Ostojic (8/5): Bien belle emplacement et propre - L’emplacement Les équipements sont très vieux pour la cuisine, cuisinette mini frigo assez basic. Si la chambre est face a la rue hyper bruyant on entends les gens parler dans la rue. Insonorisation très médiocre, on entendait les gens parler dans l’autre chambre à côté!

The kitchenette cabinet drawers were run down and the tub didn't drain properly the pool was very nice and staff very friendly

I stayed at the Premier Oceanfront double queen bed in building E. Room was clean, comfortable and so relaxing. Restaurants and shopping are well within walking distance and the staff was pleasant and answered all of my questions. Cannot wait to stay there again!

Angel (8/5): - I loved the view and the hot tub was amazing! Easy access to all amenities. Very friendly staff Our room had a hole in screen door and next to bed smelled of mildew/mold horribly.
Wendy (8/5): - We stayed in a renovated room with nice wooden high ceiling. For a motel, not bad, expect noise from railroad nearby as every motel here does, shower could use upgraded pressure balance so you don’t get hit with hot/cold shot when someone turns water on. Bed is great, slept very well. For one overnight, this was an ideal place with comfort and good price.
Sandra (2/5): - Was not impressed. Afraid to take a shower for fear the shower door would fall off. Patched wall that looked bad. No place to sit down inside other that the beds. Brought table and chairs from the patio into the room to use then had to move them back out to be able to move around. Place was just old and needed alot of work.

Shannon (10/5): We took this trip to Maine for a much needed getaway and we were not disappointed! - The staff were super friendly and informative. The room was very clean as well as the property including the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the beach was exactly what we had hoped for. Definitely will book next trip with them! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. It was perfect!
Jen (5/5): Good location, room was not what we booked - Location to beach, pool, jacuzzi I booked ocean front room with 2 queen beds on top floor. Ended up with partial view, 2 full size beds on 1st floor. Happened before so not booking again.

Samantha (3/5): Not worth the beach. - Its directly on the ocean. Buildings are like a puzzle separated by awful parking that isn't enough and certainly not for disabled people. Even the luggage carrier was broken.

MICHELLE (10/5): - First time staying here. Absolutely loved it! Very beachy rustic vibes. Staff was amazing! My daughter left her dress hanging in the closet. I called and they shipped it out that day. Got it 2 days later. Definitely will be back!

mark (8/5): - The hotel was clean but a little outdated. The staff was friendly, and they have onsite parking. The resort is on the waterfront so great beach access. It is also close enough and far enough away from the downtown area, about a 10 min walk.
Mary (10/5): - I stayed in what they call a ‘relaxation room’. It has 2 king beds. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER, in a hotel. It also has a massage recliner chair. The resort was literally on the beach with a pool and hot tub there as well. It was six of us friends that stayed there with 2 rooms. We had rooms two apart. There is a little kitchenette with a small but deep fridge that holds more than you would think and a 2 burner stove top. Microwave was available upon request, they literally had it to the room before I walked back over from the lobby. We were walking distance from all the activity. There is an amusement park just minutes away walking and the pier is right next to that with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Great resort and location. All the staff was pleasant and friendly. I’d give it 6+ stars!

Marsha (8/5): - We had a very nice stay. The resort is clean and our room was comfortable. We liked that we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The one area that was troublesome was the WiFi- we were trying to work remotely and the WiFi was extremely unreliable. It was frustrating.

Madison (7/5): Decent place - Very close to the beach and short walk to the pier. The room had a little kitchenette area too. The train was a bit louder than expected and multiple trips during the night. Beds could use updating. The people above us walked around constantly stomping from 11pm-6am and opening and closing the sliding door and shower door. You hear it all.

The room was exactly what we nee - Being so close to the beach was great and we could easily walk down to the other attractions The parking is annoying. I wish they maybe had assigned parking for each room. It was not always easy to find a parking spot let alone find one near your room.
Jeffrey (10/5): Great stay and very satisfied with accommodations - Our stay was great and room was clean, quaint,and for the most part quiet. very close to the beach The waves were awesome ,hurricane Erin down south had something to do with this!! I would recommend this to other family members. If we go back to OOB we would stay there again.
