- Cecilia (3/5): The bed was fine but the rest of the room felt dirty. - The beds were clean and comfortable. The towels were also nice and clean. The stations we could get on the television were fine but too few channels from which to choose. The bathroom floor was dirty. No coffee machine. No alarm clock to set an alarm. No ice bucket or anything in which to put ice. Only one trash basket. No free breakfast. These are all items that are only standard for a motel room and not an expensive one at that. I am sorry but I will not be returning to your motel when I return to Cleveland in 2 months. Very disappointed.

- Jonathan (2/5): The M Stands for Meh, Apparently. - The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were stained. When booking, there were amenities stated to be in EVERY room, such as coffee machine and kitchenette to prepare simple meals. However, upon check-in you're greeted with a sign that states cooking of any sort will result in immediate forfeiture of your stay with no refund. Along with a ridiculous fire-alarm policy, where if the alarm in your room goes off for ANY reason you will be banned, forfeit the rest of your stay, and given no refund. So, if THEIR wiring happens to catch fire in a GUESTS room, that guest would be banned, made to leave, and be out the money for their stay despite the fault lying with the hotel.
Then, the fact that they list "Free Wifi Available" as an amenity is technically true. They have wifi the same way McDonald's has potatoes. Technically true, but one french fry does not a whole potato make. Between that and the complete lack of comfortable seating thanks to a broken desk chair, most of my waking hours were spent in my car so I could actually have service to get better cell service/reception so I could actually USE my devices.
- Carrie (7/5): Great price but limited privacy. Great staff! - Friendly and helpful staff, great price, and they had two rooms near one another The rude guest who caused us not to be able to use one of our rooms due to his lack of boundaries and inappropriate behavior.
Also, the walls are quite thin and I could hear every single person on the floor talk.
- iden (10/5): - For the money, you can't beat this place. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was awesome There was nothing I didn't like about it
- Gary (10/5): -
- Melissa (8/5): - Staff was friendly and helped answer a few questions I had! It was quiet and cozy!

- Courtney (1/5): Pay a little extra and stay at a normal hotel. Don’t waste your time please!! Especially NOT good for children. - That it was in North Canton Everything. The front desk clerk was MIA for a couple hours and several of us couldn’t check in; there was a fight between a young female/male couple and the cops arrived; no smoking is displayed everywhere, yet when you walk in it reeked of pot; “guests” actually live there; it was super sketchy especially for North Canton. A young lady trying to check in ended up calling the police because she thought the clerk may have walked out or possibly OD’d (that’s the type of vibe it gave).

- Unger (1/5): Not please definitely not worth the $54 - Nothing at all!! Tv didn’t work, remote had tape holding together the broken front and back of the remote. It stunk very badly and had black specs in black pubic hair all over the bed linen
- Thomas (5/5): Not going back - A microwave was all you got. No cooking aloud. People smoking right next to the window witch came right in. And the loud mouth girls that made the stay bad. Not to mention the stuff they spilled outside made me sick. They made it a no go for me.
- Lauren (1/5): - nothing. it was gross , staff was rude , and the whole place smelled

- Lateef (6/5): - Though I got there late, but she helped out on the phone to give access to my room
- Scotty (2/5): - Room was not ready. They called me at 5 asking when I would be there because the room was filthy. I get to the hotel at 8 and I’m tired but the room wasn’t ready. Had to wait another hour. So I finally got checked in after 9.
- Annette (7/5): -
- D (6/5): - Challenging to get a hold of front desk or any employees. Front desk only open from 10 am to early evening.
- Reinkemeyer (5/5): It was ok - Pricing and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly.. it's giving it a 5.0 rating and wouldn't let me change it. Not sure if the are more for people staying long term.bathroom sink was a kitchen sink. And some activities going on outside not the greatest.. room was clean but very out dated. And person working counter was carrying a gun. Made me uncomfortable. If you have kids I wouldn't stay here
- Yalanda (10/5): - The staff are really nice
- Steven (6/5): - Met the moment. Some other reviews concerned me but I found it just fine for the quick crash pad I needed on the road. Clean and comfortable where it counted; slept great. Shower temp would I only get to lukewarm, however.
