• Bernd (8/5): Super Hostel mit Blick auf die Magelanstrasse - Sehr schönes Hostel mit Blick auf die Magelanstraße, etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit dem Bus ganz gut zu erreichen (Den Bus bezahlt man einfach mit der Kreditkarte - Cool). Wunderschöner Aufenthaltsraum und Terasse mit Aussicht. Ausreichendes Frühstück, Wäscheservice und darüber hinaus hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Stadt erreicht man nach 15 Minuten mit dem Bus, der gleich vor der Tür fährt (etwa halbstündlich). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind dort dann reichlich verfügbar, aber nicht in der direkten Umgebung des Hostels. Dafür ist man direkt an der Promenade, die vom Hafen bis zur Stadt führt und hin und wieder auch durch Delfine aufgewertet wird. Die Fähre nach Puerto Williams (Tres Puentes) erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit einem Uber. Alles ok!

• Jirina (5/5): - Beautiful place, friendly staff and great common area with kitchen. Beautiful views. Close to the sea. Quiet and friendly. Bed bugs! All of us ended up covered in bites.😞 . Considering throwing out all clothes not to spread it.

• Wolfgang (8/5): - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Wir mussten vor dem Frühstück abreisen, sie legte uns extra ein früheres Frühstück bereit. Check-in lief sehr strukturiert und unkompliziert und alles war wie beschrieben. Wir brauchten nur einen Platz zum Schlafen, dafür völlig ausreichend. Bad ist etwas eng / provisorisch, aber ok. Im Zimmer war es relativ (zu) warm, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.
• lessly (9/5): Excelente alojamiento al mejor precio, especialmente para viajeros solos o que privilegian lo prácti - La relación precio-calidad. Excelente opción de alojamiento bajo costo, cómodo, seguro, confiable y acogedor. Además en alguna ocasión olvidé unos audífonos y me los guardaron por más de DOS MESES. Siempre regreso y lo seguiré haciendo, es mi primera opción al viajar sola a Punta Arenas. .

• lessly (10/5): Excelente precio por un muy buen servicio de Hostel - Siempre regreso, excelente precio considerando la ciudad turística. Además destaco que en mi última estadía, olvidé unos audífonos, me los guardaron por casi dos meses. Muy atentas las personas que atendieron a esa situación. Me gusta todo. En su categoria es de lo mejor.

HUYAN - Nada de nada, un desastre A ver si hago la lista de lo mas importante de este hostel horroroso: -Chinches en la cama. -Dos días sin agua caliente. Que el personal me diga que como abajo se duchan el agua caliente no llega arriba cuando hace 2 días que no hay. - La MUGRE. Todo es suciedad. Pongo una foto de la lámpara de la pieza. No vio un trapo en 10 años fácil. -Pagué por desayuno y no dan hasta las 8.... una mala broma todo. Tengo fotos de las picaduras de chinche por si me quieren demandar del hostel por la nota mas baja. Cero no existe, si no....

• Jeanne (5/5): Nous nous sommes trompées. Ce n’était pas ce que nous recherchions. - L’espace commun. La chambre pour trois exiguë et inconfortable.

Le personnel est très sympa et les petits dejeuner copieux ! La salle de bain manque d'intimité, et mes collègues de chambre auraient vu des punaises de lit (je n'ai pas eu de soucis pour ma part)

• Jenny (8/5): Great hostel, location could be better - Great commen area and kitchen with amazing view on the water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it's located outside of the city center. You need to walk about 30min to reach there.

• Fiona (8/5): - I had the family room with ensuite. It was clean and comfortable. There was a communal kitchen which was very clean, but rather dated. Breakfast was good - help yourself from the table and use the microwave/sandwich maker/toaster. The best thing was that my flight was delayed until 1am but the host sent me a self check in code. So relieved! Thank you!

• Lesly (6/5): it's ok for a night, search for hostel name in googlemaps or uber that is the best way to get there - It has a great common room from where you can see the coast. The place has air conditioner and heater which is good. Bathroom were clean. Well, I just booked for one night because I was taking an early flight the next day. Just want to point out from my experience somethings that can improve: - finding the place: I wrote the address in google maps and it took me to another place (same street, just very south from the place). Not remember, if that info was written when I booked but I had no clue how to find the place. Hopefully, I searched for the hostel's name in Uber and finally got to the place. - the checking: it was ok, the lady gave me instructions about the place, even said they could have my breakfast earlier (because I had to go early to airport). She just point out what there was in the place and joined me to the shared room, where she point out two beds and asked me to choose. Nothing weird but there was another girls lying in one "of those available beds", that made me feel weird... and even doubted about the hygiene of the place if they are allowing to have people using beds that are not theirs. - electric outrage: I was back in the late afternoon, after exploring the town and I needed to charge my phone and surprise - no electricity and of course not the hostels' fault. But I was not even warned that could happen :( I could have stayed in a coffee shop or something to charge my devices before going back to the hostel. - lack of empathy in the shared room: not the hostel's fault! just sharing that I've found first travelers (mostly) don't know how to share a room with strangers. Listening music loud (or watching tiktok), turning the heat to the maximum, putting their staff all around the place -- I know, I'm sharing a room I won't have quietness nor privacy but still I want to be mindful with the other travelers if they are tired or just want to lie down/sleep - the breakfast, that was the hostels fault... there was not even water or instructions. They told me they can have my breakfast before my checkout that didn't happen.

• Jeannine (7/5): Für einen Zwischenstopp super, ich kann es empfehlen. - Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich und nettes Personal Es war sehr laut auch noch um 22:00 Uhr wenn man das Zimmer gleich neben der Rezeption hat (Strasse und Radio/Musik an der Rezeption). Warscheindlich sind die hinteren Zimmer ruhiger. Das Frühstück ist wie überall in den Hostels also ganz in Ordnung.

• Robert (1/5): - It was overbooked and they mentioned this on the moment we could check in. As it was peak season, it was hard and expensive to find another accomodation on the day itself. They did not come up with a workable solution unfortunately.
