Guest Reviews
- Jose (2/5): - Never answered to check in ,!!
- Chester (2/5): Horrible place - I didn’t even stay in the hotel they first gave me a key to a room I went and checked the room out and it had a lock in it besides the for lock so they gave me a another room that one has bugs roaches stains and just a horrible smell the guy at the front desk “Alex” said the refund would come through on my hotel app never did horrible things happen here
- Jacqueline (2/5): - Bathroom was dirty. Towels were dirty. Bed was DIRTY. ROACHES ON THE FLOOR TOOK FOREVER FOR THE AC TO WORK
- Raul (2/5): - We didn’t stay because of my boyfriend I’d and everything
- Thomas (4/5): - Rooms were not specifically dirty but the walls and furniture were marred and, with worker greasy fingerprints and there were marks shadows on the walls from the pictures removed. The mattress was terrible. The place was virtually empty yet they put us close to the main highway and a subpar room because we used Orbiz to Geta good price on a one night room for a medical appointment in the area.
- Corey (4/5): Rough rough rough. - Very dilapidated facility in a rough part of town. We were limited on options of where to stay and ended up here regretfully. Will not ever make that mistake again. For the condition of the facility, it was at least reasonably clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We got bite by bed bugs. The dead bolt was broken off of our door.
- Ericka (2/5): - Everything about this place is horrible! We payed $80 for the night and the room was dirty, towels were dirty black stains on them! The air conditioning did not work so the room was extremely hot!! Never again will we book here or ever recommend this place!!!
- Jaime (2/5): - Dirty
- Fili (2/5): - No one was even there so I could check in even though it said open.
- Piotr (2/5): - There are holes in the walls, bugs everywhere, dirty sheets, outlets did not work Strongly do not recommend! Stay far away
- Rosalie (4/5): Hotel - I got in at about 2:45 am the attendant was nice but room was dirty and there were roaches in our room. Will not stay here again.
- Roxanne (2/5): - Every thing was soiled, chairs, walls, linens, towels, bedding and mattress. The shower drain was not backed up. When I approached the manager he made excuses. I had to leave the property a night early. The room was definitely not human sustainable. No reason to people live in other peoples’ filth.
- Frank (2/5): So many roaches we Had to sleep with the lights on - Roaches everywhere. Blood on the dirty sheets. Cold water. They came out like crazy when I turned off the lights so we slept w the lights on. No sleep obviously so we left.
- Josue (6/5): - There was cockroaches and the floor was really dirty. Microwave and tv wouldn’t even work.
- Isabel (6/5): Bad reseptionist - As I get to the window to check in the reseptionist hears the phone tells me to wait and gets the phone call. 10 minutes pass by, I'm standing on the rain past midnight with kids tired. I se her laughing on the phone, I go back to my truck and sit there another 5 minutes, I though she was done with the phone call. I stand there another 2-3 minutes. I ring the bell, she looks at me and tells me to wait, at this point she already had my ID and knew I had a reservation. Her phone goes off, she hangs up the office phone and takes her phone call. I decide to go back to the truck and call the office phone, I tell her I have a reservation paid for and she has my I'd in front of her. She NOW tells me I can come into the lobby. Tells me to sign the pad, without telling me what I'm signing, she berly talks. Didn't offer to give me any receipt or anything else, just hands off the key to me, I didn't even get directions to where the room was, no wifi password offered, nothing,
- Shannon (2/5): - Roaches roaches roaches. Stayed until i saw then coming from under blankets on bed.. took about 30 minutes and here they came. Left immediately. key on dresser and slept in my truck...
- Miguel (2/5): - At least the hot water and tv worked. There was no dead bolt on the door. Door looked like it’s been kicked in too many times and there was big gap under door letting bugs go in and out the room all night. There was a food truck parked right outside my room making it hard to go to sleep. Also the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, wifi never worked had to use hotspot.
- Terace (2/5): - Roaches upon roaches.. I honestly can’t believe that this establishment is allowed to openly operate and to provide services the public.. I had to check out at 440 am because they were in the bed as well so I changed rooms and saw the baby sized roaches immediately after opening the door to enter.. that was enough for me I just slept in my truck at the local Walmart until it was time for my work day to begin.. I’m for sure sorry that I had this experience because New Mexico is quite beautiful!! Poor representation here all the way.
- Dina (4/5): - I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had blood stained sheets, blood stained mattress, roaches, beetles, and the restroom/shower was disgusting. There were hookers around the area, police officers making arrests, and police officers on duty at the property.
- Monica (6/5): - Superlodge is too expensive for the condition its in. Doors arent fixed, haven't been fixed, blinds are missing or broken or both and they haven't been replaced. Dead bugs.. The building has to get remodeled.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a good place to stay, and was felt safe. Had security 24/7. The only thing we disliked was their was no lamps in room, the pool is nothing compared to what the picture shows. And that we had to always go to the office and ask for toilet paper, towels, and to get room service. We couldn’t get it from the house keeper, like other places do. One thing the pillows, u need to take ur own. They are to flat. But other than that my family and I had bed and and a shower and a roof over our head.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It looked okay on the outside, just old and run down, and thats what i saw in the dark. The first room I was given had a sterilized wrapper on the toilet but when i opened lid there was no water in bowl or tank and the toilet had filthy water in bottom of bowl. The part in tub to put drain down was stuck open and corroded. I was given different room, which has a clean toilet at least, still broken part so could not run a bath and the mattress was the worst i have ever laid on, but i was exhausted and needed rest.
