- Andrew (10/5): Perfect B&B near the Tunnel - Fabulous B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Julian and shown to a large bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room. The Corner House is a large house built in the local weatherboard style, but with all modern conveniences. It sits in the centre of a hamlet (with a good, friendly, food-serving pub just a minute's walk away). If you are taking the Channel Tunnel, that's no more than 10 or 15 minutes' drive. A large, beautifully cooked breakfast awaited us in the morning and we left, feeling more as if we'd spent the night at a friend's house (and a good cook friend at that!) than in a B&B. Top marks. Well recommended and we'll return ourselves.

- Trevor (10/5): Excellent B&B near Hythe - We stayed for one night in early September as attending a wedding at local church so did not spend much time at the House. Lovely area with adjacent pub on the green. The venue was opened earlier this year, purpose build and is very clean with good size room and excellent facilities. Lovely hosts, great breakfast. We would go there again if visiting the area or maybe as a good base to catch train across channel.
