• Shui Boon (8/5): Decent for 5-star hotel - Location is good with alot of food options nearby. The gym is large, well-equipped and well-maintained, and is one of the best hotel gyms I have been too. Indoor pool looked good too, but did not have time to go :p Can improve certain details: - did not manage to get connecting rooms despite request - did not manage to get birthday surprise for my family member during our stay despite request - despite requesting for an extra bed (at a cost), the hotel staff brought a flimsy “divider” to our room which we rejected (fortunately we were not charged) - though the gym is opened 24-hr, the AC was off at night, and the lights outside the gym and at lift lobby were switched off, so we had to use lights from our mobile phones to get to the lifts to head back to our rooms Buffet breakfast was quite expensive too

• Annelize (10/5): BEST STAY FOR FOREIGN GUESTS - We cannot speak Chinese but the staff were ALWAYS helpful and always tried to help us and answer our questions. The friendly good morning from the cleaning lady on our floor was our highlight.
• Swl0321 (10/5): Perfect stay 完美无缺 - Such a wonderful hotel in Fuzhou, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast tasted good and selection was wide (would be better if they had hot chocolate drink), our suite room was very big, and the view was very nice. The amenities by Ferragamo were luxurious. There was one day we missed the executive lounge afternoon tea (as we were outside exploring), and the hotel actually sent the cakes to our room. They knew beforehand that we liked chocolates and also gave us an extra 3 chocolate cakes that were not part of the lounge selection. We were never hungry there and greatly enjoyed ourselves in the hotel. Lounge was very nice, and there is a cute and huge toy cat, although maybe a greater selection of all-day snacks would have been good. 在福州很棒的一间酒店员工都非常友善，积极， 主动。早餐味道很好，选择也多 （只可惜没有热可可）。 我们的套房很大，风景也美。我们也很喜欢 Ferragamo 的洗头水。 我们有一天没有赶到行政酒廊的下午茶。酒店竟然吧下午茶的茶点送去我们的房间。 酒店知道我们喜欢巧克力，也送了几种不同巧克力味道的蛋糕给我们。我们在酒店一直吃的饱饱的。很享受。 行政酒廊也很豪华。里面有一个大玩具猫。但是可能有多一点的all-day小吃会比较好。

• Yi (9/5): Value for money. Definitely recommend. - Stayed 5 nights. The gym is very well equipped. Also has an indoor pool. I really enjoyed the facilities. Room was big, clean and loved the cove lighting for bed time. Super well designed to lit the space just that slight tinge when you are sleeping so that you are able to see your way to the washroom but yet dark enough for a good night's rest. It is beside a mall that has most essentials and a supermarket. It is not as large as other shopping malls but adequate. Also has a myriad of food stalls / restaurants just 1 minute walk away. The housekeeping staff even took the initiative to provide us extra mineral water at night when she delivered a pillow as we did not ask for the room to be cleaned that morning. The counter staff helped us to order food delivery as we did not own a Chinese mobile number. There was some construction going on that was not within the building (likely buildings nearby) and this affected sleep on a Sunday morning.

It is well located to train station and getting anywhere in Fuzhou is handy enough. It does a good breakfast and freshly cooked omelets which aren’t always available in other hotels. I’ll definitely stay again next time in Fuzhou

The restaurant is amazing for breakfast with a full buffet of western and eastern dishes. The room is well appointed and large although the airconditioner was not working. Evidently they don’t turn it on during winter and the room was pretty warm. I didn’t think they should turn it off as some people prefer their rooms cold. Good size rooms with very comfortable bed and fluffy beddings. Nice comfortable stay!

Can smell cigarette smoke in lobby, room floors and even in my own room as I ended up in a room with a connecting door to a room with folks that smoke in the room. Nothing else to add. Terrible hotel. Avoid.

• Fengfei (6/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were decent, the service at the front desk was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. They had a "poker face" and were incredibly unapproachable, responding to questions or requests with the bare minimum effort, if at all. It felt like they couldn't care less about providing good service or ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. This lack of warmth and hospitality left a bad impression, and unfortunately, it overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Management needs to seriously consider training their front desk staff in customer service, as this kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is just next to the famous East Tahoe Plaza, and there are various restaurants and street food vendors around. The front desk staffs are friendly and professional, especially Shirley, she gave us a warm welcome and thoughtful arrangement for the hotel room. Xiao Yan who serves as a host for afternoon tea time area, she made us a delightful tea time. The hotel room clean crew are doing excellent job. The floor area at front door of the hotel looks there are many spot stains on the concrete floor.

• 智明 (1/5): The experience was terrible! - 1. The hotel‘s front-desk clerks are very unfriendly. When I checking in, I said I wanted to book at booking.com. The front desk customer service showed a disdainful expression and said it would take a while longer, even joking with colleagues. 2. The order reservation interface displays breakfast included, but after the order is confirmed, it has changed to no breakfast included. I am not sure if this is a problem with booking.com or the hotel. 3. The most uncomfortable and emotional impact of a day is also due to breakfast. When I entered the breakfast restaurant and started eating, customer service came over to tell me that your order did not include breakfast. After a while, another customer service came over to tell me that your order did not include breakfast. Are you sure you want to continue eating breakfast! It's really impolite and impolite. I've lost all my mood for a day. Is this still the etiquette that a 5-star luxury hotel should have?

