• Gazmend (2/5): Kids are charged as adults! - This review is not about the room nor their service, that was mostly ok. Rather my review is about what I was charged for the room. And I was charged extra of around 160CA$ under "taxes and fees" bcs property owner considers underage kids to be adults. In fact I was told all kids above 3yr old are considered adults! LOL, that calls for new standards on how old kids should be to be considered kids, be aware when you book this property. To not forget to mention that we ran out of hot water after first short shower.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed in the Vendome room, which provided a comfortable pull out bed for our teenagers, as well as a kings sized bed for my husband and I. The room has tall ceilings and feels spacious even for 4 of us. There is a small ensuite and a table for breakfast. A delicious breakfast is served each morning to your room. We had a sellection of Crossaints, bread, ham and cheese, with plenty of fresh orange juice, hot chocolates and coffee. (There is plenty of hot milk and a nespresso machine to make more coffee.) The location of the property is easy to find and is a 2 minute walk from Charles De Gaulle - Etoile Metro and the Arc Du Triomphe. The area is quiet, even though you are minutes off the very busy and popular Champs Elysee. The location is great - you are minutes up the road there is a bus stop of the Louis Vuitton Foundation - worth a visit. A few stops for La Louvre, Musee D'Orsay. Take a taxi to the Tour Eiffle - less that 6 Euros! Then you can walk back along the stunning streets. In the Room - Kings Size Bed and comfortable pull out sofa bed; Bathrobes/slippers; fresh towels; shampoo/body wash; Nespresso Machine; WiFi; TV with 1000 of channels; hairdryer; USB plug for charging phones; bottles of water Would have no hesitation staying here again!

• Hector (10/5): Great hotel for families. - Very well located hotel. Large family suite. Breakfast above standard for Paris hotel. Very fast wifi, I measured 75mbs. Free video streaming and phone. Only inconvenience was the very small elevator, but that is usually the case in Paris small hotels.

Hotel is in a beautiful, historic building with a true French charm. We were staying in the Bastille room which is the smallest out of all but to our surprise was spacious for two people to share. The room had a modern bathroom (simply amazing!). We loved the bed!!! It was VERY comfortable. Great breakfast selection (baguette, croissants, cheese, butter, jam, freshly squeezed orange juice, omelets, just to name a few). And did I mention an amazing and friendly staff??? All which made the stay a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay there next time!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a fantastically well situated property, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. It is a period building, very quiet and peaceful with the windows closed but be aware that you are in the centre of a very busy city. Alex and Carine are wonderful hosts, genuine and generous with a wide knowledge of the area. The property is clean and spacious, breakfasts are served in the room and the day staff are friendly and helpful.The hotel is surrounded by great places to eat feom everyday bistros to 3 star Michelin. We ate at Le Hide, Pierre Gagnaire, Cesar and Les Cocottes. The metro is very close but you can also walk to the Seine and all of its attractions within 25 minutes. A great spot and a big thank you to Alex and Carine for a wonderful stay.

• JJ (10/5): - This bed and breakfast was located in the Champs-Elysees area 2 blocks from the Arch de Triumph and one block from the Charles de Gaulle-Etoile subway station. This is a major station providing easy connections to wherever you want to go in Paris. The area near the hotel was safe, near shops and many eateries. The owners were accommodating and service staff great. Daily in room breakfast was served from a list of menu items that you could select the day before. The room we had was clean and modern with wifi and usb connections. This was a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

Only 1 block away from Arch of Triumph, Champs-Elysees, Metro and Bus stops. Plenty of true Parisian restaurants around. Room was super clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Owners were super helpful and accommodating. Thank you Carine and Alex for unforgettable stay.

The room was immaculate, the service was second to none, the breakfasts we had in the room were awsome, and the owners couldn't have been more helpfull. If you are looking for somewhere to stay within 100 meters of the arc de triomph with excellent staff and service, this is the place to stay👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

• BasketballMama (6/5): Nice bed and breakfast, excellent location - I checked into the room very late and was dismayed that there was no air conditioning in the room, and the temperature was very hot that day. There was a room fan, but there was no circulation in the room. Also, I made an error and reserved 1 night in the smallest room at the B&B, which made my visit at the B&B not a pleasant experience. I am rating my visit as average, only because I had a terrible night sleep with the loud fan in the room and the room was very warm. I read all of the reviews , but it looks like the reviews were for the larger rooms, which appear to much nicer and modern than the small room I was in. But, the room was clean, and the service from the front desk personnel was welcoming.

