• LOIZOS (4/5): Απογοητεύτηκα - Μεγάλο δωμάτιο κ καθαρό Ή ρεσεψιόν είναι σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο όταν έκανα κράτηση δεν το αναφέρανε κάπου και στην σελίδα της booking που είναι μεγάλο λάθος . Μετα το μηνημα που στάλθηκε ήταν αργά για να ακυρώσω . Εγω αυτό το μέρος δεν το ονομάζω ξενοδοχείο είναι ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια κακώς είναι στην κατηγορία ξενοδοχείου

• Ντραγκανα (6/5): Δεν θα πω πως ήταν πολύ κακή αλλά επειδή είμαι ένας άνθρωπος που μου αρέσει η καθαριότητα δεν θα ξαναγυρνούσα εκεί. Δεν - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο. Το δωμάτιο εκ πρώτης όψεως ήταν όμορφο . Το τζακούζι ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό με το ζόρι χωρούσε 1 άτομο και τα τζετ στο τζακούζι έκλειναν μόνα τους ανά 5 λεπτά και ξανά άνοιγαν μόνα τους μετά από 2 λεπτά αυτό ήταν αρκετά ενοχλητικό και καθόλου χαλαρωτικό. Το χειρότερο όμως ήταν η καθαριότητα του μπάνιο η οποία ήταν ανύπαρκτη καθώς βρήκαμε τρίχες από προηγούμενα άτομα στα πλακάκια του μπάνιου και ήταν αηδιαστικό.

• Dimitris (10/5): - Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, το τζακούζι φοβερό αξίζει φουλ, πολύ κεντρικά και δίπλα σε όλα βρήκαμε πάρκινγκ στην πλατεία οπότε έκανε τη διαμονή μας πολύ πιο εύκολη Κάτι έχει γίνει λάθος στην τοποθεσία και στα ντελίβερι πρέπει να εξηγήσεις από πού να έρθουν γιατί για κάποιο λόγο έρχονται από τον από κάτω δρόμο

• Gilbert (9/5): - Le confort de la chambre, la gentillesse de l'équipe de service, le petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. L'accès à l'appartement sale, dans un quartier en rénovation. Le peu de choix proposé pour les excursions à partir de l'hôtel.
• Matthew (10/5): I’d go here again. - Bath tub was amazing. Nice area. I’d go again. I have no complaints. I would say the only downside is that the apartment is part of a network of apartments and so the check in is in a different building but it’s not really a negative.
• Francis (10/5): Extremely nice hotel room with a jacuzzi. - Booked the superior room and was very happy to get a top floor room with jacuzzi, mini fridge, coffee maker and very comfortable bed. The room (#8) was very big and had high ceilings, a balcony and windows looking out on Chania. The cleaning staff we exceptional and alway did a great job cleaning. The reception is in another hotel a few minutes away - they were always very helpful and friendly. They let me store bags when I arrived very early and notified me when the room was ready. They offerred a late checkout for a fraction of the daily rate - departing at 18:00 was 50% of the daily rate. This was very convenient as I had a late flight. The other buildings in the area around the entrance are bit dodgy and while totally safe - it does look dicey.

On the other hand shower cabin without door and the water splashing out, wardrobe very small with just 4 hangers, no light in the bathroom ( just small mirror light) , coffee maker without coffee provided, balcony quite small .
• Sandra (9/5): Really comfortable - Spotless clean, huge comfy bed, great modern shower. Check in at a different building which was difficult to find. Only ceiling windows so great for a short stay but wouldn’t want to stay any longer than a couple of days.

• Loga (7/5): - At this location, I really appreciated the air conditioning, the jacuzzi, and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, and it was very thoughtful of the staff to leave two bottles of water in the fridge along with some coffee capsules. What I didn’t like was that the check-in had to be done at a different hotel and there was no parking available (we had to park 12 minutes away, which meant quite a bit of walking with our luggage). The apartment only had one teaspoon, with no knife, fork, or even a plate if you wanted to eat something. We also found a few ants in the bed – not many, but still noticeable.

• Luisa (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Es sind nur ca. 8 min. Zu Fuß zum alten venezianischen Hafen, dem Zentrum von Chania. Frühstück gibt es im 3 min. zu Fuß entferntem Partner-Hotel, welches jeden Tag Abwechselung bot!

• Bernd (10/5): - Es ist direkt im Stadtzentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Shops und allem was man brauchen könnte. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer war herrlich und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ebenso. Mit dem Personal hatte ich nur Anfangs und ganz zu Schluss zu tun, aber da war alles in Ordnung und sie waren sehr freundlich. Im Hinterhof beim Eingang ist ein kleines familienbetriebenes Café, wo nur Griechen zu Gast waren und dort habe ich immer meinen Kaffee getrunken und oft auch das Tagesmenü gegessen. Sehr nett, die Wirtsfamilie und die Gäste. Die Rezeption ist in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht und das findet man möglicherweise nicht gleich. Aber das war kein Problem. Der Eingang liegt hinter dem Gebäude und bei einem Parkplatz. Es ist in der Nacht ziemlich oft der Strom ausgefallen, weil offenbar der Schutzschalter gefallen ist. Nach ca. 20 Minuten war das immer erledigt. Hätte ich gewusst wo der Schalter ist, hätte ich es selbst machen können.