• ycw2023 (10/5): Kempinski FUZHOU is just EXCELLENT! - Usually I am very picky about hotel service, but I must say that this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever been to. I think the owner and the management team could write a textbook of how to successfully manage a hotel. They are really a paradigm! The service is impeccable. Even the swimming pool safe guard gave me greetings full of warmth. When I reported that the table cleaning during breakfast is a bit slow, everything simply got changed and became perfect the next day! I felt respected a lot during my 9-night stay with this hotel. Maybe the only exception is the bellmen outside the entrance, who are often trying to avoid serving. But the in-door porter (bellboy) is very good -- nice and professional. Overall, I've been to so many famous luxury hotels all over the world, this hotel (though way not the most expensive) undoubtedly gets in the forefront with its facilities, and more importantly, almost flawless service!

Nicki from the guest Service center told me where the menu of the room was and recommended the food for me. The order was delivered to the room soon after I placed the order.I really like Nicki's service.

• 53fengy (10/5): Best hotel - My family stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel had staff that was very kind and helpful and the food here was delicious. This is my go to hotel whenever I travel to Fuzhou. Highly recommend to those in Fuzhou, you won’t regret it!
• MattwalesNorthWales (10/5): A quality sleep - Maybe it is wasteful, stumping up for a fancy hotel if you are planning on partying hard and staying out late, or maybe it is just what is needed; namely a really good sleep and a cracking breakfast. Either way, the Kempinski delivers the goods. A professional speedy checkin, a free room upgrade, and even a complimentary birthday cake thrown in. Very impressed.
• danyael79 (10/5): You won't go hungry at this location & in good company of the friendly team in Kempinski Fuzhou. - It's our first visit to Fuzhou and it was a pleasant stay in Kempinski. Beautiful hotel but sometimes what adds to the beauty is the team that fronts the hotel. Glad we were in good hands of Anan and Sea who saw to a smooth check-in and were very professional and friendly. Kempinski is about 15mins from Sanfangqixiang and around the hotel there is seriously no lack of food. The hotel itself boast good food as well on the second floor restaurant.

• jcch1025 (10/5): Fantastic hotel and is highly recommended - We stayed here for 4 days in between our 3 days trips to Wuyi mountain. Some of the points about this hotels would like to highlight: 1. Location - it is located at the little east side of central Fuzhou city so a little bit closer to the Chang Lo international airport. Taxi to central Fuzhou is convenient and nearby there is a plaza for shopping or finding some food in the food court. I feel a bit safer than other hotel in downtown Fuzhou as well. 2. Facility - we didn't use many of the facilities as we were pretty much outside doing sightseeing everyday but the hotel is very modern and comfortable. 3. Service - 5 stars service in my own opinion. The staff are super helpful. One of the staff help me to book the airport shuttle bus service with his own Wechat pay (as the company only accept it to book online) and I pay him cash. Really good customer service. Will 100% recommend it and will certainly come back if I visit Fuzhou again.

• MonkeyKing814 (8/5): Fabulous hotel, great dtaff - First time at this hotel chain and it was a great pleasure. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the hotel was very clean. Rooms spacious and bed quite comfortable. Shower was clean and powerful, not moldy like I see so many times at even nice hotels. All toiletries are available in case you missed something - but do not miss the breakfast! A good assortment of food choices. Presented nicely and quality was very good. Despite being busy, the restaurant was quiet which facilities business discussions.
• 835lighty (10/5): Just Fab!!! - Invited for afternoon tea at lobby bar with some of friends. What a lovely place it is! Full of smiles in the house! Got the feeling that as i walked in “ yes!!! We are SPECIAL! & this is LUXURY!!” The young ladies who served us, they r Superb !! Attentive yet knows when to engage, all have beautiful smiles! I am not an afternoon tea person btw, but got to say those little things look gorgeous and taste just as good!! I wish I could have more though! Can’t wait to drop by next time and see u all lovely people!

• Subsea111 (10/5): Great even by Kempinski Standards - I have been staying in Kempinski Fuzhou since they first opened for business in 2016. I have also stayed in other Kempinski hotels in China, and I rate this hotel the best of all. Cleanliness, services, executive lounge, all outstanding. General Manager Christian is very proactive and constantly roams the areas making sure things are running well. Highly recommend.
• alunaho (10/5): the excellent hotel with best location and helpful staff - I've been Fuzhou for several times. But it's the best compare to others. It's elegant with best location, near by my company and shopping mall. near There are shuttle vehicles( named Yuanxian or Yausiang, not hotel's cars but can drop me there) from airport to the Hotel, cheaper than taxi. Meanwhile, a lady in front desk was friendly and helpful. it only took me 15mins to my company there. besides, like other Kempinski hotel, there is a Paulaner bar as well, even though without too many guests there.
• HUAWEI (10/5): - I travelled Fuzhou for two days, i lived in this hotel for one night. it has very very very friendly staff, and very very very high class room equipments. Yes, i high recomand it.

• azman6882 (10/5): Very Helpful Costumer Relation - I stayed in Kempinski Hotel on a Business Trip. The room, service, buffet and other facilities are fantastic. On top of that, the costumer relation manager was very helpful. He has done an outstanding service. Being a Muslim, we had a difficulty to find the Muslim food. This hotel's costumer relation manager had assist a lot in our stay in Kempinski. This hotel is highly recommended. Location is good.