• Paul (8/5): Nice hotel, very good central location - The hotel was within 5 minutes walk of the Arc de Triomphe and metro station given excellent links to the rest of Paris, although being so close to the Champs-Elysees there was no traffic noise to be heard, allowing for a perfect nights sleep. I would certainly use this hotel again if visiting Paris.
• Roger (10/5): Characterful hideaway in the heart of Paris! - Paris Square is a fantastic boutique hotel just two minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe in a quiet street. The hotel has just three rooms/suites we believe set in a classy mansion-style building. Our room was across a private courtyard so totally safe and secluded. Very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast of your choice served in your room. Very warm welcome indeed, Carine, the owner could not have been friendlier or more helpful, as were all staff we met. This small but atmospheric hotel made us feel special, and helped make this a truly memorable visit to the capital. We will most certainly be back 😊

The location was amazing, just one block away from the Arc de Triomph , Champs Elysees and the metro station, getting around was as easy as it gets. Alex was a really nice guy, he greeted us with coffee and showed us the room and explained everything in good detail. Breakfast a la carte was delicious and plentiful, each morning we were given a different selection of cheeses. We even got our own nespresso machine with an endless supply of capsules! Forget about staying anywhere else, it doesn't get better than this. We will be definitely coming back! Thanks, Alex! Happy New Year!

Great location near Arc De Trioumph and musee Jaquemart Andre just down the street had a world class exhibit with Renior, Monet, Degas and others-superb. Very nice welcome by the owners. Will definitely return.

Breakfast was included, which was excellent. My only regret is that we didn't have more time in Paris. We would have loved a couple more nights here and if we visit Paris in the future, this will be our first choice.

Also it's close to metro and bus stations. More importantly, breakfast served in the room that was delicious, and you get to choose from variety of menu. The hosts were very helpful in telling us about where to go and how to get around even made reservation for nice restaurants. Highly recommended!
• Genghis (10/5): Friendly host and great breakfast. - PROS: The owner-host is a great couple ,,, very friendly, perfectly bi-lingual (French and English) and knowledgable about Paris (where to eat, shop and walk around). The B&B location in superb ... close to everything and Uber servicing area. A typical hotel room in the same neighbourhood could easily cost double if not more. Our suite is right next to the owner's suite. In-room breakfast was awesome. We got to choose what we wanted to eat and placed that order the night before. Just breakfast itself if it was at a hotel would cost US$50 for the 3 of us. CONS: The bathroom is really small and hot water supply would be questionable after the first person had a long shower. The towel warmer gets in the way of the toilet. Our suite has a queen bed and pull-out couch. It gets a little tight for a family of 3. The big mirror above the sofa bed makes it uncomfortable to sit up in bed with the head literally leaning on the mirror frame. Beddings could be fancier :)

• Erika (10/5): A highly recommended B & B in Paris - We were given the Bastille room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable, not as spcious as on the photo displayed on the expedia illustration. The view out of the window was over some rooftops and the walls of the very closeby residences.The breakfast was ample and good. There was no elevator. At night there was an intermittent mild knocking sound which presumably was related to the heating system. There was a narrow winding stairway to our room which was on the second floor (first floor by European concept). The bathroom was very clean and practical. We could not get the TV to work; Carine said she would look into it. The WiFi worked well. The young owner-managers are very welcoming and helpful. On the whole we enjoyed our stay there, though it was only for one night. The proximity to Etoile, the Champs Elysees, bus transportation to the airport, and Metro and public transportation throughout the whole city of Paris is definitely a major asset for this bed & breakfast inn. We highly recommend it.
• Zhixuan (10/5): - Alexandre and Carine were amazing hosts at this cute bed and breakfast. From check in to check out, we were treated with so much love! Their lovely housekeeper was great as well. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées were just steps away from the property. The metro station was also closeby for travel. We had a great time and can't wait to come back soon!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - Just two blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, this family-owned hotel (three rooms) is clean, comfortable and affordable. Breakfast is prepared each morning with a menu you select, served in your room at a time of your choosing. Delicious. 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Easy access to both the Metro and the Train Station, with stores and restaurants just around the corner. The room decor is simple. The floor is hardwood without wall to wall carpeting, and the bathroom is Euro-sized cozy, but there is sufficient room nevertheless. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, even though just two blocks from busier streets.
