- Cezar Roberto (10/5): Mini Shopping no Hotel - Da Recepcionista Karine. Atenciosa, prestativa e hospitaleira, com empatia. Sua meritocracia beneficia ao proprietário do hotel. Do tratamento entre Patrão e empregados. Existem algumas normas que prejudicam muito os salários dos funcionários. Se alguém furtar uma toalha, ou cometer roubos no hotel, eles descontam dos funcionários que nada tem haver. Isto é assédio Moral com os funcionários, porque utilizam da recepção uma loja de cosméticos colocando em risco a vida deles e até dos hóspedes por ser uma área transitável de pessoas com todas índoles possíveis...Enfim no demais nota😉😉10

El precio es accesible en comparación con otras opciones en la misma área, lo que puede resultar conveniente para quienes buscan algo económico. El cuarto es amplio y cuenta con baño privado, lo cual brinda un nivel adecuado de comodidad y privacidad durante la estancia. No se incluye agua caliente, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente para algunas personas. La cama es algo dura, lo que podría no ser del agrado de todos. No hay aire acondicionado, aunque el clima en Irapuato suele ser fresco, por lo que en muchos casos no es estrictamente necesario.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - When I arrived, they said they didn't have my reservation but "lucky" for me, they had rooms available. So I paid for a room, in cash. When I got to my room, it smelled like sewage and it wasn't cleaned up. When I went down to tell them, they told me they'll clean it but that they found my reservation and that I had to pay more because I was quoted more in the reservation. Super unpleasant experience.