- Yalanda (10/5): - Great customer service! Very friendly and they made it feel like home
- Timothy (10/5): -
- Ashley (8/5): Was ok - No breakfast small bathrooms beds comfortable it’s good for the price gho
- Ileana (7/5): -
- Wayne (10/5): - Good basic sleeping accomodations. No amenities
- STACI (4/5): - The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant helpful. He was quick and efficient. That was probably all that was good about this property. The odor down the hall was terrible. Definitely cigarettes and an old dirty smell. The AC was turned on so when we walked in, it was nice and cold. However, the temperature gage or fan speed did not work. The shower water also was not hot, just luke warm. The price is basically what you pay for.
- Jimmy Mccoy (5/5): - Close to restaurants, shopping and more Not the cleanest place, bad odor as soon as you walk in the lobby, rented 2 rooms I believe it was rooms 102 and 212, room 102 Had the worst smell it was almost unbearable, room 212 wasn't to bad,the whole place definitely needs some renovations. Overall not to bad I guess for the price.
- Aaron (2/5): - Front desk guy was very nice and easy to talk to. The rooms are horribly outdated from the 80s it would be safe to say especially the shower. Felt like I was walking into an apartment complex. People were smoking weed outside right by my AC and it was being sucked into my room. Cheap price for a reason, limited hours at the front desk but kind staff
- Daniel (5/5): - Low cost Hole in the wall and spray foam about the ac unit.
- Lee (2/5): - We chose not to even stay because of the external conditions of the hotel.
- Thomas (8/5): - Staff was very polite and easy to deal with. Property is very outdated. Carpet is VERY dirty (socks will be black in about an hour). But.... if you need a cheap place to sleep while in town, this is a acceptable choice. The area is very nice, and I never felt unsafe. Just an old hotel that is in desperate need of some attention.
- Wendie (8/5): Ok - Staff was friendly. Room was dated but good for price.
- Frank (5/5): -
- Leon (8/5): -
- Lynne (10/5): Slept wonderfully! - Slept awesome!
Clean safe and comfortable. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was awesome and would definitely stay there again.
- Barrino (6/5): - Price Aged and unclean base boards, trimming, seals and under lips and edges.
- Matthew (10/5): - Great experience for a very affordable price. Man at the front desk was great and accommodated our late check in.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Got stuck in bathroom door wouldn't open up eventually able to get out.
- ROBERT (2/5): - The smell was horrible pillow casing dirty bathroom dirty
3 nights no refrigerator plus 200 bucks i got jipped the service was trash.
- David (6/5): - It was a place to sleep and shower. Nothing more or less.
- amanda (6/5): - Very old outdated property, mold on the shower curtain , missing tiles around the tub and rust, was put in a handicap room that I did not request , the shower head was so short my husband had to bend down to wash his hair , overall wasn’t a horrible stay but would not stay again also nobody is at the desk you have to call to get any help and would have like outside seating area of some sort for people that smoke or vape
- Anthony (6/5): - AC was loud
- Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for - There were decent beds to sleep on and the air conditioning worked. The sink would have warm water but the shower in our room never did. When talking to locals we were there to meet up with all I had to note was that it was a sketchy hotel and they could immediately guess which one. They noted full-time residents that would be homeless otherwise and a history of sketchy things. There was a sheriff across the street once and then in the parking lot when I was going to leave but I didn’t witness anything specific.
I believe it’s only the manager doing all the work there and it would be fine if I wasn’t worried he was somehow going to shoot himself in the thigh the way he had his gun hanging on his pants.
- Pamela (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything. We ended up walking I the out and finding another place to stay.it was dirty and unsafe. The window wouldn't stay closed and didn't have a screen.the parking lot had drug activity going on in it. I asked for another room and they said to get ahold of Bookings.com. I want a refund.
- P (8/5): Very good -
- Kristen (10/5): - great value for the a great night stay
- Kurek (10/5): Loved it got the best night of sleep that so long needed -
- Marisa (2/5): - The whole place stunk like rotting food. The bathroom was missing tiles and was dirty. The parking lot was full of cars that had windows smashed out or body damage to the cars. The curtains didn’t open in the room and we’re almost here so the lights from the business Next Door shown in all night the bed was very uncomfortable
- Kimberly (10/5): - Everything was good
- Aliyah (5/5): Passable -
- Isaiah (4/5): - Didnt meet my expectations. The toilet didn’t work, there was bugs.
