• Annelies (8/5): Schoon, vriendelijk, krap, gehorig hotel - Het hotel ligt op een fijne plek in Krakau, vlakbij het centrum. In de buurt vindt je eet- en drinkgelegenheden. De tram stopt op 70m van het hotel zodat je makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer kunt reizen. Maar te voet ben je in 10min in het centrum op het bekende Rynek Główny plein. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Er is een kleine tuin met ligstoelen. Hier kun je ook ontbijten met mooi weer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar. We hadden een kamer aan de straat kant. Dat was ontzettend gehorig. 's nachts nog de tram die tot 00 uur en vanaf 5 uur door de straat kwam. Vaak auto's met sirene waarvan je wakker werd. Er lagen al oordopjes klaar dus het was bekend bij het hotel. Je kon de ramen sluiten maar met warm weer wil je toch ook graag frisse lucht. We hadden een kamer met 4 personen. Badhanddoeken met gaten erin en slechts 1 kleine handdoek met z'n vieren. Nergens haakjes om ze aan op te hangen. Wc bril klep zat los (wel gemaakt). Het is ook jammer dat het toilet niet apart was van de badkamer want dat is wel een dingetje als je met z'n vieren bent.. De kamers waren wel krap. Het was wel wat behelpen als je iets uit de kast nodig had.
• Ronald (4/5): - Nicht weit zur Altstadt EIn Zimmer roch stark nach Hund, in einem zweiten Zimmer fielen Warmwasser und Heizung aus. Das sogenannte Gartenzimmer war zwar Gartenseitig, aber vom Garten war nichts zu sehen. Insegsamt ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man auch.

• Tanja (10/5): Mycket bra! - Allt! Läget, rummet var stort (lite slitet) och rent, bra service, mycket bra frukost. Vattenmaskin i korridoren så man kunde fylla på vattenflaska. Sängen, kuddarna och täckena bekväma. Frukostpåse kunde beställas till hemresedagen. Cyklar går att hyra på hotellet.

Acoustics save from street noice but not between the rooms on different floors of the buiding . . Electronic key got failure and needed to be reprogrammed Parking yard have very narrow entrance . Instead of double bed we got two single beds on small weeks places together Bathroom and total feel alike that you are somewhere in hospice not in the hotel :)

• Stephanie (9/5): Perfect - exactly what we needed for our city break - We struggled to find a hotel that had a family set up (2 friends and 2 children) within our budget. This hotel was able to provide the same room, with 4 single beds that were separated by a partition wall - perfect!!! The hotel is part of 2 buildings contested by a shared garden at the rear so great to get to breakfast/reception from our room and there’s great security into the building. Breakfasts were bountiful and everyone was able to fill up before busy days exploring. The sink in our room blocked one morning but was fixed within a few hours. The location is great as well, only 5 mins north of the top of old town. I can’t think of anything!
• Arkadiusz (3/5): - Blisko do starego miasta, śniadania dobre. Czwarte piętro bez windy, skrzypiąca podłoga na całym piętrze, słychać każdego jak wraca po nocy, grzyb na ścianie. Pokój i meble podniszczone, przydałby się remont. Maksymalnie na jedną noc, na dłużej nie polecam.
• Francesca (7/5): Nice for one night - Lovely tall ceilings and very nice breakfast. I had requested a twin room and it was a double but apart from that a very satisfactory stay. We were on the third floor and no lift and each floor has two sets of stairs which was an issue for my Travel companion who has some mobility issues. Would not recommend if you don’t like lots of stairs.
• Viktoriia (6/5): Внимательнее относиться к пожеланиям гостей вашего отеля! - Вкусный завтрак, хорошее расположение, близко к центру, можно оставить чемоданы после выселения в комнате хранения. Мы бронировали номер с одной двуспальной кроватью (для нас это крайне важно, поскольку с нами спит годовалый ребенок), но по приезду в 11 вечера с самолета, нас заселили в номер с двумя односпальными кроватями. Других вариантов кроме как просто сдвинуть кровати без какого либо цельного матраса не было((( при том, что я писала заранее о том, что нам нужна одна большая кровать..и мне пришло подтверждение о наличии такого номера!

• Petra (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ein wirklich empfehelnswertes Hotel. - Ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit Garten - wunderbar geeignet zum Erholen zwischendurch und für das Frühstück, das für ein 3-Sterne-Haus bemerkenswert gut war. Die Zimmer sind originell designed, mit Lage zum Garten absolut ruhig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cama confortável. Limpeza excelente. Pequeno-almoço ótimo! Dispensadores de água potável em todos os corredores. Impossível tapar a luminosidade... Para quem gosta de dormir no escuro, impossível não acordar com a claridade às 5h30 da manhã. Hotel com 4 andares, sem elevador. Cuidado se houver limitação da mobilidade ou malas pesadas.

Niestety pokój 44 wymaga już odświeżenia, ściany są popękane i brudne. Telewizor bardzo mały, co utrudnia oglądanie filmu z łóżka. Poszewka na kołdrę była przybrudzona, a mały ręcznik porwany. Ogólnie za mała ilość ręczników. Śniadanie średniej jakości. Duży wybór ale nic nie było naprawdę smaczne. Krótko mówiąc zdjęcia trochę oszukują.

• Jessica (10/5): - Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'hôtel est proche de la vieille ville, parfait pour visiter. L'arrêt du tramway est au pied de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux, divers choix sucré salé. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Tout le monde parle anglais ce qui facilite énormément.

• Andrea (8/5): - Das Hotel hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuß gut erreichen ,ca 10/15 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter aber sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Das Frühstück war gut. Alles vorhanden. Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein da er von zwei Hotels genutzt wird. Das hat zur Folge das man entweder früh oder lieber etwas später gehen sollte.
