• Tierney (9/5): - I feel for as expensive as the rooms are, there should have been a complementary breakfast served. Not just cereal for kids. That there was no breakfast. Rooms are expensive and then you have to go spend another $45 for your family to eat breakfast somewhere. I just feel when you spend over $300 on a room for one night there should be a complementary breakfast served

• Allison (10/5): Great stay! - Probably the nicest Candlewood Suites I have stayed in. The room was huge and the bathroom was very large as well. The lobby was very nice with lots of space. The only negative is that the walls are thin. Might have been that my room was an ajoining room.

• Julie (8/5): - The hotel and suite were great. We loved the room. However, the employee at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all. When we approached the front desk, the first thing he said, instead of welcoming us, was, "you do know there is a $75 pet fee". We had our 8 pound shipoo with us. Most hotels won't even charge for him because he is a tiny non-shedding dog and especially because we were only staying overnight. But fine. It was the tone and the first thing out of his mouth. Second thing he said, was, "this IS an extended stay hotel, so we don't serve breakfast". The tone was like "so why are you here?" Or that we were somehow there for a free breakfast. I am a long term IHG traveler and have never before been met with this type of welcome.

• Jessica (10/5): Usually I drive right through NB, this time I had to stop, glad I found this hotel - The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, bright, extremely clean. There were so many things available to the guests like the Lending Locker, grocery room, good coffee with the liquid creamers in morning; not the cheap powder creamer. The room was huge and exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was large, good water pressure. I was so surprised to see dishes, utensils, cookery and a full size fridge, plus stove top in the mini kitchen. The weight room was just what I needed, good equipment, free weights, benches and mats available. The pool room was nice and also the laundry room! The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Nearby there is every store you could think of if you want to shop. I would consider returning for a quick getaway. I didn’t notice a jacuzzi. The room smelled a little stuffy/stale upon entry, the A/C wasn’t on and there was heat wave that day. Once the A/C got going I didn’t notice it anymore.

• Kate (10/5): Highly recommend! Clean and nice stay! - This hotel is really nice and clean! The beds were comfy and they have super nice kitchens in the room! There was a full fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, stove top, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher! The rooms are very spacious! We had 2 connecting queens and it was perfect for our family! The shower had great water pressure too! I didn't get to use the gym this time, but it looked really nice. The pool was a blast and perfect for little kids as it went from 3 feet to 4 1/2 ft. Smaller than some we have seen in hotels, but we didn't mind as it was good for keeping a closer eye on littles. Definitely recommend!! Be aware that they do no have a complementary breakfast. I didn't realize this until our last stop before arriving so we ended up picking up a couple of quick and easy items, but I wish I had realized before. It does clearly state they don't offer breakfast, but I somehow missed it with trying to line up all of our hotels for a cross country trip. No fault of theirs since it is clear they don't offer breakfast, so I'm not taking any stars off for it, but just wanted to mention it for prospective guests, just so they are aware beforehand and plan accordingly.

However, the couch, recliner, and chairs were unbelievably uncomfortable to sit in. So my suggestion is to maybe test them out before purchasing for the entire hotel. I can't be the only one complaining about this.
