• Gene (7/5): This place was clean, but the air conditioning units does not blow out cold air, it’s like a fan, the place is very tiny - The location to all the historical sites. The air conditioning unit did not blow out cold air, the tiny room and having to use a skeleton key to get in and out of the room.

• Clark (9/5): Requesting a suite overlooking the piazza would make an already wonderful stay even more perfect. - We had a wonderful stay at Piazzetta de' Monti Suites. The room was lovely, very clean, and the location in the heart of the Monti district was absolutely perfect for exploring Rome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. Guests should simply know that the Monti district is a lively and energetic part of Rome, with people, restaurants, and some street activity throughout the day and evening. For us, that vibrant atmosphere was part of the charm and made the experience feel authentically Roman.

La chambre n’est pas très grande mais néanmoins très fonctionnelle et bien décorée. Notre hôte été facilement joignable et prêt à nous aider en cas de problème. Notre hôte nous a donné toute les informations avant notre arrivée . 👍🏼 Le rapport qualité prix. Je m’attendais à une chambre beaucoup plus spacieuse pour le prix avec au moins des petites bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée . Une petite attention en plus ! Le sol était rayé, la lampe de travers ainsi que le lustre . Le frigidaire a fait du bruit toute la nuit ! Des détails qui font la différence.

The bed was super comfy, shower great and the luxury of a mini fridge and great coffee was an unexpected bonus. The room kept a good temperature too. As you would expect in a city, with a room that overlooks a communal fountain area it was very noisy at night for the Wilson room.

• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location, clean room, worth the price! - Perfect location. Lots going on but not too touristy, with everything you need right outside the front door. Coffee, breakfast, snacks, dinner, gelato, atm, and markets. Colosseum within view from the front door. Most tourist spots still walkable within 10-20 mins. Safe entry, clean room, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, the twin room overlooks the cute piazza. Kind owner and cleaning ladies! If you like falafel, try pizzeria Leonina right around the corner for a falafel wrap. It was wonderful! There is noise from the piazza, late into the evening. All kinds. At least for the five nights I was there. Bring earplugs or a noise machine. It’s better with the windows closed, but you can still hear it. Not a dealbreaker, but be aware. It’s not the fault of the owner.

• Didier (10/5): Parfait - Accueil parfait avec possibilité de s'arranger gratuitement pour une arrivée tardive. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et prêt à aider. Il nous a d'ailleurs mis au dernier moment dans une autre chambre afin de pouvoir bénéficier d'une meilleure vue. L'emplacement de la chambre est parfait (5 min à pied du Colysée et moins de 30 minutes à pied de l'ensemble des lieux principaux à visiter). La chambre n'est ni trop petite, ni trop grande et la salle de bain est très bien. En bref, nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Camera curata, bagno grande, dotato di tutto il necessario. Non è prevista la colazione, ma in camera sono disponibili bollitore con the e macchina del caffè con cialde. La camera ci è stata consegnata al mattino. Posizione strategica, quartiere vivace con locali, negozi e botteghe artigiane. Metropolitana Cavour a 3 minuti a piedi e Colosseo in fondo la via.

L'hôte était toujours joignable et la communication excellente. Les petites touches extra ont aussi été très agréables: lorsque le premier jour nous avons laissé une bouteille de vin dans la chambre, à notre retour nous avons trouvé 2 verres à vin et un tournevis, un vrai régal. La chambre était très bien insonorisée vers l'extérieur, la piazza, mais peut être que la porte de la chambre même qui donne sur le couloir pourrait également être un peu plus solide.

Vriendelijke gastheer en nette schone kamer, voorzien van extra ramen zodat het geluid van buiten minimaal is. Ons viel weinig tegen maar als we dan iets moeten aangeven, zijn het de gordijnen die aan de randen niet helemaal sluiten
