- STEPHEN (7/5): 2 nights in Chania. - We booked a room with a double bed and outside balcony which had 2 chairs, but no table. And which had no view apart from a wall opposite our room. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't see the owner. The property is very close to the town, and bus station.And amenities. The balcony had no view. On the end was a dirty wooden box that housed a washing machine. The owner was not available, when we arrived, but explained how to use the key safe to get into the room.

Aucun panneau, entrée au fond d'un couloir mal éclairé. Rétréci par Un foutoir de panneaux de bois et feraille. Heureusement dans la rue j'ai rencontré une personne grecque qui m'a aidée ! Elle aussi était dans l'impasse pour situer ! Très aimable a appelé le " propriétaire" ....qui a donné les instructions d'accès ! Ensuite.....PAS DE WIFI....! aucune information dans la chambre ! Ensuite très bruyant Voisin de chambre a pris une douche pendant une heure de 23h ++ à minuit ! Une horreur sans compter les locataires parlant fort ! C'est vraiment dommage je suis arrivée le mauvais jour !

Staff was nice and allowed us leaving our luggages with him before departure. Would be nice if the staff was there when we first arrived. It was a little scary when the office had no response and we were waiting for 15mins in a pitch black narrow hallway despite we have already confirmed with the property when we would arrive.

Nu bodde vi bara en natt och använde inte något av det. Rummet var trångt men det kunde jag ju läsa mig till. Missat att rummet saknade balkong och det var ju trist men för en natt gick det bra iallafall. 2-rummarna såg väldigt fina ut m balkong. Blir nog en sån om vi bor flera dagar

- andrea (4/5): - Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro di Chania. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare parcheggio a pagamento. Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato gentilissimo. Appartamento che risente degli anni e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e un restyling. Non è assolutamente adatto per ospitare 4 persone che sono costrette a dormire quasi ammassate. Nel piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura c'è un divano di cui non si capisce l'utilità. Al suo posto sarebbe più utile un tavolo di maggiori dimensioni rispetto a quello esistente. Le mensole in camera erano fissate male e precarie. Bagno molto piccolo e poco funzionale. Seduti sul water è necessario compiere un allungamento "ginnico" per prendere la carta igienica. Angolo cottura da rivedere.

La televisione ha due telecomandi l'host nonostante la richiesta non sapeva come funzionavano. Forse non era il vero padrone di casa. . Nella terrazza non funzionava la luce e in camera la luce aveva la lampada con l'intermittenza. Sicuramente le lampadine erano rotte e da sostituire Questo non deve accadere quando si affitta. Nin ho trovato tutto ciò che viene pubblicato tra i servizi. . L"appartamento è un po' datato e necessita di una ristrutturazione. compresi gli elettrodomestici e l'arredamento

Pulizia quotidiana e cambio biancheria ogni 3 giorni. Le luci in casa sono molto soffuse. Sarebbe meglio avere luci più forti.

At the end of our stay we found the sign to hang on the door for housekeeping but it was too late by then I wish they told us from the beginning. Zona sicura e tranquilla. Appartamento grande con ogni confort,dal set pulizie agli elettrodomestici. Bagno adeguato con cabina doccia,che a Creta nn sempre si trova. Se proprio devo trovare la pecca è il parcheggio. Ad agosto è quasi impossibile parcheggiare lì in zona. - Diane (8/5): Great location - The central location was excellent, with bus station nearby and only a short walk to old town. The spacious balcony was a great place to relax. We can recommend getting picked up from the airport by Niko. It was also good to be able to leave our luggage for later collection after check out time. This apartment would be cramped for space if accommodating a 3rd guest.

- Alessia Antonia (8/5): - Molto comoda la posizione per visitare la città di Chania e per prendere tutte le linee autobus (stazione a due passi). La camera con angolo cottura comoda e attrezzata, materasso comodo. Ci siamo trovati bene.

- Gianluca (8/5): Appartamento consigliato! - Appartamento vicinissimo alla stazione dei pullman da cui partono i mezzi per le varie escursioni. Ottima vicinanza anche al centro città e al lungomare di Chania, con ristoranti e viette per passeggiare. Host davvero gentile e molto disponibile. Supermercati sotto casa. Per i fornelli non c’è una vera e propria zona dedicata ma sono un po’ improvvisati e quindi non comodi da utilizzare, inoltre facendo la doccia si allagava il bagno perché la tenda non bastava a coprire la fuoriuscita di acqua.

- Giulio Antonio (7/5): - La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere il centro che per trovare un parcheggio, inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e supermercati. La casa era diversa dalle immagini e tutto l'arredamento era in condizioni peggiori di quanto mostrato.

- nessuno (10/5): - Camera molto spaziosa e piena di ogni confort. Dalla macchina per ilcaffe e il cappuccino,alla lavatrice al ferro da stiro e persino il cavalletto. Forno elettrico, forno a microonde, tutte le comodità come a casa. Molto vicino al centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Davvero consigliato

- Milan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The location is steps away from the illustrious Old town, beaches are near even those which are not it is a good commute via buses. Supermarkets, markets, taverns, shopping, all there and a bus station is just across the street. Location is center but no noise because it is tucked into a small street between two crowded ones. The apartment itself had absolutely everything, even a washing machine!!!! The staff is helpful, easygoing and nice. 5 stars Nothing to say!

- Sonia (9/5): Would recommend it - The location is great - just 1 min walk from the main KTEL bus station. Supermarkets, restaurants and the old town are all just a stone's throw away. We were worried it may be noisy considering its central location but it was actually quiet at night and early morning. Check-in is on the top floor - accessible via a tight lift. The whole premises is well run, safe with CCTVs on each floor. Check-in staff was very welcoming and provided useful info. The apartment itself is quite spacious. While the bathroom and kitchen are a bit outdated, everything is clean and function well. It was a comfortable stay experience for us. As said before, it's just that the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated.

- Anamaria (9/5): Great hosts and cute little appartement. - Good size small appartement with plenty of natural light, really good location in Chania, supermarkets near by, the old port, Neo chora beach and the KTEL busses near by. Access to TV from around the world. Kitchen and appliances.

We have just stayed for 29 nights and had a great time. Good central location. Really nice and helpful staff team. Could not fault this property. It really is excellent.

- Rulinskaya (9/5): I would recommend to those who value location and cleanliness. Would be glad to stay there again! - The main criteria for us were location and cleanliness. The property is located in the center, just a couple minutes from the bus station, from where its possible to travel where needed. Old town with restaurants and picturesque streets is also several minutes walk. Grateful to the owners and cleaning staff for warm friendly attitude and keeping the property in order. Noises from outside at night are easily heard inside our room due to some gap between the window frame and the balcony door--good to be checked and repaired. As well as leakage from the shower cabin of unknown origin, which i reported to the owner.
