- Lori (10/5): - Location was closet to Nagoya station, so many food options and shopping within 5-10min and easy to get to Sakae and Nishiki-dori. Staff was very helpful with luggage hold and the onsen was wonderful. Would stay here again.

- Gwyn (8/5): Centrally located hotel with nice amenities but can get a bit too crowded depending on the occupancy rate of the hotel. - Great location near the Nagoya station, kombinis, restaurants and shops. We liked the view we had of the Nagoya Castle from our room. The onsen was very crowded at times and was a bit small for the number of rooms. The laundry facilities were also a bit cramped and with only 2 washers and 2 dryers, it was very difficult to get in to do laundry.

- Meris (9/5): - Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren mehr als zufrieden! Wir haben vor unserer Ankunft unsere Koffer ins Hotel schicken lassen per luggage delivery und waren erstaunt, als es beim Check-In hiess, dass unsere Koffer schon im Zimmer sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und wir hatten so eine wunderschöne Aussicht aus unserem Hotelzimmer! Die Mitarbeitenden waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und haben mit Ruhe und Geduld unsere Anfragen beantwortet und uns immer weitergeholfen! Es gibt auch ein kleines Restaurant, in welchem man frühstücken kann, einen Kaffee trinken oder am Abend einen Cocktail genießen kann. Von Spa bis hin zum Wäscheservice hatte man alles. Wir würden nochmals herkommen- sehr empfehlenswert!

- Miguel Ángel (10/5): Breathless views next to Nagoya station - The room with the views to the Nagoya Skyline were impressive. Spending the night here is a must if you want to stay in Nagoya. Amazing breakfast and dinner. In general was an unforgettable experience, no downside.

The hotel is very clean and looks very smart. Staff are very good and presentable. The room is very small with two elevators needed to access room. If we were traveling lighter, we would stay again.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 14h30, mais il n'était pas possible de nous attribuer une chambre et de nous remettre les cartes d'accès à ce moment-là. Parmi les hôtels quatre étoiles visités lors de notre séjour, celui-ci est le seul à ne pas offrir cette flexibilité d'allocation anticipée. L'accueil a aimablement conservé nos bagages en attendant, ce qui était pratique, mais aucune assistance n'a été offerte pour les transporter jusqu'à la chambre – un service souvent disponible dans d'autres hôtels au Japon. L'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons jetables, contrairement à ce qui est courant dans certains établissements pour l'hygiène et le confort. Les cartes de chambre sont de couleur blanche et noire, sans explication fournie lors de l'enregistrement.

- alberob587 (8/5): Lovely Hotel With Onsen - Stayed in a Superior King Room on a high floor, . Although the room was rather compact, it was still comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful. The location was good and quiet, though it was somewhat confusing to find the hotel through the underground passages, especially when arriving from the Shinkansen station. Though once figured out the way, it became quite convenient. Also convenient for local tour pick-ups near Nagoya Station. A lot of restaurants, shopping malls nearby. The onsen was pretty good. Tried the restaurant for dinner. Set menus were great, the food was delicious, and the view was lovely. Happy hour was great value. Overall, it was a happy stay :)

- Hanson (8/5): Quiet but also convenience included. - There are 2 convenient stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) right next to the building that have a variety of items to choose from. Also it's not too far from the Nagoya station. Since the rooms are located from 19/F and above the sound proof is pretty good. The onsen spot is just a simply bigger than usual bathtub like, with 1 spot available for relaxation. It is also located from 18/F onwards so you would have to wait for escalator every time to go to the hotel, then another one for your rooms.

- Griselda (8/5): Returning place for Nagoya - Location was great. Direct link to Nagoya station access, fully sheltered and very convenient. Within easy walk to restaurants, convenience stores and shopping areas. Room was well appointed for a comfortable stay, considered spacious with king sized bed. There’s a coffee machine in the room. Lighting in the room is a little dim. Otherwise all good.
