- Louise (10/5): - A lovely Hôtel, beautiful decor with very comfy beds. We stayed 2 nights to celebrate a big birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a nicer place. It’s very central, walking distance to everything. There is parking just around the corner but we chose to park in the underground parking because this is what we saw first, and was just a five minute walk. Parking costs were really responsible too, 4pm to 10am the next morning cost us just over €10, bargain. The owners of the hotel are lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you and Nathan who was front of house when we arrived was also super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back, and to anyone reading this review, stay here, you won’t be disappointed ❤️

- Cheryl (10/5): - Markus, formerly known as 21 Foch, just opened. It is a lovely 14-bedroom, boutique hotel. A coffee shop and beautiful outdoor space is slated for completion by September 2025, but guests may partake of breakfast onsite before then. The hotel is close to the train station, and centrally located to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite proximity to the city landscape, the facility is quiet and peaceful. My room and the common areas were meticulously clean. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the towels are thick, and amenities such as coffee, tea, and water are readily available. I would return here again and again!

The lobby was getting painted at the time we arrived, making the access difficult. Room was clean and spacious; but did not have any fridge or tea making facility, which was a letdown for us.

Un petit plus pour l’hôtel serait un bouquet de chaînes plus étoffé que juste la TNT .
- Helene (10/5): Top ! Tout était parfait ! - Nous avions la chambre S et cela nous a largement suffit pour notre séjour de 2 nuits. Malgré sa proximité du boulevard Foch, l'hôtel est très bien insonorisé et nous n'avons donc pas été dérangés par la circulation. L'accueil est tous simplement parfait. Le propriétaire a pris le temps de nous conseiller pour les visites. L'hôtel est très bien décoré et avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner était également parfait du début à la fin. Produits locaux de très grande qualité. Service à table par le propriétaire donc pas bruyant comme dans les hôtels type Ibis. La propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre était au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir :)
- Kirsten (8/5): Great time so far - So far so good. Proprietor is very nice and helpful. We have never traveled to France before so did not know customs. He has been very considerate! We have had a wonderful experience so far. We have checked out the castle of tapestry and the statues of David Angers, plus wandered around and found a small antique shop.

Croissants, pain au chocolates, baguettes, with fresh orange juice, cremate (a local specialty) fruit salad, charcuterie and local cheese. Room was spacious with high quality linen and a modern bathroom. Glazed windows with no sound transfer from the street.

Nous avons réservé une chambre L, taille idéale, deco moderne, propreté impeccable. L'hotel se trouve dans un batiment ancien renové, le long du boulevard mais l'isolation phonique est bonne. On entend un peu la circulation le matin mais c'est lointain. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et excellent, servi dans la belle salle du restaurant. Bonne expérience.

- Bob (10/5): - I loved the chill vibe, modern upbeat design, and quiet classiness of the hotel. The location was central to visit the best of Angers by foot. I was disappointed that I could not understand french well enough to know that breakfast was sit down only. Even thought there were some guests in the room there was no sign of staff or coffee so I didn’t stay. One must learn patience in french restaurants.

- John (10/5): - Nice, small hotel centrally located in Angers. Parking is behind the hotel in a public parking garage. We arrived late, past 8 PM, but the restaurant's waiter helped us get in. BTW the restaurant was memorably wonderful, good that we had that waiter and good that we met the chef. we ordered the "5 item plate" but each dish was a surprise, beautiful to look at and delicious.

- Emily (6/5): Small boutique downtown hotel - Spacious room, recently remodeled with nice furnishings. The downside is the entrance and lack of a lobby. There is a call button that no one answered, but we were able to get in as someone was leaving. There was no one on the "lobby" area at 3 in the afternoon and we had to look up the phone number to call some one to check us in. Otherwise, a nice accommodation.
- Arno (10/5): Great hotel, fantastic city - Excellent hotel, huge rooms and huge, comfortable bed. Very clean and stylish, as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was excellent- freshly made. Location of the hotel is very good - 2 streets away from the centre/old town. Plenty of parking in nearby multistory (About 6 Euro for our stay) Only minor point I can think of : there is no minibar, room service or tea./coffee facilities in the room.
