• Aleksandr (9/5): Свежий воздух и тишина в Дели - Отель рядом с метро , район безопастный, рядом много кафе на выбор, тихо, утром птички поют, открываються окна, есть балкон, это несколько номеров на вилле у хозяина, что являеться большим плюсом для Дели, персонал немногочисленный и люди не меняються, а значит ваши вещи в безопастности, нормальный завтрак. Разетки в комнате ели держаться, некоторые не работают

The host is an erudite, polished man who is a wealth of information about India and Delhi. The location is wonderful -- clean, near the metro and with good restaurants nearby. I would have liked to spend a couple more nights.

We managed to get some laundry done which was organised for us, and if you want to eat out there's some nice places only a 3-5 minute walk away. The location is a little out of central Delhi, but it's easy and cheap to get an Uber, and it's a tranquil Oasis from the chaos of Delhi The place is a little run down, but it certainly wouldn't stop us coming back!

They serve a lovely breakfast at a large dinning table, giving opportunity to meet fellow guests. Hauz Khas is nice district to explore. The property was very clean throughout, but in places some of the decor was a bit tired.

• Luuk (8/5): A nice stay in a good neighbourhood with good staff. Only quite noisy. - Really nice and safe neighbourhood. Warm welcome and we had an early trip the next morning and the owner was so kind as to prepare a small meal package for us for the way there. Also a nice breakfast room. We were located on the ground floor right next to the lobby and general balcony. This woke us up multiple times very early in the morning sadly.

I also loved all the guests are seated around a big table for breakfast and the host sometimes joins as well. The room could use some renovations, especially the bathroom. Also a bit dusty in the corners.
• I. E. Papadakis (9/5): - Exceptionally spacious rooms in a gorgeous old house. Very quiet and safe area. Although short, we really enjoyed our stay in this place. Close to the airport, which helps when you want to reach it, but rather further away from most of the "must see" attractions of the city.

• Lydie (8/5): Belle bâtisse dans un quartier sécurisé de Delhi - Jolie bâtisse à la déco style colonial anglais située dans un quartier très calme et safe (sécurisé) de Delhi. Les chambres sont grandes mais un peu vieillottes et auraient besoin d'une rénovation. Des travaux ont été entrepris. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux (dommage que le café soit soluble). Possibilité de repas sur place végétarien ou non de très bonne qualité. Bon accueil et bon service. L’aéroport Indira Gandhi est proche, 20-30 min en taxi (réservé par l'hôte) et la station de métro Haus Khas (ligne jaune n°2 desservant New Delhi et Old Delhi en 20-30 min) est à 10 min à pied. d'où la très bonne situation de l'hébergement. La vétusté de la maison. C'est dommage car le lieu est vraiment très sympa. Espérant que les travaux entrepris permettront de redonner à ce lieu patrimoine, un nouvel éclat.

Safe to walk around the area, close to metro (very easy and safe to us! And we travelled as 2 females) and other good things. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds and heater which was good for the winter months. Breakfast was very tasty! The shower was not great - weak pressure. Bathroom could use an upgrade, quite outdated for the price you pay. Host was initially very welcoming but then was not really around to speak to. Other staff didn’t seem as bothered to interact with us unfortunately.

Está situado en uno de los mejores barrios de Delhi desde mi punto de vista. Es un oasis en medio del caos. El personal es muy atento y el desayuno es 100% recomendable. Las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras, es como residir en tu propia casa en Delhi. Apreciamos que alguna habitación (íbamos 3 amigos y nos quedamos en 2 habitaciones) podría tener mejoras en cuanto al mobiliario/baño porque están un poco anticuados, no en la otra habitación.

All was clean and nice and the building was beautiful. We wished we had more time to stay here in this quiet part of Delhi. A little cold in the room due to stone floors and old building. A space heater was provided and that helped.

• ilya (10/5): Wonderful atmospheric place to stay with a great location - The location in the calm area of Delhi is perfect, couldn't have been better! The owner is a very nice and friendly person who always joined us for breakfast, gave recommendations and shared the stories. Enjoyed the breakfast and the set up for breakfast where you meet all the guests! The room is spacious, the whole building has the historical vibe (though, it turned out to be not that old as it might seem). The room could have been cleaned a bit better, but that didn't pose any big issues.

• Ken (9/5): Perfect place to stay in New Delhi. - Fantastic place to stay in New Delhi. In a very cool little neighbourhood with great food and wonderful rooftop. It was all good.
• Arpita (9/5): - The room is very small and the bathroom door is not working but the behaviour of the owners are wonderful and the place is very good and very safe. The bathroom door is broken
• Rupert (9/5): An unusual and very pleasant place to stay in central Delhi. - We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa 33. The location is very convenient — not far from the city centre, and with a (small) market just round the corner. The building is elegant; the white ironwork on the upstairs balconies, the inner architecture, and the fixtures and fittings all give it a “period” feel, although in fact the building is less than 25 years old. Most significantly, Mr Anil Saigal is a most congenial host, unfailingly kind and helpful, and good company at the breakfast table (featuring eggs, parathas, plentiful fruit, cereals, porridge, juice, tea, coffee). We had a room designated “superior” – a really big room with a huge bed, a comfortable sofa and armchair, desk and chair, lots of lighting, some books in a glass-fronted cabinet, and a spacious balcony with four chairs and a table. The bathroom is large and had loads of storage space – hanging closets, cupboards and drawers. Altogether a home from home. The shower needs a little updating and TLC. The girls’ school opposite can be noisy at times (not that there’s any remedy to that!).
• Andrea (10/5): Hostel for mature people vibe - Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. We had tea and coffee facilities in the room and also every type of toiletry you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful with special mention to the security guard who was outside all night wrapped in a blanket. The hotel organised an excellent local reliable taxi for our airport pick ups and drop offs. Breakfast- the porridge was delicious. There was plenty on offer ( fruit, bread, jams, parathas, omelettes, chai teacher). The times were flexible and you could ask for what you wanted. The conversations around the table with other guests were delightful and I appreciated the communal table. Hot water: It wasn’t a problem for me as I don’t mind short showers but others might appreciate longer showers. Summertime I don’t think this would be a problem. Room cleaning: is on request. Again not a problem for us as we would rather reuse towels. There is a school next door and they start very early with outdoor assembly and drumming. We had the windows open so it was quite noisy. If you closed the windows it would block a lot of the noise.

• Savannah (7/5): Very safe stay in South Delhi - The property is in a very safe gated community next to a school. We felt safe walking to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were nice and accommodating and even let us store our luggage after checking out of our room. They arranged an airport pickup for us and were very patient with our airport delays. It would be nice if the breakfast had proper coffee instead of instant. The decor is a bit dated.
• Kenneth (10/5): - Location excellent with 5 min walk to cafes and restaurants and the metro. Short tuk tuk ride to Haus Kaus village. Safe neighbourhood for strolling. Villa has super period furnishings and Indian artefacts. Staff very helpful. Proprietor explained all about Delhi on arrival. Enjoyed the Indian dinner. All good

• Carol (8/5): This was a very relaxing wind down from a few weeks of trekking and travelling. The communal breakfasts meant meeting a - Quiet location but easy to access.

• Sandra K C (9/5): Very nice B&B in excellent location - Very good Host. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Excellent location, only a few blocks to several restaurants and Metro Station. We used Uber to get around - very convenient. Comfortable chairs in the room. Good ventilation Good AC. Generally quiet. Comfortable bed Only one power bar for convenient recharging. Bathroom dated but worked well.
