- Sam (9/5): Very comfortable and peaceful stay! - Very Spacious, extremely comfortable bed, excellent heating and incredible water pressure and shower! very close to Bar Gyu and right next to the free shuttle! Slight fishy smell in the apartment likely from the previous tenants but was perfectly manageable

They allowed us to check in early because our room was ready, and they helped to clear snow with large machinery so we could use our car. They also dropped off extra equipment for clearing snow. The space was well set up and very cozy. The TV had Netflix. The small kitchen was very handy. The kitchen could’ve been a bit better set up with more kitchen utensils, and basic cooking items such as oil.

- Shawn (10/5): - The bed was very comfortable, a great relief from our previous hotels while traveling from Tokyo. Had everything we needed and the front desk was very responsive via email. Most everything was a short walk, Bar Gyu a couple min away up the street, food trucks also on same street, nearest convenience store about 8 min up hill along with more restaurants and fimood trucks, and the Ace Gondola about 20min walk uphill. Laundry and dryer is free in downstairs basement.

- Kylie (8/5): Great unit not far from the action. - Perfect size for a couple. Staff helpful, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed including a free laundry. It’s a long walk up the hill to the town if you’re not in your 20’s. Village shuttles are not regular or reliable and taxis are hard to come across. None of these are the fault of the accommodation, just the reality in that part of Hirafu.

Apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. I like the location, but for the transport situation. Holiday Niseko is a very responsive host and I enjoyed dealing with them. The town chamber of commerce (or whomever provides it) needs to step up their game on the shuttle. The buses were too small, should have ski racks, and other complaints. We hardly used it and the walk is long and painful in ski boots. The furniture is not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Having the share ski locker & laundry was helpful. Whilst overall the location was good and walkable to everything, I would have preferred it to be closer - although if the shuttle bus was better this would not have been an issue. In 2 weeks we did not once have success catching the free shuttle bus.
- Maxime (8/5): Comfy studio in Hirafu South - Spacious studio, well equipped and with great heating, basement to store ski gear, driver available at check-in & check-out and friendly staff ! I recommend the place Sometimes the company which manages this hotel is not that transparent though: you can book directly lift pass for cheaper price, same for airport transfer bus. Also, don't count on the Hirafu free shuttle bus - it's always full by the time you get to the apartment. So you'll have to walk. Finally they don't provide room cleaning service for a 6-night stay, which I find a bit harsh considering the price

- Robin (9/5): Great place overall especially if you want to cook - Spacious living / dining / kitchen area, really nice apartment overall, everything looks new. Never heard a peep from other guests in the building. Staff were friendly and prompt for pickup and drop off. These drawbacks are minor overall, and wouldn't keep me from recommending Flow in spite of them. The bedrooms each have enough space to have exactly 1 suitcase open and that's it - there is a small closet and nowhere else to put anything down, since the walking space around the beds is like 30cm or less. Really no proper accommodation for 2 people sharing a room that each have their own luggage. A note on location - you would assume from the map this is a short easy walk, to the resort and restaurants but the fact that Flow is downhill from the resort and there is no sidewalk on this street means you will be making a treacherous walk with your gear to and fro on a sloped icy road every day. The apartment heating is via a half dozen radiators that all have manual control with no central thermostat setting, kind of annoying to have to adjust them all individually if you like it cooler over night than during the day.

- Mitchell (8/5): Week stay in mid-February - The studio apartment was reasonably priced, comfortable, and well located. The property had a great drying room and complimentary laundry facilities. The non-stick coating on all of the cookware was peeling off, making us reluctant to use any of it.

- Verified traveler (6/5): nice apartment - Good clean apartment, no aircon though so a bit hot in summer and hard to sleep. there are also heaps of lights switches in the room all with tiny lights on them when they are switched off. this is enough light up the room a little bit making it hard to sleep. the blinds are also see through and let in a lot of light in the morning so wake up early. there was also not enough car parking spaces. we went out for dinner and when we came back all the car parks were gone.
- Yee Man (8/5): Good value stay in Niseko - I have stayed in several different apartments around the Niseko area. Flow Niseko is run by a Holiday Niseko, a smaller tour operator. Check in process was smooth - we arrived after hours and never had any face to face interaction with the staff, but were given a code and instructions ahead of time, and had no issues. The apartment was comfortable and looked as advertised, with all the amenities we needed, including laundry, kitchen utensils and etc. There are two bathrooms, one per bedroom, which is great. Parking space is available outside the building. A few minor issues which made it not a five star (but none are deal breakers at this price point): - The rooms were very small. Basically there is space for the bed(s) and that's it. We could touch all the walls without leaving the room and there definitely isn't space to lay out a suitcase. - There is no elevator in the building, we were on 1st floor and kept our skis at the rental place so it's not an issue. But for others it may be a bit of a pain to lug their gear up two flights of stairs after a long day out.
