• Délali (9/5): Beau coin pour une séjour en famille. - L’emplacement permet d’aller au vieux port en 20 min de marche. L’appartement était super avec des terrasses de tout coté pour se poser le soir. La piscine est géniale et le petit-déjeuner est vraiment copieux. Je recommande pour un passage à Chania.

• Marie (9/5): - L’emplacement est calme mais un peu loin du centre à pied. Très bon accueil du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et servi sur la terrasse en extérieur. La chambre est spacieuse, propre. Un peu de bruit faite d’isolation. (bruit provenant de la chambre d’à côté)

Location is great just outside Chania centre, close to amenities/restaurants etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed and such a big space for the price, excellent value for money! Nitpicking really, but housekeeping kept coming in and tidying the room/changing towels etc even though the do not disturb sign was on the door, and on one occasion threw some clothes of mine that I’d hung onto my dirty washing pile! Feels a bit wasteful to be getting fresh towels every couple of days in 2026!

L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à seulement 15 minutes du centre. Notre chambre/appartement était spacieux, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec de très bons conseils, et tout le personnel est aux petits soins. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour se détendre et se reposer. • Mateusz (10/5): - Fantastic, clean and strategically located hotel. 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach, with everything you might need nearby. Supermarket restaurants, coffee shops. Very beautifully maintained and decorated, cleaned daily, with a bar next to the lovely pool. Breakfast was also great and the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends. Absolutely nothing. Our family had a great time here.

• Chloé (8/5): Séjour détendant et agréable en famille. - La localisation, proche du centre ancien et en même temps à l’écart du bruit dans un joli quartier résidentiel; le joli jardin de l’hôtel et notre appartement, spacieux et très propre; la gentillesse du personnel; la piscine, hyper agréable. Tout était très bien. Il est seulement un peu dommage que les balcons ne soient pas vraiment séparés de ceux des voisins (juste une margelle très basse entre les deux), ce qui empêche de vraiment profiter des terrasses pour les repas ou l’apéro, à moins de se débrouiller pour ne pas manger aux mêmes heures que les voisins ! (Sinon, tout était vraiment super. )

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, so dass wir un - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer hatte eine kleine Kochnische, so dass man sich sogar selbst hätte verpflegen können. Die Betten waren super bequem, alles war sauber, was will man mehr.

Every aspect of the hotel was simply first class.The hotel staff were very engaging, considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Immaculate inside and out. Conveniently located next door to a supermarket. Our stay at Creta Elena was thoroughly delightful. Nothing for us to dislike. Exceptional throughout.
• Olga (10/5): - Es war alles super. Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag sehr ordentlich sauber gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenso sehr gut. Die Altstadt erreicht man fußläufig, den Strand genau so. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Im Bad fehlen ein paar Hacken und Ablagemöglichkeit.

• Ian (10/5): Over all, a great holiday in a quality hotel and Chania old town / harbour is beautiful. - Having stayed at many Greek hotels and apartments over the last twenty odd years, Creta Elena was pretty near to the top of the list for quality of hotels. I am aware that I have given this hotel very high scores, but it really was up there. Busy area traffic wise, but laying by the pool or in your room, you wouldn't know how busy it was out the front of the hotel. Super market next door great for convenience, a couple of coffee/bars close by and restaurants. The walk into the old town / harbour, is a twenty minute stroll, you make it five minutes quicker if you were in a rush. Quality hotel and staff. There really wasn't much to dislike, possibly parking a hire car could be a issue, depending on the time of day. Not recommended taking the car into town, as it has the same parking problems.
• Lisa (10/5): lovely stay in Chania - everything was perfect, the room was big enough with all the amenities that we could need, the swimming pool was lovely. the staff was helpful(they helped us book a day trip and the cab to the airport) and gave us suggestions about where to go, always smiling and super nice to us from the start till the end of our stay. the breakfast was divine, so many options!!! honestly, can thank them enough the location was perfect, in between the old town and the sea.

Sehr bequeme Betten lautes Hundegebell die ganze Zeit, auch nachts (ok, das Hotel hat daran keine Schuld, genervt hat es trotzdem) Im Bad keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen zu lagern, Waschbeutel etc konnten nur auf dem Boden stehen, kaum Haken für Handtücher etc.

Des restaurants autour Prise en charge un peu longue car personne à la réception. Toutefois le personnel était présent pour répondre à nos questions. Nous pensions être un peu plus près de la vieille ville mais ça reste raisonnable (une quinzaine de minutes à pieds).

• Philippe (7/5): Bon séjour, mais nous n’y retournerons pas. - Havre de paix dans la ville à cause du jardin verdoyant et de la piscine; appartement très confortable MAIS… …le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Peut être était ce lié à notre unité (#101)…le personnel prévenu nous ont dit qu’un technicien avait été contacté….je ne sais pas; mais en ce qui me concerne, en 2025, un établissement (et encore plus à ce prix), qui n’a pas une connexion Wifi correcte est inadmissible et pas recommandable. Pour dire les choses autrement, si on l’avait su, on ne serait pas venu. À vous de voir maintenant, vous êtes prévenus.

Everything is kept very clean. The pool was nice & warm. The hotel is very nicely located just by a supermarket and a nice local restaurant. The garden is kept very nice & tidy. The shower by the pool was cold which is not very pleasant. The WiFi dropped quite a lot in an apartment.

The pool was a good size and nice and cool on the hot days. The room was very clean and it was great to have a small kitchen. We were very close to supermarket, restaurants, bakery and good fruit shops. We were a,so near to the. It’s beach which was very clean on the day we swam there. Nothing could be better.
