La chambrea été refaire une fois pendant notre séjour. Et cela pour nos 2 chambres réservées. Les lits de taille queen. Cela est selon le personnel indiqué sur le site au moment de la réservation, mais sincèrement cela manque de vrais avertissements. DOnc être 2 par chambre a été compliqué.

Brezovar (8/5): Overall great! We'd stay here again for the convenient location. - Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Service was very slow in the cafe (ECDC). Only ordered coffees and espresso drinks all weekend, and at one point we waited about 30 minutes till drinks came out. Pizza was delicious from the restaurant.

There was a homeless young man in the parking elevator lobby one night.

Took a bit to figure that out but otherwise it’s in a nice area that has a lot of walkable options for dining and shopping and staff was very nice.

Barb (8/5): Good but… - We were booked into a room on the second floor and the room AC unit was so loud that I didn’t sleep at all. Mention this to the manager and within a few hours we were moved to another room which was wonderful. The decor in the public spaces was what a Hilton would be like (see pics). There was. BLM and Rainbow flag in the lounge but no American flag. In a time where we should be united I would think Hilton would rethink their choices

LoveLBK2019 (6/5): Spendy and not glamorous - This was an anniversary trip. The accommodations were acceptable. Know that downtown Eau Claire is quiet and vacant like many downtown areas, post-pamdemic. For the upper tier price, no breakfast exists. Our suite had a kitchenette with dishes, but no silverware. Room was clean and a large bathroom. Overall the stay felt devoid of amenities that justify the nearly $300 price tag.

Mandy (8/5): Regular room, nice people at the desk. - Location downtown was interesting and great for a morning bike ride. We had a fire alarm go off at 2am. No one acknowledged it later, plus I suggested to the person at the desk that he go outside and tell people they could return to their rooms. Conclusion was that night staff may have been trained in fire department protocols but not in relation to customers.

westtaco (8/5): GREAT CHOICE FOR DOWNTOWN - The Lismore was a great place to stay. It was a short walk to everything in the downtown. We stayed in room 807..the only room with floor to ceiling windows for both bedrooms! The view was SPECTACULAR! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped with towels and sundries. My one and only issue was the cleanliness of the living room. The floor, couch cushions and chair had some obvious stains. We didn’t use this area. The kitchen was a great benefit as we had leftovers from local restaurants. I would recommend it.

Hotel has done a nice job of concentrating on guest experience, needs to get the city to do as good a job with the attached parking, especially as it's an extra cost. Rooms are functional, hotel layout is works well and the rooftop bar is a nice touch.

However it’s primarily vegan which we are not. The spices and sauces on the food were intense and foreign to us and thus we really didn’t like the dinners we ate. The wait staff was great. Probably a one time deal for us.

Helped me out was all about service and was all around welcoming! When I came back to Hotel around 12:40 the night clerk was condescending when I didn’t quite get how to open the night door. When I went down later to ask if he had a spoon first while he was on the computer and ignored me for a while so I didn’t say anything and then he looked at me, stood and looked at me like what do you want didn’t say anything I said do you have a spoon and he said yeah and handed it to me and I said what’s your name he answered-I didn’t understand him. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. I am sure when it opened, it was a boutique hotel, but not a lot has been done since, especially in the rooms. However, the lobby was nice and up-to-date. Spend some money on updating the rooms

When I got to the hotel they inflated my price and I was charged $542.62. I have proof of both totals and when I tried to get help at the Lismore to correct the problem they told me it wasn't their issue and I needed to work with Travelocity to get my money back. They didn't offer to help and just charged me what they wanted.

There was quite a bit of dust on the walls, the pillows were entirely too soft making my neck pretty sore in the morning and the bed was too hard and had a dip in it like it had some springs broken (or something causing the same effect) The fact that they charge $7 for parking for one night stay when there’s only a parking ramp that I could see was available for parking, unless you are willing to walk and take up street parking space and the parking ramp entrance and exit are quite tight, so don’t try it in a bigger vehicle unless your really good at those tight curves. And if you want high speed internet for streaming, it’ll cost you $5. I think I heard them say something about $50 for something…I’m guessing it’s refundable if you don’t leave the room a mess because there was not a $50 charge on my final bill. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but there was a couple spots in the shower that definitely needed scrubbed in corners (nothing where you actually stand when you’re taking a shower) Checking out on an app and being able to use a phone to be able to unlock your door in the event you forget the key card is fantastic. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast.
Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Eau Claire Hotel - Beautiful hotel and room. Friendly staff. Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and college visits. Parking is next door in city parking garage (6'10" vehicle height limit and EV charging spots). Parking was free for us (hotel recorded license plate number). I would stay here again.

Schumacher (5/5): Great location but terribly average. - Sierra was really helpful and professional. ✔️ in was easy. Great location. If I pay 200 bucks for a room I should not need to pay $7 to park. Coffee? No coffee in the morning? Breakfast? Bed was like sleeping on a futon. Furniture especially couch uncomfortable could not sit on it comfortably. Frankly, room was dated.

karenpS8245NP (6/5): Terrible parking ramp. - This was a very nice hotel with a number of amenities but the parking ramp attached to it sucks. The exit ramp is very narrow and my husband scraped the side of his truck. Not good. And a $7 fee is charged to your room to use the ramp. This accident was a very unfortunate situation.

NorthernLez (10/5): Great Service, Very Nice Hotel - We had a great weekend at the Lismore for a family wedding. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for a wedding. The bar, restaurant, and coffee shop all were excellent. Great pizza and drinks!

ginaff (10/5): Heidi ROCKS!!! - We were in town as our son/DIL were delivering our first grandchild. We had an awful experience trying to make a reservation using the call center. When we arrived and had no reservation, Heidi took care of us!! She was absolutely amazing. The next day when we came back, she asked to see pictures! When we checked out, our cleaning gal asked how our stay was (which was super nice) and we shared with her our experience with Heidi. She said Heidi gives the best hugs.....when she has a bad day, Heidi is there for her always!! The restaurant has great food!

kpK5938YO (8/5): 6'8 limit on the parking garage - This place is very cool and modern inside. The staff is very Fri and they have 2 bars. The "dive" even has an igloo you can reserve as you have your drinks. And their staff ID attentive. We got a corner room that had windows all around & had black light curtains. The tv was huge and in an arm so we could watch in bed or the sofa. The room and bathroom were clean. Lots of counter top space between the desk, table and counter. It did have a fridge but no microwave. The parking garage is 6'8 limit but they do have a limited "alley " parking. No street parking in front.