- Robert (2/5): Disappointed - Rundown, shabby old. Mildew everywhere, hole in sink besides the drain hole, broken tiles I shower. Should not be on list
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Im not complaining.
Cheap price , cheap hotel. I for what i asked for
- Patrick (2/5): I WANT A REFUND!! - The air conditioner did not work. The room had bugs and roaches everywhere. The phone was not working when I tried to call the front office. We did not stay and I want a refund.
- Alejandro (2/5): Don’t book here. - I booked this motel because it was one of the few with last minute availability. When i arrived I was told there was no vacancy so I was turned around. Hotels . com won’t give me a refund without the name of the one who told me there was no vacancy. Every time I call this place no one answers my call.
- Rene (2/5): Avoid Staying Here - I have stayed at bad hotels before but this was the worst ever. Do not book this hotel. You will waste your money. Bad service, broken door knobs, no cable, sheets and towels dirty, rooms smell bad, rugs are dirty, and AC minimal at best.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Everything was Old, dirty and a terrible smell.
- Leslie (6/5): - Older hotel being renovated. Customer service was great.
- Rogelio (4/5): Too hot - Room was too hot - not properly air conditioned - left after 2 hours there - could not handle the heat
- Ernesto (4/5): Horrible hotel, poor service - I reserved the hotel after getting back from a trip and was greatly disappointed by the service and the room itself. The gentleman at the window immediately told me that there were no rooms available, without even knowing I had reserved the room online. To top it off, the room was extremely hot and the window “air conditioning” system was far from adequate in order to cool the room. The heat was so overwhelming, I decided to leave and pay additional money for a more suitable hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I travel quite frequently and only booked it for convenience after getting back to El Paso. I hope this hotel is removed from hotel.com’s listing as it shouldn’t meet the standard for a “decent” hotel. The first impression of the staff only solidifies this. Zero stars if you had that available.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Health Department disaster - Worst place ever! Sheets had blood, urine stains and tub was covered with mud.
- Andres (2/5): Stole my money - Was told hotel was full and that i needed to contact Hotels.com to get my refund, when i contacted them they said the hotel never refused my reservation. They kept my money and never gave me lodging..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was dirty . It was a danger to catch Coil 19 . Sorry we did not stay the night we returned the key as soon as we so the room . Thanks
- Keith (10/5): Best place - Good
- Ray (6/5): - Room wasn’t clean, sheets were though. Shower never got even close to warm and the door looked like it had been kicked in and barely repaired. The air conditioning was running all night and the room never got colder than 76 degrees. Not a very well kept property and won’t be staying there again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Superlodge El Paso - It was not the best area but it is fit for the price I guess. The staff is nice and no one bothers you.
- Arturo (2/5): WOST PLACE AND SERVICE EVER! - Worst place ever they gave me a room with a air conditioner that didn't work when i went to go asked to get another one they told me you can leave or just stay in the room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Cockroaches in the room. Blinds don’t cover the window.
- jim (2/5): - It put the roach in roach motel there were roaches in my wifes shoes there was fungus growing every where the sink looked like someone took a knife to it and tried to cut the bottom out bed worst ever all around a dump
- Joe (2/5): - I strongly advise against staying here. Too many shady people, I guess live there on a long term basis, in the area. The bed was very bumpy. Ceiling in the restroom had a bunch of mold, sink rusted out, carpet was tore up. Only reason I stayed was because I was extremely tired and not many other places had rooms available. Will definitely plan better next time to avoid this place
- Evelyn (2/5): Worst place - This place was the worst motel I ever stayed
Everything needs to be fix, toilet and shower broken the it’s very old and my room smells cigarettes smoke and I ask for nonsmoking.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Dirtiest motel Ive ever seen in my life. Loud, scarry, dirty...
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The place needs to be up dated a little, and too many unknowns walk the lot.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property needs a major rework. Bed was bad, AC did not cool room, bathroom had major problems.
- Cindy (2/5): AC not working - AC not working. Damp, moldy smell in the room
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place sucks Expedia should not even be associated I know it was cheap but pretty bad
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Our room was horrible: old, poorly decorated, dirty, and smelly. We found bugs (dead and alive) in the restroom, dirty bed sheets, broken appliances (there was a rusty hole in the sink, and other damage all over the place). It was so bad that we did not even use the provided towels but we we used our own (that luckily we packed in our bags). We then slept on our towels laid on top of the bed, because it was filthy. The ONLY positive aspect was the lady who welcomed us, who was really nice. I feel truly sorry for that poor woman working in such a terrible place.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not enjoy the room which is why I left and did not enjoy this stay. I didn't because I didn't feel safe in that environment. There was a lot of drug activity, the smell was extremely strong and very bad neighbors. One of the main reason why I left Is because there was another door connected to the room next to me and it was unlocked and I could hear everything.
