- Kevin (10/5): Fantastic staff and great location - Great staff, clean spacious room, a lounge space to hang out in the afternoons and evenings, room was quiet and the hotel location within the Kyobashi area. We arrived a few hours before our check-in time, so the staff confirmed our reservation and held on to our luggage so we could go out and explore the area. We returned later in the evening to complete our check-in and found out they took our luggage up to our room for us. This was a pleasant surprise. Nothing.

La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle et le petit déjeuner n’était pas exceptionnel mais était tout à fait correct. Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant. Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas.

- Andrew (9/5): A very confortable hotel room and hotel in great location near Tokyo Station and shopping worth returning to again and a - Perfect location just 3 blocks from Tokyo Station, very good room, two comfortable beds with room to move around, spacious even for a "Standard Twin" room, spacious bathroom too, good desk space, large tv; very good multi choice buffet breakfast in the 2d floor lounge which you can relax in any time; laundry machines available in the building too. Very pleasant and accommodating staff too. Tiny closet. Expensive - but worth it compared to other rooms in hotel chains we have stayed at.

- Michelle (9/5): Good hotel but disappointed with the airport transfer which should be provided as stated. - Like about the hotel staff, location and service At the point of booking, I saw we hv the free transfer from airport to hotel, however after the confirmation, information was not correct, we still need to pay. When I emailed to clarify, email replied expected md to call to share which is not convenient for us to call overseas no…and end up issue unsolved…I was v disappointed with this…otherwise all should be good
