my stay online. It went through without needing to meet with the managers.
- Amy (10/5): - It was a nice stay
- Jeffrey (4/5): - The photos show a recently renovated site, not a run down, musty, rusty one
- Douglas (8/5): - The price was right for the condition the room was in. It's a run down motel in need of fixing up.
- Michael (2/5): - We made it to the property after midnight and the place was closed. Lights off and doors locked. This place is dirty and not maintained, the pictures in the property description are completely inaccurate. I don’t understand how Expedia can list such an awful place. We never was able to get checked into our room and stayed elsewhere.
- JENNIFER (2/5): - Trashy. Looks abandoned. Room wasn't clean. Not a king size bed as promised. Management very rude. Expedia checkout says 11 and he was banging on my door at 1015 that checkout is at 10. Got a busted tire leaving and they did not even want to help, told me to get off the property so I had to drive my car with a flat tire to the highway so a town truck could come get me. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope no one stays here!!
- Felipe (2/5): - No room available
- Olivia (2/5): - Nothing. The place is totally run down. People seem to live at the complex. Seems like a drug and prostitution place. No video cameras, and the ones there were, were disconnected. No safety locks. Spider webs, spiders and cockroaches. We asked for a room for four adults and they only gave us towels for two persons.
- Amber (2/5): - No one was there to be able to check you in
- Marcus (4/5): - Room was old, but clean. No shower curtain, AC freezing but worked. No one at the lobby either when I checked in nor when I left. Lobby needs lots of work.
- kenneth (2/5): - Tried to check in 3 times no one there! Had to pay cash! No ice Room very clean and nice! Property trashed! Should have way to contact them on property...called all day !long....no answer!
- Steven (4/5): - When i arrived at the hotel it was pouring rain, doors were locked and a lady sat at the desk on her phone. I rang the bell several times and she didnt even acknowledge my presence. After approximately 5 minutes she finally did come to window. At checkout at 11:00am, i went to office to turn room keys in and check out, again door locked, no one ever came to door or window so i had to leave key on window edge. Also i had call the office for Wi-Fi password however i was never able to get on wifi.
- Amantha (2/5): Save your money don’t stay here - Roaches dirty bathroom the only good thing was the bed it was soft but we slept on top of the blankets if we wasn’t so tired we would not of stayed woke up and left didn’t shower or anything
- Terry (2/5): - Lock broke un safe people having sex outside
- wes (2/5): - Room smelled of urine, weed, and mold. Door lock broken. Entry and bath door in bad shape
- Fred (8/5): My review of this place sleepable not perfect - T the vision was okay what is a little different the rooms were not perfect but livable front area was not the cleanest I've ever seen little scary at first but all in all comfortable night TV didn't work but I was tired
- Jennifer (8/5): - The check in was fast and the guy was friendly. The property is outdated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the other guests. It sounded as if someone was actually playing an electric guitar. For the price, I got more than I expected.
- Emilee (8/5): Thank you - Quite and very affordable
- Heaven (4/5): Don’t stay here - Got gave wrong room key and tried to go back to get it fixed so I can get into right room and the women left the office for a hour so I sat outside for a hour after paying for room
- Kim (8/5): - It was nice for a weekend get away.
- Eduardo (10/5): Good for your buck - It does the job. Is a roadside motel. Room has big bathroom with bathtub. Fridge, coffeemaker and AC. Worth the price.
- Aaron (8/5): Great for Pipeline workers! - I just needed a comfortable bed, cold ac and a hot shower for the night as I was traveling for work. This place had those 3 things so I was satisfied.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Economical No Frills Lodging. - I was on a solo motorcycle trip, looking for economy as my first priority, a decent bed as number 2. This place fit the bill just fine. Nothing glamorous, and it has seen better days, but I wasn't looking for a resort. Proprietor at front desk told me the majority of his business comes from oil / gas workers. Very few rooms occupied during my 1 night stay, so the place was quiet. Easy to get in and out, and while not in walking distance, there are reasonable food options not far away. As a coffee drinker, it would be nice if there were a coffee maker in the room instead of a microwave.
- Jasmin (8/5): Good hotel - It was a great stay!
- Roy (2/5): - Had drunks keep me awake all night.
- Henry (4/5): Don't come here - Motel is old and has not been kept up. Lacks current "niceties" available at other same price motels i.e. breakfast, in-room coffee maker, etc. Bathroom small and congested. Lobby closed entire stay. Would not stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice enough - Room was clean. Quiet stay. Decor was garish - acid green accent walls. Screws on security lock were about to come out of door jamb. Had to ask for assistance with ice machine as it was kept unplugged. OK for price, but a bit shabby.
- Dave (8/5): I would return to this motel - The room condition is excellent. Out side of motel looks like work in progress. Coffee area was not always open in the morning. TV had it's problems during my 3 week stay that was not corrected. A Direct TV employee suggest that the dish on the roof was directed to India channels not US channels. This could be corrected if management wanted to.
- James (2/5): Would not recommend to anyone. - Old and rundown. No coffee in room. Roaches
- Michael (8/5): - Was very nice.
- Mary (8/5): - It was very nice....comfortable.
