- Roman (1/5): terrible location, very filthy, incompetent staff - The Hotel is at a bad location. It can't be accessed via foot since the lobby is on the fourth floor. The only access is through the carpark. There are no signs everywhere we got lost in the carpark for 10 minutes and just started going to random levels. Eventually we found the lobby on the 4th floor by trial and error. I's not a hotel, its more of a holiday apartment. It's just apartments in an apartment complex. The AC didn't work in the living room. Everything was dirty. The Bed yellow stains on the pillow and the bedsheets were filty. I requested a new bed and the sheet was torn apart at the top and also dirty. They literally don't have clean beds and towels, even if you ask them. The Bathroom walls were filthy and the view is not that great considering you can only open a tiny window to look out. Not worth it consindering the location. I tried to cancel my second night but noone on booking.com or the hotel answered the request. THe Hotel denied everything and all booking.com could give me was a courtesy voucher.
- Tomasz (3/5): To miejsce to nieporozumienie - Cieszę się, że mieliśmy nocleg po tym gdy inny hotel odwołał nam rezerwacje. Piękny widok z okna na centrum miasta. I jednocześnie bardzo brudne okna, które całkowicie zabierały przyjemność z patrzenia przez nie na miasto. Wszystko, 4 windy z czego tylko dwie działają na 37 pięter plus garaż to zdecydowanie za mało. Drzwi od jednej z wind zacinały się. Wszędzie brudno. Plastiki od obudowy od klimatyzacji czarne od brudu. Ściany w kurzu. Skraplająca się woda od klimatyzacji na obudowie jednostki w naszym pokoju. Mogę tak wymieniać jeszcze bardzo bardzo długo. Pęknięta i zapadnięta podłoga przy wejściu do łazienki. Szklane drzwi w łazience z trudnością się przesuwały. Zapach wilgoci w pokoju.

I book at booking. com and paid for “Skyline Executive Suite “ but upon arrival at the hotel reception desk the room that was given to us is “deluxe room” I ask the hotel manager about this and he told me that they will informed booking.com and will be refunded.

The pictures of the room are not as advertised. The room was not clean. The facilities are run down and does not seem have any maintenance plan. One of the bathrooms had a sewerage odour while the second bathroom had a dripping water supply pipe. The pool water was greenish and had a lot of floaters in it.

Ontbijt erg slecht en allen gericht op Hindoestanen. Bij aankomst in kamer was de douchekop stuk en lag op de grond. Werd wel later gemaakt maar had natuurlijk al eerder gerepareerd moeten zijn

J’ai pris l’option petit déjeuner inclus mais en réalité j’aurai même pas du, le restaurant est assez petit pour accueillir tout le monde, et le menu n’était pas riche. Y’a plus de plats locaux pour le petit déjeuner. L’idéal est de penser aux autres en faisant un buffet international desfois avec du pain, des croissants, etc. La longue file pour l’ascenseur également ; et le nettoyage des chambres reste à désirer

Cal tenir en compte que només t'ofereixen una tovallola per persona. La piscina és increible, les vistes espectaculars. Sense cap mena de dubte, el personal. No hem rebut cap somriure per part de cap treballador. El tracte no és gens agradable (vam demanar que ens repatís més a poc a poc la informació i ens va tractar com nenes petites). No ens va explicar que per anar a l'habitació haviem d'agafar un asscensor especial, ni on era l'esmorzar. Pensavem que avui al matí seria diferent i no. Tot i que l'habitació està perfecte, les escales interiors i passadissos estan deixats (a mig fer). Molt poca empatia i ganes de fer sentir bé els clients. Hi ha molta barreja entra qui dorm a l'edfici i qui va a veure la piscina. L'esmorzar molt enfocat a la gent local, que no està malament, però cal tenir-ho en compte. (Arrós, nuggets, etc.)

My apartment was on the 37th floor, offering stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. One of the absolute highlights is the rooftop infinity pool, where you can relax while taking in an unobstructed view of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, especially magical during sunset or when the city lights sparkle at night. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Security was reliable, and the building facilities were well-maintained. If you are visiting Kuala Lumpur and want a mix of comfort, convenience, and that "wow" city view, Upper Regalia is definitely worth considering. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the infinity pool alone makes it an unforgettable stay.

- Lukman (1/5): A worst experience, which haven’t experienced - Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing- the worst experience. The property lacked proper maintenance: damaged doors, worn-out furniture, and neglected flooring. Communication was nearly impossible as the receptionist’s phone didn’t work throughout our stay, and even after two technician visits, no backup solution was provided. Both the bedrooms and hall had non-functional amenities, making things even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my wife was once stuck in the washroom due to a faulty door, which was extremely distressing and could’ve been avoided with proper upkeep. The only saving grace was the location—it was absolutely stunning and serene. Further all out plans got delayed because this issues. Only the like part is the location, the rest everything not worth.
- Zied Ben (4/5): - Room was durty . Window it was broken and fixed by silicon. The view from the room it was good the viw from the pool its good . Breakfast we didn't like it not many option.