- Brandon (10/5): - Nice
- Jp (1/5): I didn't stay cuz it's run down dirty and discusting - The rooms and this property are discusting and not what it is their add, I had them show me roon first it smelled, not clean nothing like pictures so I didn't stay, the guy even told me it's homeless and drug addicts and didn't blame me for not staying It was gross bed was old dirty blankets it was so bad I didn't take a room
- AleaLandacre (8/5): Not a bad experience - Other than desk being manned regularly for an extended stay hotel wasn't a terrible experience and would go again if needed. Booking rooms was kinda complicated but staff were pleasant and tried to help as they could with trying to accommodate.
- Terrence (3/5): Poor - The manager/owner? was very nice. He was welcoming and had a good sense of humor, approachable. The location was nice. Close to what my son and I wanted to do while we were at that location. The water doesn't get hot at times. The towels and wash clothes were never changed out, or at least offered; they had stains on them. No clock in the room. The room didn't smell clean. The shower curtain had mildew on the bottom of it. The outlets in the room didn't work fully. The bottom portion worked but the tops on every outlet didn't work. The room itself was outdated. Bathroom was half attempted to be modernized. It was, as a whole, an uncomfortable environment. We only stayed a couple nights and didn't spend much time in the room so we made it work. Also, a huge deal, there was no coffee pot like most hotels have. That was a HUGE negative.
- Deborah (4/5): No coffee pot - Location ok no coffee pot nothing to do No coffee.pot
- Mcdowell (3/5): Poor -
- Lori (8/5): I would go back again. - Location great No staff at front desk
- Jillian (8/5): Was a great experience, and very quiet. - I enjoyed every aspect of my visit there. Would definitely return. Nothing.
- Larry (7/5): Good -
- Lori (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenn (10/5): - Hreat
- Martin (10/5): Good cheap sleep - The best thing about the hotel was Mike. Mike was the check in person. The place had a crappy parking lot big the place is clean and comfortable.
- Derek (5/5): Passable -
- Landaw (5/5): Passable - Price was cheap No hot water. Stains on walls floor and ceiling. Door key stopped working hours before checkout. No one at front desk, had to call on phone to get checked in or for any other reason. Management carried open firearm, for what reason?? Price was good and it was not filthy.
- Louissaint (9/5): Superb -
- Jarret (9/5): Superb -
- Betty (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (1/5): Horrible I will be contacting someone - Nothing at all The guy that checked us in at the front desk was high as a kite and a pistol on his side not even in a holster. He was in a room with a guy when I called the front desk. Not safe at all.
- Jenn (10/5): - Great
- Tammy (10/5): Bugs - We've stayed here before and it was ok, but this time there were cockroaches
- Eric (6/5): - Clientele was a bit shady. It was only $50 a night so it met expectations. Id stay again. I would not have my wife or any female stay there. Was awaked around 5:30 am on 12/7 with a guy yelling at a female where the f u been all night. Guy on staff was nice.
- Kester (1/5): Freezing - Somewhat quiet We stay here a lot, we were in a room that had NO heat or hot water.
We told them, they said it was fine and were put in the same room the next night. NOPE! It wasn't fixed. We were so cold and they don't have warm blankets!
- Ashley (10/5): - Great service great staff great prices as usual👍👍
- Ashley (10/5): - Simple quiet perfect if you don’t wanna spend a lot and just need a place to lay your head for the night and dont need all the extra bell&whistles in a convenient safe location guy at fest is very quick and efficient while being understanding and friendly check in was a breeze and stay was amazing as always thank you 😁
- Scott (7/5): Good -
- Keen (9/5): Superb - Everything was good. overall the room is clean and excellent you don't hear the next door Just the hallway smells little bit not good, but it's oky
- Jeffrey (2/5): - Do not go here. I put my bags in the bathtub overnight. A warning from the fire department was required to be posted in the lobby. Furniture was carved by prior persons. Rust on radiators and water stains on ceiling. I assume that *friendly* persons related to the owners are posting perfect ten ratings and expedia is doing nothing to check the situation out.
- Kester (10/5): Ridiculous - Had a reservation and when I got there NO ONE was at the front desk, called the number posted and it went straight to a voice mail
I'm not happy about that, I seriously want a refund!
When I stay there no one is ever there.
The drop box for keys is ridiculous, when you drop your key it falls out through the bottom
😡😡😡
If someone can contact me that would be great
