• Sadie (2/5): Not as advertised - Room was listed as two queen beds with accommodations for up to 5 people. Room actually had two full beds and no cot or pull out for a fifth person. Staff was not helpful.

• Denise (1/5): Will never recommend this place neither come back in there. - Nothing The website was giving wrong information. We thought that pet fee was $10 and when we got there (at this time the room was already paid online) I was told it'll be $35 for the night and it was just changed 2 weeks ago. The room was old poor soundproof insulation. There was a kitchen but not a single pans or pot cutlery neither utensils to use for cooking. The tv has very few channels to choose from. The air conditioner/ heater was so loud that kept us up almost all night. And for the price of it atleast a decent breakfast will be nice.

• Laura (6/5): Nothing fancy but definitely adequate for a short stay. - Fairly clean and up-kept. Location was good; quiet but near a lot of amenities. Lighting in the parking lot was good. Beds were comfy! Bathroom clean and spacious with shelving. Cute sign for do not disturb. Bathroom fan didn’t work, TV didn’t work (didn’t really need to watch much but still), no USB ports just 3-prong outlets, even though the adjoining room had an adapter in the night stand with multiple different ports. The room had some obvious trash/debris that was missed in cleaning, key-cards kept not working. Have to rent equipment for kitchenette aside from a toaster and little coffee maker.

• Cameron (9/5): Great clean room with a kitchenette and firm mattress. - The price was better than the Holiday Inn right next door, which was surprising since every room has a full size fridge as well as a cooktop! The staff was friendly and helpful, making this stay pretty easy. The bed wasn't very comfortable to me, but if you prefer a firm mattress, you're in luck. The elevator probably needs to be serviced since it makes a lot of loud sounds (mostly motor hum) the closer you get to the top floor.

Honestly, this was the worst experience ever, especially when we had been on the road for 4 hours, having to wait for the room to be able to relax after our drive.

Traveling with a special need eater, the little kitchen is always a great help to us to make our own food. The late afternoon desk person need to learn some people skills she was a unpleasant person. The location was not the best for our trip. The shower was weaker then we like and no bathroom fan. Our smoke detector started beeping about 2 am but the staff member came up and took care of it right after I called the desk.

Somente copos e pratos de papel e talheres de plástico. Tivemos que comprar panela, utensílios, sal e pimenta. O exaustor sobre o fogão não funcionava, e o forno microondas não existia... até que um rapaz recepção nos atendeu, no 3° dia. As 3 moças recepcionistas anteriores foram muito frias no tratamento, insistindo na afirmativa que tudo estava funcionando. O conceito atrelado ao nome "My Place" não foi atendido como foi em Moab.

• freeman (10/5): - Our room was increadible value for the money. It was a comfortable room with an included kitchen, complete with a countertop stove and a full sized refrigerator. They also have rates for weekly/monthly stays. The location was a short drive from both downtown Salt Lake City and the Great Salt Lake. There is also a tram within walking distance for public transport.

Breakfast of fruit and muffins would be a nice touch. Cmfortable and clean rooms and beds. Kitchens in each room but nothing to cook with or eat on. Will stay again. This is my 2nd stay in 2 years Waiting for coffee to be brewed each morning in lobby, tv not very large, near electric generating equipment and im sensitive so it feels a bit "anxious" here to me.

• Marco (3/5): It's not worth staying here unless you have a pet. - The best thing about this hotel is that they accept pets. It's probably the only good thing about it. They had the heater on so high I had to use the air conditioning. I stayed in November it was 56° outside during the day and around 36° at night. That made the hotel extremely uncomfortable. The stove top is nice. But, some one cooked fish and made the entire hotel stink for hours. I had to open the window. My clothes even had a faint sent of it. That was super disgusting. This hotel lacks in amenities, no gym, no pool, no breakfast. The prices are high compared to other hotels right next door that have amenities. But, they accept pets. I would never return if it wasn't for that reason. Even then, they charge $44 a night for pet fee. And they do not have a pet area. I had to walk my dog across the street to the park and ride.
